This was great and so easy. I was a walk-in, wanted Gel X and a pedicure they took me right away. The salon was nice, quiet and good music. I'm satisfied. I'm also glad they didn't pull out the cheese grater looking tool or chop up my cuticles. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because, she pulled off one of the nails because it didn't fit to her liking, and while I'm glad she wanted to make sure the outcome looked how she wanted, I am nervous that my nail might be damaged once this comes off. It was quite a tug and the nail bed didn't look great to me after. I'm nervous in general because of the filing. I don't typically get my nails done because they usually peel, no matter what method we use to soak them off.. but I'll wait and give it a fair shot to see how my nails respond after this set. Horrible experience here today. I was a walk-in customer and wanted a set that was basic but unique - a subtle French with metal points. I fear the nail tech I had was not up to the task, but didn't want to admit it. So I sat through an hour and a half of her trial and error. I finally told her to just give me a French tip because I couldn't take anymore disappointment. I should've asked for a manager then, but at some point I thought she would figure it out - I have several friends who frequent this salon. She didn't, I left. But I came back to show the front desk manager or receptionist what I asked for verses what I got. He told me they could fix it, so I called back after I left and let them know I'd return in the evening, after work. I sat in rush hour traffic to come back there, all to be told all they were willing to add were the metal balls, but that they would fall off. I told him what I asked for looks nothing like what I received and they decided they wanted to go back and forth. Usually I'm game but this was super disappointing and defeating. I'd already had a long day so I walked out. Will never return and would not recommend. I'm mostly outraged at them ASKING me to come back to fix it all to waste my time, energy, and gas. read more

I showed the tech the most beautiful picture of the dark green nails I wanted, and what I got could not be father from the picture. If I was a white woman this would've never happened! This establishment is racist and unfairly charge black clientele beware! I was charge 70 DOLLARS FOR A POLISH CHANGE AND NAIL REPAIR! ! Does this look like an 80 dollar polish change to you?!? I asked for French tip polish change on my nails and feet. 1 NAIL REPAIR ! THEY CHARGED ME 80 bucks when I spoke with them they changed it 69! They charged me 25 dollars for a French tip 27 for a top coat for my French tip! And 10 dollars to ONE nail. (Reasonable) 7 for glitter! (Reasonable as well) The 27 SHOULDVE BEEN TAKEN OFF! The 27 should've been included in the French tip fee! Instead they wanted to charge me 52 for a French tip with NO ACRYLIC, no manicure, JUST POLISH! Take that information as you will! Even on the website the gel French tip manicure is 41 dollars yet I'm paying 52! read more

The debate is 1 or 2 stars...The salon is definitely not what you see is what you get, when you first walk in it look amazing, and the staff seems friendly. However once you're ready to pay all of a sudden there's all of these hidden fees and additions that they don't even know what they are. $6 here and there after every service?? On top of the fact that I personally got an acrylic pedicure... and it took 3 different service providers to do my pedicure.. so each one of them had a different price and a different tax... so one has to file one has to shape and one has to paint??? My boyfriend also got a pedicure. A basic pedicure and a basic manicure, no gel or anything. So how did that come out to $187?? I'm not cheap I really don't care about the money because their prices are their prices, if they think that's what they're worth so be it. What I DO care about is the fact that they charge these prices and aren't sanitary, I have gotten acrylic toes consecutively for the past 8 years and have NEVER had a fungus problem. I came to this shop ONE time and went to a new tech after and my toes were covered in fungus, that happens when shops either work on an infected person and "clean" the tools and work on another client. Those tools need to be terminated. Or when they work on client after liner without properly sanitizing the tools, I.e clipping a client and making them bleed and using those same tools on another client. I spoke with the owner Tony and he told me it's because of the moisture in my shoes because of the summer... I have gotten acrylic toes again; religiously for YEARS and have gotten removals and new sets and have never had this happen before. Not to mention the work of my toes were mediocre they were bulky and crooked. I am unable to get any work done on my toes for months because of this shop. It takes 3-12 months for this to clear and NOW it's the summer. I got these done in MARCH which we all remember the hail storms and the rain it was not hot. This was the first shop I've been to since moving to Atlanta and I will say I will not be returning and I'm completely dissatisfied and just overall upset that my boyfriend payed for a fungal infection. read more

