My sister and I were greeted immediately and had both our pedis and manis done at the same time. The ladies were very respectful, sweet, and diligent. Mai did my manicure and she was awesome! She made sure to update me with the price since I asked for a few different things throughout the appointment; I really appreciated her professionalism. All this to say, go to Celeste and you will not be disappointed! I seriously don't have enough good things to say and will definitely be back in the future.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

This place gets 5 stars because of Mrs. Hannah. She is patient, clean and thorough. I've been coming to her for almost a year now and I have never had an issue. Overall, the location is quiet and each employee takes their jobs seriously. I enjoy seeing them clean after each client..no, not all places do this. Ask for Hannah.

She immediately pulled out nail tips to prepare to rip my nails off. I told her NOT to yank my nails off and she went back & forth with me about it before finally getting a bowl of acetone. It is also worth noting that every tool used was REUSABLE. A health code violation that I WILL be addressing. Remember when I said I told her explicitly to not take my nails off? She slickly tried to do it while I wasn't looking and almost ripped off my nail bed, causing immediate blood and bruising (pictured). She apologized halfheartedly and continued to use the drill at LEVEL 11 On the spot. I told her it burnt and she continued doing what she had been doing. I finally snatched my hand away. She then switched to a regular (reusable) nail file. At the end of the "service", she tried to charge me $20 LMFAOOO I immediately said no, not only have I never paid over $10 for a soak off but you literally caused trauma to my nails. I ended up paying $15. Don't waste your time. The workers here are rude, terrible, don't want to take their time, & take advantage of customers. 0 stars if I could.

I recommend this nail salon because the wait was not long as a walk in even though it looked busy,…read morethe nails turned out fabulous, and the price was fair. Thu was great and made sure my nails were shaped right. It was $65 for the set which is well worth it to me. I will be returning and telling my friends! Edit: I think it's been about 2 weeks ish and there was significant lifting along with a couple of the nails coming off. I think I would still go for just plain gel or gel designs but not for acrylics or builder gel.

Located near PCM in a busy plaza, Midtown Nail is truly in a prime location. There's a huge parking lot with a number of spaces available. If you're lucky, you may even get a spot closer to the building to avoid the stroll from the back of the lot to the salon. Booking via Classpass was a breeze and they offer a gel mani, luxury pedi and SNS options for under 22 credits each, which is a great deal if you have a subscription plan. So for me, it's always so great knowing I can get a great experience for a portion of my credits. My last visit was my best so far. I scheduled a luxury pedicure (+ gel) and a gel mani back to back. I was actually running a few minutes behind because I was starvinggg and needed to make a quick stop at Whole Foods, so I called in and the gentleman that answered was so kind and told me to take my time. I arrived about 8 minutes behind on a Saturday afternoon and phew! It was packed in there! I was welcomed in by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, an older guy who I feel may have been one of the owners. He was so sweet! I was about to check in and he assisted me after I clearly didn't read the sign that was right out front stating that there was a special classpass check-in, smh. I totally forgot about that. He then pointed me to the nail shades and came over to confirm my Classpass attendance while just being a total sweetheart. I was quickly seated at one of the few open pedicure chairs as the nail tech replaced the liner for me. I got comfy and was given the wifi so I could watch a show on my iPad as I relaxed - modern comforts. I was so happy when another nail tech popped up to do my mani, I love when salons allow/have the capacity to do two services at once so I can get out sooner. Throughout the service, both nail techs were amazing. I asked the manicurist to be sure to clean up some extra paint on my cuticles, but that's always a big focus of mine that I don't like to be missed because it shows! He fixed it and I walked out with an exceptional manicure and a phenomenal pedi. With my gel upgrade, gel removal on my toes and a tip for both techs, I paid $40 which still felt like a steal. I'll absolutely be back!

I did make an appointment a few weeks ago because my schedule wasn't super flexible. My technician who did a manicure and pedicure was Dejah and she was lovely. She took time cleaning and filing each nail meticulously. I did get an express manicure and a nourishing pedicure with gel polish - both services cost around $135, but I thought it was well worth the money for the professionalism and detail that the technician offered. Since I didn't have cash for tip, I was able to leave a tip via Venmo. PS: they have drinks you can purchase. You can also order coffee from Green Beans (two doors done) that they will deliver to you!

All technicians have provided excellent service and are detailed and complete quality work.
