These look awful
isabel m.

Came in to get my nails done for a dinner I have coming up. Today was my only day I could get them done, I asked for black sns nails very simple. It looks like someone stuck a bunch of black olives on my fingers and I know they knew they looked bad, I wish they would've offered to redo them. Not sure what to do now, gonna have to figure out how to get these off and I guess buy some press ons instead, real waste of 60 dollars. I even tipped 25 dollars and I wish I hadn't. This is embarrassing I have to figure out how to fix them now, I'm embarrassed to be seen with these.

The eyebrows are totally different start points on my face , different heights

Wax & tint eyebrow service : completely ruined my eyebrows :(. beyond uneven and much too dark . technician kept trying to tell me it looked fantastic despite me telling her it was awful . Nothing can be done to fix them - so i just stopped arguing , paid, and left.

I have never written a negative review before, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I went to Lush to get SNS for the first time 3 weeks ago. Today I went to get the nails taken off, and underneath the polish my thumb nail had started to grow fungus. This occurs when moisture gets trapped under the applied SNS. When I asked how this happened, they confirmed my nails hadn't started coming off to allow moisture entering (which can happen if you wait too long to get them taken off/replaced). They said it was likely due to my nail being properly cleaned prior to applying the SNS. The tech went to speak to another woman working about the issue, who explained what had happened and said I needed to put anti fungal medication on it. She said I could BUY it from them if I needed to. I asked if I could get it for free since they admitted that the fungus was caused by the improper application of the SNS. She said she would have to call her boss. After calling, I was informed they would NOT give me the anti fungal because it had been too long since I had gotten the SNS applied. (3 weeks is the recommended time to get SNS taken off.) They said I should have been able to see the problem sooner and come to them, but I couldn't see what was under the opaque nail color. They said all they would do is apply a drop of the medication while I was in the salon. In the end I paid the $50+ for the original SNS, $33 for the removal (which was not comped), and $30 for an anti fungal medication from CVS. If it doesn't resolve on its own I will have to pay to see a doctor to get a prescription. I understand mistakes happen, but the way management handled this was unacceptable. They never apologized and did not try to correct the problem in any way. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this nail salon.

I LOVEEE this place. with work I always seem to make it late whrn they're about to close and they always take me. Jen or Tyler usually do my nails and they are consistently beautiful. they take their time and always ask me if I like them. I highly recommend.

This was my first tIme going to Lush Nails & Spa, and I would say it was on the pricier side, but overall it was a good experience. The employees were very kind and helpful. They helped me find the color is was looking for in gel and SNS, and offered me something to drink before they started working. I got SNS on my hands and a gel pedi. My total was $96 and had the potential to be more but I got a $5 discount since it was my first visit. In my opinion, this was a lot for the services I had. When I asked for a breakdown of everything I soon realized they charge for EVERYTHING. $5 to remove SNS, $5 to trim cuticle, $5 for a specialty shape. I got an almond shape which is under that specialty shape umbrella, but I was spared this charge due to it being my first time.

I came by for a fill in and a color change horrible out come! I paid 70$ even though coby the nail tech said it would be 60$! I needed 2 repairs and I'm just disappointed I wasted my money with horrible design. I highly wouldn't recommend

I decided to try this place out, since we had a larger group and this place is a bit larger. They were able to fit us in almost right away, which was great. The pedicure was average (bit rushed), but fine. The sns was where I had issues. It got a bit busy, so nail tech was distracted. It resulted in half of my thumb not having sns on it. I asked him to fix it, (so he fixed this) but was told he didn't have time to fix all of it. Some nails are almond shaped and some are round. Also, it looks like a couple nails are grown out 2 weeks and polish is all over my fingers.

I went to Lush for the first time today in a bit of a rush. I was greeted immediately, they agreed that I'd be done by the time I needed to be. I wanted ombré SNS, they informed me of the upcharge before they started. Aside from this being the most subtle ombré I've ever gotten, they were attentive, asked if I liked everything they were doing along the way, and corrected anything I was picky about immediately. But the REAL reason I am even writing a review is because the girl who checked me in, without me knowing or asking, kept an eye on the clock and when they started cutting it close, she came up and worked on my other hand with my nail technician to assure I would leave on time. She truly went above and beyond and I was so grateful!

New management seems to have made a big update! Had a great experience with a walk in appointment. Sat me down immediately and worked with me to get the iridescent color I was hoping for. Tyler spent extra time making sure it was perfect with an extra top coat to make sure it lasts. And the wine throughout didn't hurt

Great service. Friendly and clean. A lot of locals go here, and they are very well established in the community.

Expensive, but quality work depending on who your nail tech is. Yes I recommend, the vibe is relaxing.

Don't go here for mirror chrome nails - they don't know how to do them. $67 plus tip for something I didn't want.

My sister and I were greeted immediately and had both our pedis and manis done at the same time. The ladies were very respectful, sweet, and diligent. Mai did my manicure and she was awesome! She made sure to update me with the price since I asked for a few different things throughout the appointment; I really appreciated her professionalism. All this to say, go to Celeste and you will not be disappointed! I seriously don't have enough good things to say and will definitely be back in the future.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

I did make an appointment a few weeks ago because my schedule wasn't super flexible. My technician who did a manicure and pedicure was Dejah and she was lovely. She took time cleaning and filing each nail meticulously. I did get an express manicure and a nourishing pedicure with gel polish - both services cost around $135, but I thought it was well worth the money for the professionalism and detail that the technician offered. Since I didn't have cash for tip, I was able to leave a tip via Venmo. PS: they have drinks you can purchase. You can also order coffee from Green Beans (two doors done) that they will deliver to you!

I like that you can add a quiet add on to your appointment so your technician knows you're not interested in talking but want to relax. They have a wide variety of nail polish and the polish will typically last for a few weeks with no chipping. Prices are reasonable for the service you receive. All technicians have provided excellent service and are detailed and complete quality work.
