Definitely a luxury experience to say the least! I came in on a Tuesday afternoon after work, and only had a very brief wait before I was assigned a nail tech. I was a walk-in, but if you have a tech preference, it may be beneficial to make an appointment. Parking: I parked in the North Parking garage nearby. They do validate your parking, so please remember to bring your ticket inside! Service: My nail tech was Abby, she was very nice and brought me a phone holder when she saw me struggling to prop my phone up to watch Netflix. I was also offered a drink once I was sat down (mimosas, red wine, white wine, soda, water) which was a nice touch after a long day of work. Quality: I tried gel-x here for the first time. This was actually a pretty quick service and I didn't feel antsy or uncomfortable while getting my nails done. Abby was very professional and did great designs. I don't get my nails done often, but I know good quality when I see it. The Nail Muse provided top notch service for me and my friends ahead of a wedding; we felt really good about the pedicure and manicure after and absolutely confident when showing our nails off in pictures the next day. The place was clean and efficient considering we were there on Friday afternoon, one of the busier periods. Each of us had our own dedicated staff without any wait and they were all very friendly. All chairs in the place were massage chairs, and being a germaphobe, I was glad to see that the foot bath area was wrapped in a new layer of plastic after each use. My nails were sore afterwards, which hasn't ever happened from SNS, so I think the drilling was too much. But for SNS nails it was $80. Disappointing experience for regular polish. I went for a mani/pedi with regular polish and discovered after sitting down for my pedicure that they do not have regular polish. They had me pick colors from a book, and then I learned that they used gel polish without the top coat. This meant that the polish was not the color that I was shown without the top coat. They also only did one coat, which mostly looked okay, but it did not last more than a few days. For the cost, this place was not worth the money. I gave it two stars because it was a nice salon and they provided average service. It may be worth it to get gel polish, but definitely don't go here for regular. read more

I work nearby so it's super convenient to walk to during a break. The salon is clean and decorated nicely. I like that you can book an appointment with your technician online. They have a system that you enter your phone number when you arrive tas a check in. I feel like the service is always quick and efficient. I had one so so experience with a nail tech but that day I just walked in without an appointment and he did my gel manicure ( I don't remember his name) and it was a little lumpy... like he was using too much nail polish. This was a FILL-IN, same design, same length, added product the change shape to coffin= $85 .. felt kinda high like how's a fill in more than the full set. So I asked and they said my first tech charged the wrong price.. okay. Third visit different tech but the same guy from last time checked me out, I got a pedicure too but were focused on fingers so: FILL-IN, same design, same shape, same length (I filled them down before I got there)= $85... he went off the price of my last visit rather than calculating the services I received that day. I asked him to have someone else explain the pricing to me. His English was fine, I understood his words but logic still want adding up. So the lady who did my nails came up. This man spoke in his native tongue the whole time she was explaining to me. That disrespect was when I knew I wasn't coming back. If you've got money to blow and aren't trippin on being mis-charged you will love this place. Ok, of course I read reviews before patronizing this establishment and was excited to visit. Ken was my tech, he took his time and my nails turned out perfect! However, the end of the visit is where the problems came in. Although Ken took his time (about an hour and 45 mins) and his work was exceptional, I know that it was not $140 worth of good. I could not believe my ears when I was given the total and the only service I acquired was my nails. No pedi, no lashes, no brows, nothing but my nails. Because I've had styles similar to this before, I expected to pay no more than $75 even though I've never paid that much before. So imagine my shock when I was told my total was $140 for just my nails. Lastly, I was under the impression that the parking was free, well I guess this only applies to people who are in and out in about an hour or so because I had to pay $2. I as discounted $3 because my ticket had been validated, point is parking isn't always free here. Anyway, I was planning to be a repeat customer because I'm very satisfied with the work but because I feel I was ripped off, I can't see returning to this establishment even though the service was great. I've been coming here since I moved to Buckhead , and honestly, I do not think I would be back after the experience I just encountered.. I specifically asked and showed a photo of the way I wanted my nails because my birthday is coming up... This place is beatiful. It might be the prettiest nail salon in Buckhead. However, I probably won't return for two reasons. It is an expensive place. I got SNS polish, no manicure for $50 + tip. They are pretty organized with appointments and the place is CLEAN! I am unsure about if they are sanitizing utensils in between clients though. Honestly, I was really hoping to like this salon. After reading the many 5 star reviews about a new nail salon in town, I was looking forward to the experience. Sadly, I was disappointed. I arrived in the salon and was not greeted. Checked in and when the front desk finished closing out a client he asked what service I was interested in - I wanted a gel manicure (simple/basic). Upon being seated, I was greeted by a woman who would be doing my manicure. She removed my gel polish with a drill and cut my pinky finger by mistake (first strike). I was still very hopeful at this point. I had a broken index nail and she did not know how to repair, so another nail technician came over to assist. The way this tech was moving with precision, I wanted so badly for him to take over the manicure but he had a client come in. I asked him to shape my nails after repairing my index finger because the woman doing my manicure did a terrible job with my almond shape and he fixed it. She had my hand soaking in a bag of cuticle softener for far too long (second strike) while working on the other hand. My left hand is now chronically dry (I didn't allow her to put my right hand in the cuticle softener bag). Then when it was time to actually work on my cuticles she went to apply more cuticle softener... Moving along to the polish - I asked for a basic French manicure. It was so thick and uneven, when the guy from the front desk came by to look at my nails I told him I needed someone else to do my French. At this point, he asked another tech who was occupied with a client to come over and finish off my polish. What should have been an hour nail service turned into almost a 2 hour service with 3 technicians. When it was time to pay, I gave the guy at the front desk my feedback and he did not seem responsive or understanding (despite the fact that he witnessed all of the above). Then had the nerve to upcharge me $20 extra for "deep French". Apparently classic French is now deep french if you expect more than a thin line. I do think that this was a technician and customer service issue. For this prime location I expected more. The salon is beautiful so I would have given it another chance if my feedback was received well but I won't be returning. read more
