If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. I've been coming here for almost 3 years, but after this experience, I won't be back. I got a full set less than two weeks ago. The very next day, my pinky nail broke. I went back to have it fixed, but later that same day, the rest of my nails started bending outward at the tips. When I tried to reshape them, they began cracking along the sides. Within just a few days, 9 out of 10 nails were damaged. I contacted the manager right away and was told to come in for a fix. Due to my work schedule, I had to reschedule, but I stayed in communication and still came in within the 14-day guarantee window. When I arrived and showed the damage, I was told I needed a completely new set and would have to pay $45. That's unacceptable considering the nails didn't even last a few days and the issue was clearly poor-quality work. I wasn't asking for anything extra--just for them to stand behind their service. Instead, I was told to pay again. Very disappointing, especially as a long-time customer. I would not recommend this place if you expect quality or accountability. read more

I want to first start off by saying I've come to this salon about 5 times and from my first visit was pleasant experience, but every time after the first visit things have gone downhill...The salon is very clean and free parking is accessible. The last few times the owner has had to step in to fix their staff work on me and they are always nice about trying to assist. Today I got a Fill-in with Gel and a polish change on the toes. Well, this place was recommended by a friend who'd previously had a pedicure here. They did a magnificent job with the Russian manicure (and most importantly, knew EXACTLY what I meant). Both Maggie (who did the manicure) and Katrina (receptionist and aesthetician) were amazing. Very kind and helpful, so much so, I also had my eyebrows waxed too! However, as mentioned by previous reviewers, their sanitation was lacking. No new files or cuticle pushers, nor sanitized drill bits or clippers. This may be why their prices are so low. I used to go here when Alex and Amy owned it for almost 4 yrs. Yesterday I took my niece here to get our nails done and a pedicure. After being told it would be a 10-15 min wait it was 30 min before they sat us at the pedicure bowls. And after all of the waiting my nails looked rushed. They were uneven and painted lumpy. Some prices match value, some do not. I'd say that the pricer options don't wow me as much as I thought they would. -service: they are always polite. I'm usually serviced by JoJo. She's quiet but does great work, very neat. I was slightly agitated one day, I had a reservation, got there early, and a walk in was serviced before me, as well as getting multiple services done at once, while I sat waiting. This place is okay. I go sometimes to get just simple fill in with a new color and it's fine. Today I wanted to try a French tip here and was really disappointed. My nail was damaged and instead of cutting my natural nail down, the tech began laying the acrylic onto it. When I noticed what he had done I asked if he could cut my natural nail down (as I only assumed he would do) and add a tip so the natural nail can start fresh and get back healthy. He immediately had an attitude. Sorry. Then just did my nails completely horrible. I didn't say anything and just accepted the job since I had been there already for almost 3 hours and needed to make it to the make. Going to add some photos of what I wanted vs what I got. Nice location, terrible customer service. I went in for a hand nail removal and toe polish removal only. I tell the lady who asks and immediately can tell that she was not pleased. I get to my seat with my nail tech who told me his name is "Tony" and they start laughing and talking in their native language. I could tell they are not happy that I didn't want a full set and wanted me to spend more money! They were not nice and only cared about the money I spent! I end up getting a manicure on a whim and he does a terrible job! He literally was going to leave my hands with no polish and a shotty file job! If I hadn't asked for the polish it would have been more than a mess. I will not return as they have horrible customer service. I will take my dollars elsewhere! read more

Don't have any complaints, but I do think that I was overcharged, simply because the prices don't add up (in my opinion). The original total was $42 for a gel pedi and full set. I payed $106+tip. My add-ons were ombré, and diamonds on two fingers he said were an extra $5. Somehow I don't think ombré should be an extra $60, so I think that he miscalculated. Overall experience was fast and they have so many options for a nail shop! Edit: Price was broken down below, it just wasn't explained at the time! I read the receipt as $42 for full set+pedi not just for the pedi, my fault.
