WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! I started going here in 2015 and the overall talent has gone down more and more every year. But today was the last straw. I came in and showed her a picture of SQUARE ombré nails (medium length). She gets to filing and automatically does some quasi-coffin shape. She was already slow and I was tired, so I said that's fine. EVERY SINGLE NAIL is inconsistent. Every last one. Not only are they not square, they are crooked, poorly shaped, and some of the acrylic is over my cuticle. I was supposed to get jewels and all that, but was so angry and tired that I told her "I really am very unhappy with my nails, but let's just put on the top coat and finish up." After it dries the more I stare at my nails the more upset I become. I told her very calmly how poor of a job she did (except the ombré, which was great). She proceeded to go back and forth with me . Never offered to redo or discount. Got to the point where she said "I've been doing nails for..." thats where I almost lost it. Like ma'am, I'm paying you. I don't care if you've been in the industry 2 or 200 years, if I as the paying customer say something is bad, LISTEN!! I had to really restrain myself from yelling and cursing. I was getting them done for New Years. I HATE them so much. I will NEVER EVERRRRRRR go back, period. Do not go here. I came here with my fiancé and got a full set with gel polish and a pedicure and he got a pedicure. The pedicures were amazing hence the two stars. The full set was AWFUL. The gentleman was more interested in his phone than paying attention to my nails and ended up bruising my nails and used the machine on my cuticles which caused them to bleed. He used the wrong color as well. When I was leaving the manager asked me to come back because the shape was awful and I had to leave since I had a prior appointment. I am going to go back and will update. Update : upon Cong back the manager was able to assist with reshaping and fixing the nails. Can't say I'm totally impressed but I was glad she acknowledged it was a bad job and was willing to fix it. read more

My nails were filed only straight across making them uneven and ugly. Didn't keep the file under my nail so I felt like my finger tips were being sanded off too. When she was supposed to get the dirt out from under your nails she literally only went straight across, again, very gently as if she wasn't trying and barely put it under my nails and rushed through to the next nail. I have to wait until I get home to fix the shape since I don't carry a file with me because this is unacceptable. With a nail salon on virtually every corner, it's easy to think they're all the same. But this place disproves that notion. The space is relatively new & clean, I'll give them that. However, what they're lacking is good customer service - and when you're in a business that provides a service, that can be a problem. I notified the gentleman perched at the front desk that I'd like a pedicure. Immediately came the upsell for mani/pedi, which I declined. He walked me back to a chair & prompted me to sit. We completely by-passed the rainbow wall of polishes. I asked to go & select my color...what a novel idea when you're there to have your nails painted! When I returned to the chair, I placed my feet in a lukewarm bowl of water he'd drawn. Then a diminutive yet gruff technician came out & began man-handling my feet, clipping cuticles away until my toes bled! Ouch! Then she moved on to the 'relaxing' foot/leg massage. Pfshhh!! With the bruises on my shin, it looked like I just got out of a martial arts class, not a nail salon! After $30 & all that discomfort, the finished product was less than impressive - I think I could've done a better paint job! The whole point of going to a nail salon is to get a better pedi than you can give yourself. That concept seems to be lost on these folks. read more

I hated everything about this spa. I've never had a more depressing experience getting a pedicure in my life. For starters, the customer service is bad. I'm talking truly horrendous. That is not an exaggeration. The staff treat their customers like trash, talking to them however they'd like. I found myself checking a nail tech who was very unprofessional while doing my 11 yr old's toes. Completely out of character for me. What really annoyed me is that after the terrible experience, they charged my card twice. Their response? "Call your bank. They'll refund the charge." The guy who did my nails was very impatient and stormed out when I asked him to fix his rushed, sloppy job. He slammed stuff and went to take a smoke break. I ignored and he eventually corrected and finished my nails. I then went on to get my pedicure from a different tech. As I'm getting my pedicure, I hear screaming across the room. Another customer was complaining about the same guy being very rude to her. He then proceeded to call her a N***ER and walked to the back room. First visit, I will be back. The shop was clean and there was no wait time everyone I encountered was friendly. I got a gel polish manicure I thought they had a pretty standard selection of colors and I loved that they painted the whole nail instead of leaving some of the edges bare which I've experienced at other salons. My nails were shaped to my liking and my nail tech even helped me make up my mind when I was on the fence for a nail color. Only downside is that he did cut the cuticle on one of my fingers too much were it bled a little and stings but that was an honest mistake. They did not take any dead skin off, my big toe is still hard as a rock. and the top coat did not cover the entire nail. I can see where the clear top coat ends and the blue color continues. And there is a lot of blue on my skin around my nails. I guess it's a bit cheaper than the places I usually go to... I wish there was consistently in quality. When I started getting my nose done here a year ago it was always gel nails it would last at least 12-14 days the last couple times I went my gel nails literally lasted 2 to 3 days ONLY.before they will chip or peel. SAD!
