I can't remember the last time I went to get a pedicure and it was not possible to get something to drink. I had just finished up my water bottle so I was counting on that but nothing was available. They handed me the nail colors and I picked one out. The woman who gave me the pedicure was very pushy about trying to get me to get the most expensive package. I picked the second tier package, which was supposed to come with a nine minute foot massage as they specifically stated the time. My foot massage lasted just over five minutes total. It was supposed to be $55, but when I went to pay, I was charged $70 and when I asked why it was that much they told me it was a $15 up charge for gel. They didn't even give me any other option. I live in San Diego and I get pedicures every month and this is more expensive than the pedicures I get there. I would not return to this place.

We actually stopped coming for a few months because the wait times had become so long, but decided to give them another chance after being told we would be seated immediately. We still ended up being there until around 9 PM. This visit was especially frustrating because I asked for specific services and instead of simply doing what I requested, I kept being given alternatives and opinions. The receptionist also told me it wasn't a good idea to get my daughter's nails done and said it was basically a waste of money because she would mess them up. She has been getting her nails done for about a year, so I already know what she can handle. I'm also fully aware of how I choose to spend my money. For this visit, I spent $175 total for myself and my daughter. Her nails were $23 and her pedicure was another $23. My own services included a $65 gel builder set, a $15 "deep French" charge, a $43 pedicure, $19 gel polish, and an additional $10 charge. What was labeled as "deep French" also looked like a regular French tip to me, so that added to my frustration with the pricing. At the end of the day, if a customer is asking for a service that you offer and is willing to pay for it, there shouldn't be so much pushback or unsolicited commentary. Between the long wait times, the customer service, and the overall experience, I don't see myself returning.

I don't know why I keep giving this place a try. This time the lady cut me and didn't say sorry or anything. I've been cut before and it's completely fine. But I'm upset this time because she blamed the cut on me! How does that even make sense??? Also, typically I've seen some sort of massage during a pedicure.. I understand that I didn't get the highest pedicure package, but this lady didn't even put lotion on my legs at the end of the pedicure. When I asked her for some, she slapped it on my legs and started to pull my pant legs down. This is just horrible. Totally ruined my "me time". 20 minutes I was in and out of that place.. I go there to get pedicures primarily but let them do a quick manicure too. I have had great experiences here and always feel comfortable. The technicians take their time to make you feel good. It's never too long to wait and it looks like they have added more technicians than during the Summer. One of my biggest hang ups at any place is whether it's clean and this one is super clean. In any case I would give them a try as it's a good atmosphere and they do good work. They are right at the corner of Briarcliff and North Druid Hills ...sorta behind Walgreens. Thanks read more

I absolutely loved this place! They got me seated quick, and the service was just immaculate. I came from a long road trip from Baltimore more after working endlessly the night before so I was in need of a good mani pedi. They allowed me to relax for a few before getting started and once started had two people working at once !!! Neither interrupted the other and they both did a great job! Appointments are easy to make via online where you select what you want, but I'm not sure if you can book two services in one appointment. You might have to make two separate appointments because I originally wanted to do a manipedi but there was no combo or deal with them together. Upon entering, they ask you to check in, and there's several waiting chairs. The staff is very kind. I had a hard time picking what I wanted, but Ivy was so helpful and supportive. I found out she speaks 3 languages: English, Viet, and Cantonese. I told them how I wanted nails done to match my formal dress, and they were so helpful in picking a sparkly acrylic color for me. They prepped and filed my nails, but didn't cut my cuticles. Surprisingly, the entire process took less than an hour! Usually, when I get acrylics done for my nails, it takes an hour just for prep. It isn't too thick, and they charge $55 for just doing acrylic, one color/no designs, and nail shape. The nail salon is spacious, with plenty of space at each table and pedicure station. It's definitely big, clean, and modern. Restrooms are at the back, and there is a sink in the center for the room for cleaning. There's a free parking lot right at the front. Upon leaving, they gave me a stamp card where if you collect 10, you get 10% off.

However, when it takes 2-3 hours for a full set, and you are spending money, you definitely have every right to want your nails to look nice every time. My designs have been great, I almost always get complimented on my nails after getting them done. I am very particular about my shape as well but Tony, Danny and others have 99% made sure they were on point! The issue is not only the time it takes (this is common at many nail salons), but the quality... multiple times my gel polish has chipped the same day/next day after getting them done. I've had to go back multiple times for a touch up right after getting them done. I was also cut twice and bleeding the last time I went and the owner did my nails. I mentioned it to him and his response wasn't anything more than acknowledging that he knows. I was disappointed that he didn't offer to takin money off or anything, yet I still left a tip because I loved my design and knew I wouldn't be coming back. I walked out knowingI had to give them up. I hate that I have to find a new salon, again, but I'm really wasting time and money here. The biggest issue that happens almost every time I get my nails done is that they seem to lift up after 2 weeks. I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never had this issue. But my nails have started to break in very painful ways due to the acrylic not lasting. I've recommended this nail salon to friends and they've also had issues. So unfortunately I have to move on. See pictures where my nail was lifting on my last two sets and my polish chipped right after I got them done! Again, great designs but it's at risk of the health of my nails.