We stopped by about 7 pm and were able to get service right away. There wasn't much pleasantries and the staff went to work. I was done pretty quickly for a pedicure. No callus removed or even attempt to buff my feet. The reason for my rating is that the technician trimmed my cuticles and basically pulled the skin really hard so that it broke my skin. I felt every toe when he applied the alcohol and later that night both big toes started bleeding. The other reason is that when I got up to put my shoes back on, there was old used tips all over the floor from a prior customer. this was my favorite nail salon for over 3 years until recently. I still gave 3 starts bc ken is the best nail tech ever fast asf, amazing hand-painted designs, and creative) , but overall the nail salon has some issues. i scheduled a nearly morning apt that did not happen to due to them not opening promptly on the first Monday they offered to be open. then rescheduled for later that night. I then arrived to my night apt on time just to wait an additional 30 minutes not be allowed to soak my feet in water (service was a polish change) unless i paid an additional $5. This was frustrating and I did not appreciate how I was treated after being a loyal client/customer of this nail salon for so long. Overall, I will be returning for Ken ONLY, but I think the way management addresses issues and accommodations could be improved. read more

I went here for a pedicure after going across the street first and experiencing bad customer service. I was in a rush so i only had time to get a pedicure however when i walked in i was greeted by a friendly greeting which drew me in immediately. The pedicure i got was really nice and they did a good job shaping my toes, massaging and painting them. I am really picky on pedicures because a lot of places rush and don't shape them right. However here they took their time and listened to what i wanted and did just that. I will be back again to see how they do nails. I also liked the fact that this place was clean and sanitary and you get points each time you go for a discount off after enough points. Wow! What an amazing experience. This was my second time here and what I really wanted to give it a full two rounds before writing a review. Well here it is. Location is easy to get to. You can park in the sprouts parking deck as it's designed for all the stores on the strip so there is ample parking. I've been greeted both times when I arrived and treated the same. Came here last week with my best friend to get our nails done. They took all the proper Covid-19 precautions.. the techs all wore face masks/gloves, had us wash our hands as soon as we arrived, and told us over the phone while scheduling to wear masks ourselves too (they sell them for $2 if you don't have any.) Tiffany, the front desk girl, was very clear on the phone and even helped me find my shade without me feeling rushed. Super friendly. They have a great color selection. Regular, SNS, Gel in popular brands like DNS, OPI and some others. I got a Gel mani and regular pedi [Price was $60] using OPI brand polish in the shade "I Am What I Amethyst". My nail tech was the asian young male, (don't remember his name but I know it wasn't the owner). He was great! Took his time and was good with the details. Didn't talk much but honestly I prefer that. Only issue I had was that he went too deep on one of my cuticles and it was non-stop bleeding the whole time. Had to rub it with alcohol a couple times with heavy pressure which burned like crazy but eventually it calmed down. Honestly why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5. Wouldn't say it was his fault necessarily but I did see a lot of reviews saying people got cut and bled often here. Make what you want from that, but i would still go to him again honestly. The salon itself is pretty big, I think there's like 20 pedi stations and 15 mani stations. It's modernly decorated, and clean. Return? Yes, but too bad I don't live in GA. Recommend? Unless you plan on calling ahead to make a reservation and then wait for over an hour...Not only did my friend and I wait forever I told multiple nail techs that I wanted to remove my SNS and then put a protective clear coat on top (even showing a photo). Only after an hour was I given the nail polish remover to then wait an additional 30 minutes before anyone checked in to see if I was still being helped. At that point I was told someone would be with me in a few mins (we all know what that means). Despite not receiving any service I was still charged $10 to remove my polish. read more
