I have been struggling to find a decent nail salon. I checked yelped and found Serenity and thank goodness. I popped in with no appt was immediately seated. I got sns and gel pedicure. Literally took 35 minutes in and out. The place was super clean, music wasn't ridiculously loud and the staff was real sweet. It is moderately priced and totally worth it.

Nina was amazing! She did an amazing job on my nails and gave a great pedicure. Shes knew I had a long day and could tell I was stressed, so she gave me some extra TLC.

Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure. Overall did a great job on my nails. My friend worked with Diane and she did a fantastic job on her nails too! Had a beverage of choice, chose wine. Overall great experience. Came here as a walk-in Friday evening and was serviced immediately. We were one of the last few to leave before they closed.

Dip set with French + design only $70!

Stacy did an amazing job! Removed my previous dip nails and did a full set in a less than an hour and a half. She did exactly what I asked for and the pricing is so reasonable

I'm disappointed! Fast dry spray + air drying 30+ minutes... watered down polish wiped off. What polish stayed on was nearly transparent because polish-de-gumming solution thinned the color. Very disappointed!

The Best Nail Salon on the beltline! I have tried many salons in the Atlanta area and this place has many talented staff and color options. Came in for a fill in and gel pedicure. Troy does Amazing work and the person who did my toes gave me the best massage! It was a relaxing and serene experience and nails came out great! Will definitely be back.

I found this shop after a quick search on yelp and wasn't sure what I'd end up with, especially since I'm not from ATL. I showed Annie a picture of what I wanted, she told me how much it would cost and got to work. Very considerate, she was accommodating and told me to let me know if she was hurting me at all. Which, on a side note, is appreciated because sometimes you go to nail shops and the technicians are not as mindful about if the drill is burning you or too close to your nail bed or cuticle. She was very professional, skilled, and creative. Thanks Annie and Serenity Nails for great service! Full Set, custom ombré gel polish

She did a weak fix in the thumb and this foot was a day later don't get gel here. Bad

Service was meh. They did not seem like they cared much for my patronage. I was a walk in and they did seat me pretty much immediately but the job was on my nails not good. I asked for my nails to be cut down , gel, and brown nail polish.

What an amazing experience I had here in this heartwarming and friendly salon. I haven't gotten my nails done in over 10 months in the states, and it was such a remarking experience. We were passing through Georgia, for a couple days, and I found this salon on yelp, and had to try it! Boy, am I glad I did. I called an hour before to make an appointment for a pedicure and fresh French set, and you would've never known they were short-staffed by 3 people. They were super busy, which is always a good sign! However, I was treated with a smile and engaging conversation the entire time by Stacy. I just got back from living 10 months in Italy, and boy was it nice to get my feet done properly in the states. They really paid attention to the cuticle line and ingrown skin on your feet. Thank fucking god!! I can't explain how nice it was to experience anew my nails in this salon! They are more on the high-end, in regards to service and foreseeing the customers needs, before the customer even asks. Very excellent quality and well-run establishment. When I'm back in Georgia, I will go out of my way to come back to this salon and see Stacy!

Basic SNS (dip powder) manicure

I'll go back! I came for the first time on a Wednesday afternoon, around 4ish. There weren't many customers when I walked in, but I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. I wanted a basic SNS manicure, with no nail enhancements. My nails were already natural, so there was no need for any removal services. I dislike getting my nails done often, so as to not damage my nails too bad, so I was a bit hesitant to get SNS, but Stacy (my nail tech), was really nice and made it clear that she would make sure to not damage my nails. The whole SNS (dip powder) with manicure took about 1hr, and my nails look great! I was charged $58 (not including tip) for SNS dip on natural nails (no nail enhancements) with basic manicure. Prices here are a bit steep for basic nail services, but I guess inflation is jacking up prices everywhere! They do have a menu that lists all their prices, and taking a quick glance at the menu, I was stunned to learn they charge for everrryyttthing! Like literally! The next time I come, which will be to remove this SNS, I'll probably be spending $45 just for a regular manicure and SNS removal. I will say, Stacy did make my dip really thick (but not bulky) so I feel like my manicure will last a while, which I am happy about because I refuse to shell out $58 every couple of weeks for a basic SNS manicure. There's parking behind the nail salon, but unfortunately when I came, I couldn't find the garage/parking deck they said was for the business, so I parked across the street in the public parking garage. Lucky for me, I didn't have to pay, as the gate was broken, but I think it's $6.50 for a couple of hours (don't quote me on that), in the public parking garage across the street from the nail salon. Next time, I'll come really early to see if I can find the free parking they claim to have. All in all, for a first time visit, not too bad. I think I'll come back and request Stacy.

Troy did awesome - they got me in quick and my acrylic nails look perfect! Really happy with the service

Great work and there were fast. First time here definitely will be coming back ! Prices are great too !

I've been coming to this nail salon for almost two years now and they always do a great job. I can go to any for SNS and expect it to look good. My favorite nail tech is Cathy though. She's very creative and can guide you in making a nice set. In terms of covid, everyone wears a mask and face shield. There's also plexiglass between you and your tech. It felt very safe and clean.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

She immediately pulled out nail tips to prepare to rip my nails off. I told her NOT to yank my nails off and she went back & forth with me about it before finally getting a bowl of acetone. It is also worth noting that every tool used was REUSABLE. A health code violation that I WILL be addressing. Remember when I said I told her explicitly to not take my nails off? She slickly tried to do it while I wasn't looking and almost ripped off my nail bed, causing immediate blood and bruising (pictured). She apologized halfheartedly and continued to use the drill at LEVEL 11 On the spot. I told her it burnt and she continued doing what she had been doing. I finally snatched my hand away. She then switched to a regular (reusable) nail file. At the end of the "service", she tried to charge me $20 LMFAOOO I immediately said no, not only have I never paid over $10 for a soak off but you literally caused trauma to my nails. I ended up paying $15. Don't waste your time. The workers here are rude, terrible, don't want to take their time, & take advantage of customers. 0 stars if I could.

My bill was way more than I expected to pay because they charge so many additional fees for services that are typically included in the overall charge upfront. One thing that was pretty annoying is that I was recommended a cat eye color, which I figured would cost more as well, but when Hannah was done with my nails it didn't look like a cat eye design at all, rather just shimmery polish and I was charged $15 additional for something that looked so basic. I also recommend they do a better job of describing their services on the website. I couldn't really tell what the differences were in the level of service provided for each pedicure. Overall, what I thought would cost me about $90 based on the pricing on the website, I actually ended up paying $130 for. I would give them another chance because the salon is walking distance from my apartment, so it's convenient for me, but I will be asking how much every single thing they do costs before I say yes and making sure I like what they're doing before I let them continue the service.
