The person who did my nails was super helpful, nice and a perfectionist. I showed her a picture of the nails that I wanted for New Years and she recreated the look but with minor changes (no chrome nail because I'm frugal). The staff, in general, are nice and make you feel welcomed and special. When my nails were drying, the manicurist was eyeing them from a table away and then came back to remove a small bubble, that I didn't notice, from a nail. The manicure was reasonably priced and the inside of the shop was comfy. It doesn't have all the allure of the newer, trendy nail salons that serve sparkly wine, but they provide a good service and happy environment. I came in for a last minute mani pedi a couple hours before closing. I called ahead of time to see if they would accept a walk-in and was able to accommodate. To my surprise, they were ready for me right away. The space was clean and relaxing and there was a ton of colors options for SNS and Gel. The lady even helped me pick a color which looked great. I went for an almond shape file for my hands and to be honest, it is the best almond shape nails I have ever received. My pedicure was also top notch-- they shaved all my callus and my feet were looking fresh! This is such a great, affordable, no frills, quick mani/pedi spot in the north Druid hills area. The manicurists are efficient, the salon is clean, and there are massage chairs during your pedicure. There were limited options for regular mail polish but they had enough for me to find one I liked. My pedicure was done well. PLUS there was parking, with a lot right outside the spa. Consistently the best for SNS. I've been coming here for years and it's a 20-30 minute drive for me, but it's worth it!! When I get SNS done here it LASTS! No pulling, no chipping, just amazing long-lasting beautiful nails! They don't upcharge for having long natural nails and the price of SNS removal is included in the price, which I appreciate. They don't nickle and dime here like they do at some other shops. Just straight forward quality work! They've mastered almond shape here, i just love it here. Not sure what happened this time around, I had two photos of what I wanted - one for the nail shape and one for the colored line. I specifically asked for acrylics, not gel. After haggling and telling me "it would be easier" to do gel, I agree. Find out the price is $10 more...uh what? Negotiate to $5 more than original quote. That's fine, I trust a professional and don't like being a difficult customer. Then she tells me the length I want is too short, so she keeps them the length she prefers instead. Eh... The worst part of this manicure isn't that they're far wider and longer than the picture, but that I didn't even realize until the next day that my cuticles are completely untouched $70 later, I have a great pedicure and a full set with sloppy cuticles I'm trying to finesse to my liking at home :/ I will definitely be back, but might be specifically requesting the tech I had my first visit! My nail tech is faithful to me and I to her. Every time I stop by for a fill in, she's always available to me! That never happens anywhere else that I go. It is a beautiful relationship! The team is so talented, and truly want to make you a happy customer. You can often find them chatting up with the people who stop by. They also have an incredible selection of colors, and if they don't have that color, they actually make sure that they do! I am always complimented on my nails, and it's really because the techs here are awesome. The prices are also amazing. I hate to do this because I used to come here a lot until Le and Kathy left. I decided to give them a try to the new management and horrible decision!!! I can say that out of all the technicians only 2 are good the one who did my mom toes and Amy who did my pedicure she did good the rest is just bad.! I paid 27 + 5 dollars tip to walk away with this nails, the guy tried to fix one but if turn out worst, I was just stress out because I was there for nearly 3 hours due to the virus they can't do both things at the same time, which I understand but I have things to get done. Went here yesterday and the service was okay. The ladies were friendly and engaging, but my particular gel service was somewhat lacking... When my cuticles were pushed in, no oil was used so ouch! I mean. I didn't have much in this area, but it's just standard procedure people. And how many coats are you supposed to layer onto my nail. I saw there was at least 3 since she tried to even out the gel. Granted the polish was brand new as it came in yesterday, but dang. She continued to go back and forth on my nails trying to even things out. The massage was strangely at the end when everything was done, and it was a merely 30 to 40 secs of a massage on each hand to allow the lotion and oil to soak in. :/ There is a student discount available btw. Parking is pretty plentiful but the complex is on a busy road so getting out during, for instance rush hour, might be a challenge if you're heading in the same direction as others. read more

