This was my first time visiting, which I stopped by after my appointment. I was welcomed after a few minutes of waiting, and however, not asked if I was a first customer or if I wanted anything to drink, which is pretty standard validates for nail salons to offer either water or wine. The Nail Tech is new to the location and he was excellent! He did a cleanup for me and was super patient and I absolutely love how my nails look. Because of his great job and service I will be back. I went to this place for the first and last time yesterday(6/4/26). The lady's name was Kim and she was sweet but my service was sour. Her attention to detail slacked and I could've done what she did to my own feet! I got the deluxe pedicure and was done in and out in 20 minutes. It felt like they prejudged me being a black male and figured they could give a rushed, half-done job. I only went there because my normal place across the street had yet to open and I couldn't wait. I live and work near this place but I would never step a foot in there again nor would I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone. I had an ok experience at Passion Nail Salon. I went for a gel polish change with gel removal on my hands and a Passion Pedicure on my feet. My bill was way more than I expected to pay because they charge so many additional fees for services that are typically included in the overall charge upfront. One thing that was pretty annoying is that I was recommended a cat eye color, which I figured would cost more as well, but when Hannah was done with my nails it didn't look like a cat eye design at all, rather just shimmery polish and I was charged $15 additional for something that looked so basic. I also recommend they do a better job of describing their services on the website. I couldn't really tell what the differences were in the level of service provided for each pedicure. Overall, what I thought would cost me about $90 based on the pricing on the website, I actually ended up paying $130 for. I would give them another chance because the salon is walking distance from my apartment, so it's convenient for me, but I will be asking how much every single thing they do costs before I say yes and making sure I like what they're doing before I let them continue the service. read more

So sad to have to give this review. Unfortunately today is my last time coming. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would give a specific name to beware of but he refused to give me his name but it's a guy with long black hair. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. I came in to get builder gel removed (that they did) from my natural nails and for a pedicure. I've never had someone peel or crack my nails while removing builder gel. Never. I'm aware there can be some nail damage but I've never had it chipped. He insisted the only way to remove the nail was to basically pop off the nail. Throughout the process I tried to give feedback that I had never seen someone take the nail off this way and that I was unsure. Every other time (including at this nail salon lol) they have either soaked or drilled and soaked. He at some point admitted that some of my nail had peeled doing his method. He did NOT say sorry and instead insisted that this is the only way. Throughout this time he is unapologetic and is essentially gaslighting me despite the fact that I expressed plainly that I was not pleased with the service. I was on the phone during this encounter and was talking directly to him until I was asked over the phone how my service was going -- at which point I said in English, I'm really not pleased and don't understand what's going on and that I intended to leave a review. At this point the rudeness completely escalated saying that I was threatening him (by stating I intended to leave a review), being defensive, lying about the situation -- ridiculous and not true. Also stated that he was doing me a favor??? Doing me a favor is CRAZY lol considering I'm paying for the service. I stayed calm and never raised my voice but ended up speaking with the person sitting at the front trying to express my frustration. It is NOT OKAY to talk to a customer that way. It is NOT OKAY to not apologize for damaging someone's nail. She also refused to say sorry. Needless to say I did not stay for the pedicure. Final part, I accidentally walked towards the door as to walk away and they reminded me I had to pay for the service and I was like sure that was my fault. And to my beautiful surprise it was the full price like who does that? Eventually she gave me a discount but it's really not about the money or honestly that much about the mistake. Mistakes happen. But it's the audacity to treat a customer who has given hundreds of dollars to your business over the years and who NEVER raised a voice so poorly. No apology -- like legit no apology despite me being calm and composed while being displeased with your work...truly so disappointed. read more

