This nail salon is very dirty. The walls, counters, and floors are dirty. The odor in the salon is bad, as well. Each time I have used their services (3) there are many employees sitting around and socializing as if they were at a party. The employees also sit outside the salon socializing. When I came across Niore nail bar ATL's Instagram page I am mediately booked an appointment.Based on their Instagram their technicians are well-versed with intricate designs.Unfortunately today those particular technicians were booked however I was reassured by the person at the front they had someone available who could produce the same results. I typically get SNS nails with a French tip, and a deluxe pedicure with a French tip Which normally cost about $105 on average. Today I decided to go with a Pinterest inspired design .Per their Instagram page they have completed dozens of similar styles, so I was confident that they would be able to produce the same results for me and drive 45 min to Chamblee. Pros; I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and was able to be seated right away.My nail tech Jack was extremely welcoming and offered great conversation.The drills that they used on my hands and feet were extremely delicate and painless. Cons; For $130 I expected my nails to look as pictured Especially when I am told that the technician has the capacity to do so. I always show the technician and the front desk person a picture of design I am looking for and request they to guide me to the technician who has the skill set.Unfortunately the technician did not have the skill set for this particularly design. When he showed me his Instagram I saw that he could do other designs well. He didn't do a horrible job he just didn't perform as well as I thought he would be able to. Overall my experience was Ok, however I left unsatisfied. I will be back and I will be trying another technician. I believe that they have some talented technicians at the salon however I didn't choose the best technician for the way I like my nails which is exactly like the picture that I show. If you're not going to get a XL full set with bling and chrome and a gel pedicure...avoid. Anytime I've gone in for a regular basic one color gel or fill the service has sucked. They will literally sit you and bypass you for a higher priced patron. It's also really not cool to see half the staff eating and playing cards as you sit and wait for over ten minutes during a weekday. The "hold on right here" shouldn't be more than a couple of minutes. Plus they rush the job to get you out to fit in someone that is gonna cost more. This has happened to me at least three times..I'm not just venting. Nails uneven like Gumby head uneven. Rough edges. What tech would take pride in such bad work? Even if I didn't say anything...have pride. Jay Jay in there does bomb work but you have to book with them online only. Very unfortunate. read more

Called ahead for a last minute sns polish change and was able to secure a spot 20 min from calling. My whole experience at Noire was 100%! I got SNS from "benji" and he knew what the heck he was doing for sure. I wanted short and pointy and he delivered the EXACT shape I wanted. Dude was slaaaaying and making sure each nail was perfect. Not a lot of people know how to shape nails properly but he does!!! He also shaped the SNS properly too, making sure it's not super thick. Total for SNS was $45. For my basic pedicure ($27), I had Jade and she was soooo detail oriented and did not skimp on the massage portion either! I got the gel upgrade ($15) of OPI's funny bunny and am very satisfied with the work. Overall, I am definitely returning bc it's SO hard to find a place that actually does nails properly! The past two times I've had mine done, I've had issues with "lifting" and "clumpy" nails but none of that here if you get Benji or Jade! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed coming here but the services provided by the new staff has not meet my expectations. In the last month I have visited twice and got a gel manicure and pedicure. The first time I was attended by a gentleman. Needless to say his phone was more important than me, the client. I tried really hard to have a good experience and not complain. The second time I came, I had the only staff member, I could recognize from the original staff do my gel manicure. In the past my gel manicure would last 2 weeks. With this new team my gel manicure last 1 week. Unfortunately, I work too hard to throw away money. I will not return. Back to the hunt I go to find my new nail tech. Final notes: I used to come here to relax. The music plays a huge role in setting the tone. The last two times I visited I felt like I was in a club. Congrats to the new owners but I would encourage you to pay attention to the environment and your associates work. You have lost a loyal customer. read more

