I was excited to try this place after finding out they were black owned. My honest opinion is I'm extremely underwhelmed. Firstly they advertise as having a $20/ pedicure special but realistically it's a polish change. The "$20 pedicure" includes no water, trim & regular polish. I opted for the regular pedicure so I can actually have clean feet and my total was $45. The overall quality of my nails were not amazing but just "ok" to be honest. My pedicurist was a very sweet lady name Carmen. I forgot to mention that because I questioned the $20 special the lady who was originally going to do my nails, skipped me and took another lady who came in after me lol. Needless to say I won't be back, but give them a try at your own expense. read more

Where do I begin... I took my uncle, mom and myself to get pedicure bc I saw it on social media. They were advertising $20 pedicure. So, when I got there I was told it was just a polish change, so I told each tech we were getting their CLASSIC PEDICURE (35) dollar. When it was over I end up paying 170.00 for 3 people (I have receipts) I was told my mom feet were horrible, I agreed , but their highest pedicure was 65 she charges me 90, my uncles were 45, my pedicure was 35. Now, I was never told about the up charge until the end. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL, and I know the owner from her other shop. WHat should have been a good experience felt like robbery. Then the owner said , what I felt was extremely insulting about the condition of my mom feet, which as I agreed was not good, but her statement was her justification for over charging! read more

I visited this salon for the first time a little over a week ago and I was excited to find a black owned nail salon. I went inside and the staff was inviting and funny. However, I'm giving them a low rating because I spent a total of $170 including a tip for a full set and a pedicure. $100 came from my nails alone which were supposed to have been my birthday nails. four out of ten nails are already lifting after a week and one has completely flew off while I was on a cruise. This nail experience had been embarrassing and a waste of money. Moral of the story find another black owned shop because some of their prices may be low but the quality of the service sucks. The hospitality service experience that I had with Miss B and her ladies was warm and welcome, but my service for my nails I do not like I have only had these nails, one week two of my nails have fallen off I have short nails gel polish no designs. I was charged $60 The acrylic was thick and I'm very disappointed with my nails. I called Ms.Bee on 2/16/26 looking for work, I previously worked with her on the opening month. I came in her lights were off and doors locked, she said I have no one, and I said well now you got me, I hired ladies and her shop was up and running the next day. These ladies that I hired ran me out the shop, and I became a private technician. On 2/17/26 was my first day of work. My clients services were scratched off and thrown away and I was never paid for it ! She said she would give me the $5 back because that was wrong for Annointed to edit my great services. I expressed to Ms.Bee that I would not be in because my sister who I only got hired with didn't want to go, now we know why. Tuesday comes my sister and I go in and my things were stolen. Later that night I received a call confirming that my things were indeed taken by the young lady in the back. Ms. Bee said she would reimburse me but later that we would see that was a lie. I then asked around before ultimately asking Ms.Bee. My things were STOLEN , in her salon on Mlk, that will never be acceptable except by Ms.Beatrice. I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed by the hands of someone else. I am missing $70 worth of work in my payment. A client who came from the Walmart, a couple we have serviced privately, her service is missing from my payment, I will be contacting witnesses and the City of Atlanta, to report this company and its violations against written laws. I have now been stolen from twice . The police was involved because there was a man threatening to assault me and use gun violence but we have been ridiculed and bullied with no provocation ! read more

So upon first walking into the nail shop I was taken away by the beauty and cleanliness. On top of that I was excited to support the sister community but chileee it was not it! We arrived at 4 pm and didn't leave until 12am. I have never in my life spent so much time somewhere and it still wasn't even done right. Now from the pedicure off rip wasn't hitting once she finally reached me she kept repeating I'm gonna hurry up. Nah sis don't hurry take your time do it right, my toe nails and finger nails didn't properly get cleaned at at , she couldn't work with the acrylic and she got flustered. My nails literally hurt fr. Her coworker said it's okay just take your time and the one doing my nails said she didn't care anymore! At this point I'm upset because you don't say that I front of your customer and I paid 110 but shout out to Ms.lady that is pregnant though she tried her best to fix it and I appreciate that but if someone just got out of school and they are not fully ready don't charge me full price I'm not an experiment that's on my mama. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I came to this nail salon yesterday with two other friends to support a black owned business to our surprise. We had the worst experience ever we were OK with the wait time. We got there at 4 PM we didn't get sat to start doing our full set Until 4:30 as they proceed to do our pedicures one person is doing all three or four pedicures and she's painting our nail polish like a five year-old I don't know if their nail polish is watered down but every time she put it on there it's evaporating they didn't use real gel polish. They use clear polish white, regular nail polish and then cover it again with clear my feet were not properly scrubbed or cleaned. It was just rushed. Then when it came onto my nails, we sat in the chair for two hours or nails didn't get started until 6 o'clock when our nails got started the other employee started on my friends nails first and I had to wait my friends nails were horrendous Way too much acrylic. It was thick and when she realized she couldn't do nails, she said she did not care and do not care how to nails come out she's just doing it just cause she has to do it in front of everyone. That's what she said in front of me and my friends that she does not care about how the nails turned out The young lady that was doing my nails put too much acrylic. It was rushed. It doesn't look like she is properly trained on how to paint nails everything is on even sloppy done. It's like they were learning as they were going the design I wanted I couldn't get cause they couldn't draw so I had to get what they can Do And what they can do didn't even got done right I need my money back. This is ridiculous. This is the next day after getting my nails done me and my friend's nails hurt so bad there's so much acrylic underwear nails that dripped that never got cleaned up.