I've been a returning client here for sometime because i lived in the area but this is my last time coming here. They only have 2-3 ppl who do acrylic nails so the wait is always forever. Today on the other hand, i just wanted my nails soaked off then painted with gel polish. As the lady is cutting the nails i ask her to PLEASE keep my real nail as long as possible. Literally she then cuts the next nail and cuts my real nail almost in half to where my nail is bleeding. She then tried to fix It by gluing It together?? then soaking It... It burned and hurt so terribly but i just sat thru It. At the end you would think she would not charge me or even offer a discount perhaps?? Apparently, the new management didn't notify her, so she was already working on someone upon my arrival. When you walk in, you are attacked my the chemical smell and greeted by the usual masked-no eye contact-(because they don't even look up from what they are currently doing), "Hi, how can we help you? Pick your color" sure that's ok. been there done that. So I'm sitting there and non stop Vietnamese is being spoken, and I just quietly listen. The ladies next to me are bad mouthing their client whom which happens to be a regular (if only she knew) so unprofessional. The two that are doing me, do a decent job, are pleasant, and don't make much conversation which I don't mind at all. Then the bad mouthing of other clientele starts again. Really? I'm done. I better get out of there before they start talking about me. I'm checking out, and since they did a good job, and prices were reasonable I gave a pretty good tip. 16 on a 45 dollar bill. Just a quick review of this place in all honesty and sincerity. I really appreciate them taking me as a walk in at the last min for a Sports pedicure and fill in. There weren't many people in this salon when I came in at 6:30pm & that was good. I received a gel fill and gel pedicure. Just a couple of things. I had to ask them several times to warm up the water for my pedicure because the water was cold, not warm...cold. I have lots of dead skin on my feet and dislike my feet being cold. For the 3rd time, the water was scalding hot which was ok considering that I would rather have it hot than cold. Also, I had to ask for oil on my cuticles because they were extremely dry. I came to this location because I was in the area and saw all the great reviews. My nails do look great but the horrible experience I had at this location was not worth it. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I thought of turning around. The salon is tiny and the out dated decor was noticeable through the glass window. But I decided to press on and give it a try. I was greeted with a friendly hello. After telling them I wanted gel polish and a pedicure the quickly brought me to a chair. This place has a million gel colors to choose from but I wasn't given any time to look through the selection. The lady in the chair next to me rudely snatched the color wheel out of my hand for her client. No one said a word to me while they worked on my nails. They simply whispered and pointed when they needed me to do something. When it came time to paint my toes they could not find a color that matched. A lady came out and yelled at me saying I should have told them I wanted matching colors when they started (which I had). They tried to force other colors on me and when I refused and said we could start over with a gel that had a match they rushed me to pick a new color. Exasperated the yelling lady said they would do gel on my toes and only charge me $5 extra dollars instead of the standard $12. The girl then proceed to put the wrong color on my toes even after I told her the number on the bottle was not the same as the one on the stick. She didn't even wipe off the previous (darker color) causing the color to still look wrong. I will never go back but if you plan on going with a friend to distract from the rudeness of the staff and aren't too picky about your color it's a great value for the price. read more

I chose this nail salon based on all of the positive Yelp reviews I read online. So, I felt like a I had to download the Yelp app and created an account to write this review. The only reason why I give this place a 1 star is the gel pedicure service that a lady gave me. Otherwise, this would have negative stars. During my SNS service, the woman cut me with her electric nail file to the point where I was bleeding. Not only did she cut me, but she also made the nail color near the cuticle beds completely disappear from continuing the filing. My nails already look like they are grown out! When I asked her to fix them, she added another layer but not near my cuticle bed! When she applied the top coat, she missed areas. When I went to pay, the pricing structure is set up horribly! The service and product are separated and my total ended up almost $90 with tip (and without a discount from her cutting me!!!!) The lady gave me a 20% off next purchase, but I will NOT be going back. read more

Just because someone doesn't understand a language doesn't mean you can't sense a topic of conversation. Very disrespectful. This place is amazing!! I come here once a month and I never have any complain. I started with regular pedicure for 20 dollars and gel manicure for 25 dollars and the collection of colors is amazing. The only thing that probably you want to know is that, because the use conventional nail polish for feet and gel for hands the colors are not exactly the same (for me that is not a problem). The regular pedicure is great and leave my legs and feet totally relaxed and the skins super smooth and the gel was accurately used and lasts around 3 weeks. Last time I went I changed to sports pedicure ($28) that includes hot stones massage (wow) and the SNS for my manicure ($30). The results were also great, the selection of colors for the SNS is also amazing and it last longer than gel and make your nails to grow faster and thicker!! The crew are amazing and takes care of you all the time. Take into account that they prefer the tip in cash!! ( I always forget cash and you can tip them with the card anyways).
