I think I went at a bad time. The reviews are so positive but my experience wasn't anything fantastic. Its a very nice salon with a tight parking lot so just drive with more caution. Fairly clean. Nice enough staff... The young woman who did my pedicure was great. The woman who did my nails on the other hand, wasn't all that pleasant. She didn't want to take a moment to look at inspiration ideas or brainstorm with me. She was a bit rough on my hands and in the end, my nails weren't all that pretty. Crooked, thick and bubbly. 0/10 DO NOT recommend! I called in to ask for a quote for a pedicure with gel and acrylic fill with gel, but got charged significantly different for the acrylic fill ($35 vs $55 -- $20 difference?!?) Carmen, who did my acrylic fill with gel was very rough and careless that she not only scraped the cuticle for one finger but two of my fingers, and just left them bleeding. She didn't even bother to wipe or clean the blood, which makes me more worried about the other times she has done that to other customers using the same dirty and unsanitary filing tips stored in an Altoids mint-looking container. Lastly, Carmen's final product was very poor. She charged extra $5 for an almond shape just for her to rush it and lack precision leaving sharp edges/sides. My pinky nail looks like a tip of an arrow which looks so ugly and unprofessional given how much she ended up charging me for a simple fill with gel. Also, all of my finger nails had uneven thickness which makes them look so distorted! Overall, I am super disappointed with their service, from the price trick they pulled on the phone to the very moment I left. I feel like I got scammed! I've been here twice; today was my second time. I have mixed feelings... I would say it's just ok and is probably between 3-3.5 stars. They are sufficient if you are looking for a place to get a quick mani/pedi but I don't feel the staff here has the skill set for complex nail designs. They also don't spend a lot of time cutting and cleaning up your cuticles. My nail session finished in less than 20 mins today... this included painting the nails and curing it, filing, etc everything. Not very meticulous IMO. The first time I came in for a deluxe pedicure ($35). The pedicure is worth it if you get a specific person that spends time doing it. This time I opted for a gel manicure ($30). I did not receive a hand massage which you typically do when getting a manicure. I saw that the lady next to me did ... so I agree with another review that the experience you receive varies. Lastly, we had to wait for 30 mins before getting started evening though we made an appt in advance. Will I come here again? Maybe. But it will only be if it's convenient and my regular nail lady is booked. read more

I have been coming here for years and really loved this place. I even brought several friends with me over the years. I usually tip 20% or more and have enjoyed this place as part of self care and relaxation. I always go when it isn't busy for that reason. The lady manager is always nice and speaks, asks how I am, etc. However, I can no longer recommend this place. They have a menu of different types of pedicures and other services. I always get the same pedicure - it's upgraded and generally comes with like a 10 minute leg massage, callous removal, etc. The woman today didn't even do all the things listed - no sugar scrub to help with callous removal, no massage, no cuticle oil. I mean, my feet didn't even soak. She rushed me to the chair, said you can pick out your color there. I just asked if I could have a minute because they have books and books of different gels and I just wanted 2 minutes to look. I get to the chair after a minute. The water is cold, she doesn't even let my feet soak before she starts sanding off the gel with an extremely heavy hand. It was so painful. I had to ask her to please be gentle. Like, these were not acrylic toenails, just polish, she didn't have to sand my toes off! She painted my nails, then squirted lotion on, rubbed it in. Literally less than 2 minutes - I looked at my phone because I already knew. So no massage at all. Then the woman next to her reminded her that she needed to get hot towels on my legs. She didn't even wrap them on, just laid them on top after airing them out. Like, they are supposed to be hot. I don't want cold towels on my legs. Less than a minute later, she took them off. Then I was supposed to get my eye brows done, but there was no way I was letting her near my eye brows. I can hide my toes, but eye brows are on my face so no thank you. When I checked out, it was the normal $50+ price. I told the guy that this was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten here. I could have just painted my toes at home for this. This may pass for someone that has never been, but I've literally been coming for years and know what to expect. Now I have to find another place to go. Skip this unless you want a painful pedicure without all the services you paid for. read more

