I came for a simple soak off and I will NEVER be back. Upon walking in, the salon was cute and seemed clean. I was instructed to sit down, sat, and was greeted by a woman. She immediately pulled out nail tips to prepare to rip my nails off. I told her NOT to yank my nails off and she went back & forth with me about it before finally getting a bowl of acetone. It is also worth noting that every tool used was REUSABLE. A health code violation that I WILL be addressing. Remember when I said I told her explicitly to not take my nails off? She slickly tried to do it while I wasn't looking and almost ripped off my nail bed, causing immediate blood and bruising (pictured). She apologized halfheartedly and continued to use the drill at LEVEL 11 On the spot. I told her it burnt and she continued doing what she had been doing. I finally snatched my hand away. She then switched to a regular (reusable) nail file. At the end of the "service", she tried to charge me $20 LMFAOOO I immediately said no, not only have I never paid over $10 for a soak off but you literally caused trauma to my nails. I ended up paying $15. Don't waste your time. The workers here are rude, terrible, don't want to take their time, & take advantage of customers. 0 stars if I could. read more

It didn't seem like there were a ton of nail techs with speciality and my polish only had two coats but they cleaned up my nails nicely and they look great. Actually I've been a customer of this nail salon for a couple of years and the service and quality of work has been great. However, my last visit left me with concern. The price of the service received went up $11 within two weeks span. I asked why the price had gone up and received this response from the employee "...it is the owner, we just work here." She didn't even have the decency to the look me in the face with a response, just looked down at her phone and giggle. read more

Hey . I am happy to say I found a nail salon near my house now I don't have to drive all the way to Gwinnett. I was a little nervous when I got there but I was like you know what this is going to be great no worries . I got a pedicure and Sns This place gives you a manicure before the SNS which is so nice and I've never had that before . The lady who did my feet was very detailed and nice. The lady who did my Sns was for professional and skillful . They also did my air brows and lip . I came out looking and feeling good and so happy and impressed . A lot of these new salons are expensive and the service is just okay. I feel like they tailored to white people who spend hella money . Thank you angel nails for taking care of me so well ! Well , let me start of by saying I received extremely displeasing and unacceptable service here . I start with an hour wait for a fill in . The salon wasn't busy with patrons at all . There was six people in counting , just not nearly enough staff. Once I sat in the chair , my nail technician began and was extremely rough . So rough that four of my cuticles were cut and became red, swollen , and extremely sensitive. My thumb was cut so bad it was bleeding for two days . I don't recommended this place . I'm really not a yelp person but after months of getting amazing acrylics at Angel nail, I felt like I had to share. This place is affordable, professional, and they can always fit you in. I never feel like my service is being rushed. My nail man is absolutely amazing- he is always willing to try whatever I find on Pinterest! The salon itself is very plain and not super bougie like some nail places in Atlanta, but I always say I don't trust a nail salon that's decorated and pretty. They're all about the nails here, and the fact that it's always full of patrons goes to show that people appreciate it as much as I do. It's super affordable, too. And the selection of colors is incredible-- they have six of every possible color under the rainbow. Overall, I highly recommend. read more

So I went there to get my nails done, acrylic fill in with gel polish. Cool it takes about 40 minutes to get that done. They had someone experiment on me. I'm sure this guy had never done acrylic nails before. After an hour of sitting there and watching him desperately trying to make it work, (he wasn't even halfway done)I asked the lady next to me ( who had been coaching him along the whole time) to have someone step in and help, I had to be somewhere at five O clock. I was really disappointed that no one else saw him struggling and offered to assist but also I'm sure he wasn't licensed and being experimented on really rubbed me the wrong way. The lady who stepped in had to fix everything he did wrong which took forever, and the staff was laughing and making jokes about me (I don't speak mandarin,but I'm not stupid) Then after an hour & half when I was finally done they STILL charged me full price and the lady muttered a half apology for everything. I will NEVER go back there. I'm not an experiment. Also I was more than patient with them I never muttered an ill word. I have tried many salons in this area but will always continue to come here. All of the technicians are so kind and patient and the facility is so clean. I have never been to a place where I can get such quality service for an amazing price and so fast! They accommodate you at any time of day and I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to get started. My only complaint would be that some of the newer technicians can be a little rough but still the quality of their work is amazing. I had gotten a mani before I went to Atlanta, I thought it was ok BUT, I broke a nail on the trip down. I stopped here to get it fixed. It WAS.THE.BEST.MANI.EVER! I don't know what the manicurist name (and that was rude on my part) was but, she cut my cuticles and fixed my nail. She put a heating pad type thing on my hands. It was awesome. (And she didn't get upset with me when I didn't like the first color I choose, which was really nice.) Low quality products. one of the technicians was scrubbing my feet during the pedicure process and scrubbed my ankle off. I started bleeding, and the bandaid didnt work on my ankle so she left it without, then proceeded to exfoliate the same leg and ran the exfoliant over the open wound which made it sting even more. its been 4 days since visiting and my wound is still pretty bad. I am a regular at getting my nails done, and the problem with that is I have a high expectation to how my nails look whether it's a regular manicure, gel, or dip. This time around I needed a regular manicure with polish and to remove my dip from the previous manicure. I am from Texas and I needed a place within walking distance from where I was staying. I jumped on yelp and angel nails popped up, along with a few other salons close to PCM. I chose angel nail based on the reviews and location. Let me just say, I was beyond impressed with the removal of the dip which is not easy, and the work of a regular manicure. I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails, but I am assuming with the quality she provided me, the entire salon is up to her level. They did a great job. Ask for the OPI gel because I think it lasts longer than the other gels. They can match the gel nail color on your fingernails to a regular nail color for your toenails. I never ever review places but this place was just awful! First, the staff was shockingly rude. No one said hi, smiled or even got up from their chair or stopped eating (!!) to greet us. They yelled at us from across the place with food in their mouths "what you want to have?". Yuck. The place was filthy and their rudeness continued throughout the manicure. The employee actually finished eating her cereal in front of me while I waited for the manicure to start, sitting across from her. On top of all that, she removed by gel nails but in the process destroyed my actual nails- there are cuts and slices actually in my nails from her digging into them.
