The wait was 10 mins My nail tech was Jennifer and my pedicure was done by Ann. Jennifer and Ann took their precious time getting me together. I love love when nail techs take pride in their work and making their customers happy. Jennifer and Ann was super friendly and loved getting to know me. When I tell you Jennifer did her thing on my nails. The shape was perfect The gel polished was laid to the gods! Ann made sure she did her thing as well. I have been going to this location for 4 years. Last week I had an SNS and a gel pedicure, $100+ total. It was the first time both attendants hurt me while doing my nails. They continued pulling and digging even though I complained. Naturally now I've got infections. I don't believe they even autoclave their instruments. Love this nail salon! It's very, very clean and the pedicure massage chairs are great. The salon also has been able to do fun nail designs for me and they're always buying new gel and SNS powder and colors so it never gets old. I was having a decent time but I cannot guarantee this nail shop is sanitary. As I sit in the massage chair awaiting my manicure. There is dust from a previous client. I was in silent disgust when my technician completed my pedicure and reached over to my neighbor, who I do not know, took a bucket and poured her used pedicure water into my seat's foot sink. Literally took a bucket and poured another customers pedicure water into my foot sink. My pedicure service was complete but I am still seated in the chair when she did this. Really expensive full set. I went in for a new full set and a pedicure with gel. Please see below for breakdown of all my cost and a picture of my nails. Customer service was good, but they rush and don't really put care into doing your nails. My nail tech rushed and the lady next to me had to tell her nail tech to go ahead and move on to whoever was next because she did not want her rushing through her nails to get to the next person... I guess you have to expect rushing at some nail salons. While doing my nails my tech let me know the breakdown of the price (see below). She told me "15 for full set, 15 for shape, 15 for design and 10 for gold flakes" This seemed like a lot to me but because of the holiday I wanted to jazz up my nails. When it came time for me to pay the bill was way more then I was quoted... to that the tech said "I told you 50 for full set... not 15". I was shocked because I've never in all my life paid $50 for the full set only and I know I heard her say 15 I even double checked with her. I understand $50 for a full set with manicure or cuticle trim or massage or something but it was probably the most basic full set that's ever been slapped on my hand. Additionally, the design was not original. I asked if she could do something similar to a design I saw on instagram but she insisted on trying to copy the design exactly so she had to look at my phone the entire time. It didn't come out nearly as nice as the original which is why I told her to be creative... The pedicure was ok, also rushed but came out ok. Time: 2-3 hours Pedicure Cost: $28 (basic pedicure) + $15 gel Full Set Cost: $50 (full set) + $15 (almond shape) + $15 (design) + $10 (gold flakes - see image below) Worth it?: Not at all. Ok. I was super pleased with Angel Nails in the beginning, but after multiple services received here, I thought it was only fair to the public to update my review. The first time I received services here, I was happily pleased (see first photo with full ombre set and pedicure). I've come back numerous times and started to find that the quality of work is subpar at best. I've found that due to the high volume of customers they receive and the limited staff they have, the tech's rush through the nail jobs. At times I've been cut, another time I was left with a swollen finger after having my skin nearly ripped off (pictures below), some times I have been waiting an hour to be seen, and my final straw was having a fresh set completely come apart after 3 days (pictures below). I really wanted to like this shop, as my first experience was fantastic; however, I've spent way too much money here for such bad service. Oh and there have been several occasions I was in the shop and women walked in needing their nails fixed after also having their nails break or chip shortly after servicing. Angel Nails has great potential, but they need more staff, so customers can receive the best service and not be rushed and left with a terrible nail job. read more

I really enjoyed my experience here. It was very easy to make a same day appointment and I was seated immediately upon arrival. The nail tech that worked on me was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I'm happy with my nails and the price I paid. COVIDwise, all of the nail techs and customers have to wear masks. Also, there is a plastic partition between nail tech and customer at the manicure stations. Like many other nail salons, there are a million colors to choose from. I was also super impressed with how clean and orderly the shop is. Two days later I broke a nail and they fixed it free of charge. When I walked in, no one was getting any hand services but there was 2 ppl getting pedicures and they looked so relaxed! Jennifer was my nail tech, she had really kind energy. She offered me wine and did great with my design I asked for. The salon was very clean, the playlist was straight R&B and Netflix was on the tvs. Great energy circulating through this establishment. In total for my fill in, manicure and design was $80. I'm not sure how much each item costs but at this point I've accepted the price increase all over for nails. The rating is regarding the manager and increased amount I paid for services. I tried out Angel Nails based on the reviews from Yelp. I usually go to Alpharetta to get my nails done but decided to try a new place. The salon had just opened back up after being closed for six months so I figured let's give it a try. I was greeted and seated immediately by a gentleman who was kind and accommodating. I requested for a soak off and a full set with design. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name who serviced me but she started off with trying to pop my nails off. I advised her that my nails were sensitive and I needed to soak them. You can sense the tension but she proceeded to soak my nails. Problem solved. After which we started a full set and it came out so pretty! It took her around a hour and a half but I was patient that day so it was fine. The owner thought otherwise, she kept coming over to ask how much longer and that she was taking to long on my nails. I appreciated the kindness of the nail tech as she kept say "I want you to walk away happy" and I was. Now this is where it turns left. It was time to pay. The owner proceeds to charge me $40 dollars for a soak off. I was floored. I've never paid $40 dollars to soak my nails off. Yes, I paid it but immediately realized that I was scammed. My nails were $115 dollars and this didn't include tip (although I still tipped). I reviewed their website and it says that service was $15. Needless to say! If the tech goes to another salon k will support her as she did a phenomenal job on my Nails. But ladies don't get scammed like I did. I went to Angel Nails for the first time last week. I don't usually bash any business, especially now when everyone is so short on help, but the more I thought about it, the more convinced I was that I needed to say something. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure (one that included callous removal). There was no callous removal and no cuticle trimming on my feet and the polish was applied without base coat. Same with my nails, no cuticle remover used or trimming done and no base coat under the gel polish. The polish started chipping off on the second day and by the third day, my nails looked like they hadn't been done in weeks. Needless to say, I won't be going back! read more

Asked the lady how long she was 45 mins you have alot of hair I have been to places and had my full arms, Brazilian and legs done in 1 1/2 half this is going on to 2hrs + also they have a small room where they do it and stuff walks in and out as they want. I decided to try Angel's nail since they are nearby and an acquaintance told me they did great gel nails. I called early today and made an appointment. They asked if I preferred a particular nail tech. I told them it was my first visit. When I arrived I picked put a off white nail polish to go over my powder gel refill. Then was told to have a seat at a certain station. Dana greeted me cheerfully. She asked what I was getting and noticed I had the same color on my nails already. I told her how I wanted off-white gel when I got my gel full set at another nearby salon a few weeks ago, but they did not have the color. She told me they had the color I wanted (America white gel powder). She told me that it would not go on top of my current gel well and maybe I could do it another time. No pressure at all to upsell or upcharge! I showed her the things I disliked about my current set and told her that is why I was trying them. She said she could remove them and give me a new set of with the American white gel. I decided to do that. Let me tell you that I took a break from wearing gel nails (went to gel color) for about 5 years. after wearing them for almost 8 years. I have never EVER had gel polish soaked off in an absolutely painless way! I literally wanted to hug Dana! I am overjoyed with my nails. Dana checked through the process to see if I was happy with shape and thickness. She did not rush and was very pleasant, but did not force conversation. I can be very picky about my nails and actually did my own gel polish nails for years because of my particular-ness. So please know that if I say they did an amazing job. They really did!