Everything about Noire is fabulous! Definitely my new nail spot. I've been meaning to try them since they opened but just never got around to it. Then my sister went and told me how great it was so i knew I needed to go. Well thankfully my cousin said she wanted to get her nails done together so I suggested we go here since it's pretty close to where we both live. Prices? I definitely think they easily compare to other places. In Atlanta, I've always paid $30 for a gel manicure and that's what i paid here. I also usually pay $8-10 for eyebrow waxing and it's $10 here. TOTALLY WORTH IT. Man! The last place I've been going to since I moved here and at first they were the bomb then the last few times just haven't been doing up the par. I'm very glad to have finally tried out Noire. They will for sure be where I only go now. We went on a Tuesday evening about 5:30 so it was pretty empty which was nice. I've had my fifth and final visit to this salon. I only checked it out In the first place because they reopened before my regular salon did after closing due to Covid. At first, I was glad I did and thought I'd found my new go-to nail spot (I have been getting SNS done every 2-3 weeks for the last several years, accompanied by alternating between a pedicure or basic polish change every visit). The salon was very clean and the manager, Steven, was kind and attentive. To be honest, the pedicure wasn't stellar. The massage was seriously lacking. My SNS was okay, except that they did not let me know in advance that a manicure wasn't included and didn't offer me the option to opt to have one. My second visit is where it went downhill. I was displeased with how my nails were done and let Steven know. He advised he'd explain to the nail tech next time exactly what I was looking for. What I was looking for was for the color of the powder on my nails to be completely opaque, versus my first two times when it was transparent -- likely because they didn't use a base coat which is just bizarre to me, since I've had SNS some other 100 times and have never seen it done without. Who wouldn't want an opaque manicure unless they specified otherwise? Anyway, from there on out, it has been one sub-par pedicure and terrible SNS job after another. I've had to have them redo it because it's too thick, my nails are uneven, there are bubbles in the top coat, and I always, ALWAYS leave there bleeding on at least one finger. My last visit was the last straw. I asked for different colors on each finger, which they let me know would be an additional $5 (they actually charged me an additional $5 per hand, not total, which wasn't explained but fine). I asked for a manicure. I didn't get one. When I saw she was about to dip my nails without touching my cuticles, I reminded her I wanted a manicure. She said okay, and then still proceeded to NOT give me a manicure. When I got to the counter to check out and the woman at the front asked how everything was (Steven was not in this day) I let her know I was displeased. My nails were different lengths, 2 of the 5 colors I'd chosen were dipped unevenly and partially transparent, and my nails were incredible thick and lumpy. She acknowledged they did not look good and grabbed someone else to fix them. By "fix" I mean that she drilled them down, re-dipped them in the WRONG COLORS (ended up with dark pink instead of light and orange instead of peach), and put on the clear coat. She didn't let them dry before doing the clear coat, so the oil ruined it and it had to be redone. When it was all said and done, their poor job caused me an extra $10 because I felt obligated to tip the woman who spent 25 minutes redoing my nails, on top of the original woman and the one who did my pedicure. I am posting a photo to show that I checked out and paid with bleeding fingers. Meanwhile, within 5 days, half my nails were chipped, cracked, and lifting. In my 5+ years of having SNS done this has rarely happened to me and when it does, it's been one nail and it's usually after a full week. I called and they told me to come in and have it fixed. When I came in the next morning they let me know the only person available to redo my nails was the person who initially did the poor job, which I said was fine. I was going out of town and this was the only chance I had to get them redone. I chose to just go with one color for the sake of time. I reminded her AGAIN I wanted a manicure and would pay the extra for it. I got no manicure. She did a horrible job. I left with clumpy, uneven nails, with another ruined top coat because she also put on the oil too early. As a result they had to be buffed down again and the clear coat re-applied. So frustrating and a waste of my time, as well as making them even thicker! While I'm grateful they started over rather than trying to salvage what was terrible to begin with, and didn't make me feel bad about coming back, citing a new product line was likely the culprit of the poor quality work, I'm posting a picture which does not look anything like a $40 SNS job should. My usual spot was closed on Sunday so I gave Noire a try. It looked fancy smancy with gold trims everywhere and sparkle on the pics that it lured me in. Went in the afternoon and it was empty whether from being new or just went through the wave earlier. All the staff was very attentive and nice but when I left I was not happy with the quality because within 3 days my gel nail was chipped and on the 4th one of my nails completely broke in half. Also noticed the discoloration as well so overall another layer or 2 of nail polish would have prevented this do don't be shy to ask and for now I will give it a 3.6~ Will give this another try since it's close by and the price was reasonable based on all the art work I added. I do think they need to turn down the ac to accommodate the summer heat and invest in HD cable since the tv looked so horrible watching world cup. Not even sure why the screen was projecting 50inches when the TV itself is 60 either... looks bad too. There was about 14+ pedicure stations and 10+ manicure not including the bar tops but honestly thought it was uncomfortable since the table top doesn't give you much space to put your feet and sit straight. read more