I had an appointment for 5:00 pm on a Sunday. They didn't start doing my manicure and pedicure until 5:30, so I wasn't finished until 6:20, 20 minutes after they technically close. They didn't rush though, which I appreciated. They have menus with prices, but the menus don't include all the services, like SNS and gel. They require customers to wear masks and staff were wearing masks. However, chairs are not socially distanced. It feels clean inside. They sprayed sanitizer on my hands before doing anything to them. The tools they used for my pedicure came in a hygienic bag. But the nail file appeared to still have someone else's nail filings on it. I got SNS for $40. Sarah did a good job on my nails. When one of my nails had an imperfection, she was happy to fix it. I got a classic pedicure for $25. CC did a good job on my toes. My only complaint is that she put the callus remover into the tub my feet were in to get the dead skin off of it. I made sure to wash my legs and feet when I got home. The service I received was a pedicure and fill in, my fill in was a gel white French tip, the gel polish chipped after a few days and the shape was gone after day one. Saturday, 6/05/2021 - Went to "Nail Spa Time" get a mani and pedi done. This is such a cute shop and all of the workers here were so nice! Uopn arrival: Pros: 1) plenty of parking! We got front parking. 2) they can get pretty busy, so it's best to book an appointment before arriving. This way you know for sure you'll be seen. But you can try just dropping in too. 3) they did my toe nails, feet and calves first. My toe nails looked so clean and prettily painted, my feet scrubbed, and my feet and calves massaged. 4) my hands were next. They cleaned my nails, pushed my cuticles back, and painted my nails. First time I used gel nail polish. Suppose to last a long time, even through tons of touching water. My finger nails looked so clean and prettily painted. 5) the chair I sat in had a full back massage. I totally utilized it. My back felt so good. 6) upon entry, check-in desk is to your left and a waiting area to the right. Chairs to your left is for pedicure. Long 2 tables to the right with chairs was for manicure. And there was this cute corner with a blue wall too. 7) bathroom was very clean. Cons: 1) no cons!!! Conclusions: They were so professional, nice, and so sweet! All the staff were great! I would go here again and highly recommend this location!! First time for a manicure and I love it! I went with my boyfriend and got the milk and honey pedi. it says that it INCLUDES all of those things but they told us it's one or the other. hot stones or paraffin? weird. paying $55 and it says it includes all of that but ok. next, this place is dirty. i've been a nail tech for 5 years so i like to occasionally get my toes done by someone else if i'm lazy and i WILL notice other things alot of clients don't. like the fact that none of their tools came in blue bags. meaning they are sanitized and disinfected properly. they were just sitting in their tool box. nail files and buffers were definitely used before they worked on me. they REUSES their pumice stones. btw, pumice stones are supposed to be DISPOSED after ONE TIME USE! disgusting. they came out of a bag and you can tell they look used. read more

Really disappointed in the service our bridal party received this evening. We called to make an appointment LAST week for 5 people at 5:30pm to be seated together in the back nook area, and the staff misread it for just one person getting a mani/pedi. That caused the staff to panic as they didn't have enough employees on-site to take care of us. They called "a relative" to come and help. That person was was extremely rude to my friend and was getting frustrated over my friend wanting to ensure she liked the nail polish color. If we're paying for a service, it's important that we're satisfied. That should also be the businesses goal. We also were never offered water/drinks when all the clients around us were given that courtesy. We were also told that a table for our food/drinks will be provided when we called to make the appointment and it wasn't. Some of the estheticians were rushing as well and most excluded general manicure procedure as in cutting cuticles, applying lotion and massage. That service is INCLUDED as part of every manicure regardless of the type of nail polish applied (I've gotten SNS before and it never was an excuse). I am happy with the ladies who did my mani and pedi but I suggested this place to my friends and deeply regretted that. Extremely disappointing and embarrassing. We did communicate this to one of the staff members when paying and weren't offered any discount or genuine apology UNTIL we had to complain again. And before that, I heard the staff complaining about us complaining. Pathetic. Please teach your staff some manners, customer service, and common courtesy. read more

I really enjoyed my visit at Nail Time Spa. I went on a weekday and called before arriving and they told me to come right in. The spa is very clean, there are many colors to choose from and no pressure to hurry up and pick (I'm admittedly slow) and the staff is professional and friendly. I got their basic pedicure and was in and out in under 25 minutes which would be great for someone who was busy, but needed a quick pedicure. They have more deluxe pedicures if you really want to be pampered. I noticed an area in the back of the salon that looks like you may be able to have parties in. Not positive on that, but it's something I would look into if you wanting to go all together with girlfriends or have a pampering party for little girls! Today was my third time coming to the salon and as always the service is great. I live 45 minutes away and whenever I am on this side of town I would swing by. Staff is great even if the person that you want wasn't there they will accommodate you with another suggested person for your service. My go to for pedicure is Lee and my second one is the Nate. Im pretty open when it comes to the pedicurist. I'm sure everyone else is good if both is not available. If you don't try you wouldn't know.. all you got to do is tell them what you want. For the nails I definitely recommend going to Helen. I'll suggest making an appointment due to high demand and she probably get busy. My SNS nails last for almost 3 weeks and I use my hands a lot with house chores. I will post up my nails photos below. Definitely have a regular customer for sure! read more

This is all my real nails with dip powder over them and a flower design. I love the shape as well. After going to many different nail salons over the years, I think I finally found my person. I made a reservation over the phone for two pedicures at 2pm today and when I arrived they asked us to pick and color and wait. We just want a pedicure, with no color. They didn't bother asking for my name or what exactly I want. But no matter, we started waiting. We wait for about 30 minutes until I couldn't take it anymore and we had to leave. I have a very tight schedule as I'm scheduled to be on my way to the airport around 6 so I don't have time to just sit around. I expected the appointment to be around an hour for a simple pedicure but just the wait alone was 30 minutes so I couldn't wait another minute when it didn't look like they were going to get us in anytime soon. My advice, don't trust the appointment time and plan on spending at least 2-4 hours here depending on what you're doing. The two stars is for the cleanliness and nice waiting area (with a mini fridge stocked with beverages) as not a lot of nail salons have that. The location had a lot of parking spaces and the store is very large. It's just very unfortunate that they had me wait about 30 minutes when I have an appointment.