I had a very disappointing experience. I was overcharged for both my nails and toes, and the quality of the service was unacceptable. My fingernails are crooked, and my toenails are uneven and different sizes. What's most frustrating is that the owner herself did my nails -- and if she knew she didn't have enough time or wasn't able to do them properly, she should've been honest instead of rushing through the service. Also, please do not tell me one price and then charge me something completely different at the end -- especially when you know the job wasn't done right. Then to laugh in my face like I don't understand what's being said is incredibly disrespectful. Not everyone only speaks English -- we understand more than you think. That kind of behavior -- overcharging, poor work, and unprofessional conduct -- can cost you clients, your reputation, and your business. I have been trying to find the right nail place since moving to Atlanta and I saw this business had good Google reviews so I decided to try it out. The man that did the pedicure gave me such an ick because he winked every time I looked at him as he was massaging my feet. Then the actual polish was a hack job. Honestly so bad that I'm posting my feet on the internet. First of all he didn't even clearly paint the full nails and at times he cut my nails during the painting I assume because he didn't want to cut that piece. If you see the pics my nails are clearly not shaped and it's a bad polish job. This is the result of after I had already asked him once to fix it. They charged me as he was fixing it so I gave them the benefit of the doubt something I've now learned not to do. Don't pay until the job is finished! I won't be coming back. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because my nails were done by a woman there and she did a really nice job. Would absolutely not go back here which is unfortunate because the lady who did my pedicure was awesome. However, the guy who did my nails was not great. He made me very uncomfortable when I first sat down because he took a picture/selfie with me on Snapchat and sent it to his son? I'm not sure but I was uncomfortable the rest of the time. And he kept signing along to the love songs that were playing which was just a little annoying in my opinion. I wasn't really able to relax or enjoy myself. Also not to mention he did a really horrible job on my nails which were very simple. Just messy and didn't clean up my cuticles or anything. Over the years they've expanded their offerings to keep up with industry trends, they offer drinks from water to wine during services, validated parking, and the staff is super knowledgeable when explaining what their services are. While on the medium to high price point and range I believe the pricing is appropriate for location. I especially like the option to individually tip when using my card to pay. In the past if I've had a problem during or even after my services I feel comfortable letting them know for immediate resolution. Anyways by the time I noticed I just didn't want to stay any longer...my manicure is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. My nails were already shaped in coffin and I asked for the same shape. I feel bad about leaving this review because everyone there is so very nice and accommodating, but maybe that's where they get you! We ordered the basic spa mani-pedi, which is listed at $51. Since I'm the bride's "Matron of Honor" I told the nail techs that I would pay for both of us. Three hours later, the nail tech is STILL working on the bride's nails, when she was due for her rehearsal in 30 minutes, and still had to get back home to get ready! To me, it seemed like the tech was trying to apply every service possible.. he did the powder 50 times, then he added tips and shaped them, then dipped in more powder 50 more times. During the dipping and sanding, he sanded her skin, hurt her, and caused her to bleed! Then he massaged and wrapped her arms. Then we start doing gel nails?!?! Then he added gel on top!! He may have been trying to accomplish what she wanted, but sadly it became an episode of Nailed It!! (The comedic cooking show on Netflix where they try to copy a decorated baked dessert). Anyways, we did not sign up for all of that. I was expecting to pay $120 at the very most, but I had to pay $240!! I'm sorry, but as a mother of 2 who lives way OTP now and is already struggling with this economy, I can't afford this. And what we received is definitely not worth this price! If I'm ever asked to come back to this place, I would never. I much prefer the girl that does my nails back at home! She does a way better job at 1/4 that price! The more I think about it, I feel like I was robbed, taken advantage of, and regret ever coming here. Everyone I have talked to agrees you don't do both powder and gel. My sister's real nails are going to be totally ruined. However, the bottom line is we did not receive what we asked for, neither one of us was happy with the result, and I deserve a refund. read more

Takes a lot for me to write a review but felt like others should know how much I DO NOT recommend this place. I went to get just a plain SNS manicure. I understand that almost every nail place makes you pay extra to add in cuticle care and a hand massage, so I expect that...but I'm NOT willing to pay the extra full price of $55 for a hand massage that literally lasted a minute on each hand. ESPECIALLY after the nail tech filed down my nail so much that it literally caused a cut on my finger and continued to touch/mess with the finger even after asking her to stop doing so. I also recommended she toss the nail file because I didn't want someone else to have nails filed with the one that had some of my blood on it and she completely ignored that advice so sorry for whoever gets their nails filed after my encounter..
