This place has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. I've been coming here since 2019 & my last couple of experiences have been very unpleasant. The ladies here now are snarkish, they rush you, and they are very rough when it comes to threading/surgaring. My sugaring experiences when Rehana was here was amazing every time, but she has since left the establishment! Now every time I go the ladies are rude/combative, or they're constantly making inappropriate comments on your body to try and sell an up charge. Also, last time that I asked for sugaring, they gave me a waxing which was extremely painful and still tried to charge me for the sugaring. Another member had to step in and correct the situation because I wasn't going to let them charge me for services that I didn't ask for! I am a loyal customer for the last 5 years. The service has going from good into the toilet over the years is an understatement. The ladies work there don't care if they did a good job or not. When you give them feedback be prepared to have gashes on your face from too much pressure of the thread. My face got scared the last 6 visits. And the final straw they increased the prices again. While I understand the need for price adjustment I haven't seen the value for the $$ you pay for. Its premium price for terrible service and rude attitude. Been looking for an esthetician to do my Brazilians since I moved here and found this place just looking on Yelp, and it's close to our house. I booked an appointment online so I wouldn't have to wait because they accept walk-ins. The lobby had 4 others waiting when I arrived which were walk-ins but me and two others who had arrived almost at the same time had appointments. I waited for about ten minutes since my esthetician came back from lunch. Rashi used the Sugaring gel when I booked regular wax but I wasn't tripping because she did an amazing job! Everyone can't use sugar correctly and every esthetician can't be quick as she was for this service! When I say she snatched me in 15-20mins, she did just that! She was super nice and friendly, she talked to me during the process since it's not the most painless lol The room was clean and the establishment was nice. This review is for the Dunwoody/Perimeter location: This salon is clean, bright, organized, and comfortable. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:00pm. I looked into making an appointment, but I was already in the area and the appointment times were 2 hours out. The booking site also states that face/brow services are walk in any how. So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. Maybe if you're coming from a distance to be safe. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services. read more

Unique threading and body wax did a fantastic job on my first threading and we even did a eyebrow tint to cover some gray... not that I will never admit that anybody (don't repeat it) Rashi is who helped me and she was fantastic.. she took her time, she explained everything and when this crazy woman went to jump up while I still had to tint on my eyes she said oh dear, sit back and relax. They also offer sugaring which is 50% less painful than waxing, I'll have to take them up on it because that's about the only way I can do sugar on a keto diet. I prefer wax to threading because of how painful I find threading, but this trip was unplanned and I'd used my retinol the night before so I had to avoid hot wax and stick with threading this time around. I was in and our quickly, but she was sloppy enough to catch my lip with the thread. 24 hours later and it's still bleeding on and off. Due to this, I can't recommend this place and won't be back. I like to go to Rashi and get my eyebrows threaded for $8. The last few times I've had a great experience. They're so professional and move pretty fast. They will take reservations or walk-ins. If it's a wait they usually go by fast with each customer. I like how they have clear shields between each chair while you're getting a service done to keep the distance between each customer. It's better to pay with cash since it's a $10 minimum when using a debit/credit card or you'll get charged like an extra $2 if it's under $10. They're located in a huge plaza near Target with plenty of parking. Just locate them on the second floor and look for the big signs with prices. read more

I've been to the Buckhead location a couple times now and have been floored by the wonderful job they do with my brows. I was on my way to Marietta and found this location more convenient than going all the way into the city. I figured the service would be comparable. Boy was I wrong. The woman was nice enough but she did an awful job. I always tell the threader the same thing: leave them as thick as possible with a natural arch. She "cleaned" them up but totally missed a spot that I didn't see when she handed me the mirror because it was fairly dark in there (probably why she missed the spot in the first place). She also did NOT match them. The left "arch" was completely non-existent. To top it off the next morning I realized she had rope burned me pretty severely (aka with every pull) on the same eye. How did you miss a whole line of hair yet burn the shit out of my eyelid??? There were tiny scabs everywhere! UGH! I wish I had gotten her name so I could tell y'all who to stay away from. I've been coming here for eyebrow threading for 1+ year & for the most part, the service is good. There are a few times that I've left not feeling great about how my brows look (random bald spots, no shape). I also feel that they intentionally prevent customers from using their Clover rewards system... I always have to ask on the check out machine & verbally for a receipt, & I've noticed that when both copies print (one for the customer, one for the store), they read them over & give customers the copy that does not have a Clover code on it. I could've qualified for a free eyebrow threading by now, but I only have a handful of credits because of this. Can't help but feel it's intentional. read more

This review is completely based on covid precautions taken by the business. Visited this place for the first time since covid restrictions started. Staff wore their mask as soon as I entered the place. Number of staff were less. Place was not crowded. I could see the plexi glass in between the station chairs. Temperature check was done. My only concern was they have kept a notebook and pen for us to sign and fill in the details at the entrance. Details should be filled in by the staff as I did not felt comfortable touching the common pen. I would probably wear gloves next time I visit here. I received a coupon in the mail, and I'm always looking for a cheaper option for body waxing. So of course, I was excited to try a convenient location at a lower price. A Brazilian and full leg sugaring wax comes out to be $60 with the coupon. Pricing is pretty reasonable with or without the coupon. I was NOT a fan of the way she kept trying to promote different additional services to me while she was pulling my leg hairs out of their follicles. I'm going to say no to ANYTHING when I'm in pain like this, so stop trying it. This was definitely one of the more painful waxes I've had, although I did wait a long time between waxes, which isn't usually recommended. I also didn't like how when I went straight to dinner afterward, my skin was both oily and sticky at the same time, due to not removing all the wax properly, as well as the oil she used being pretty greasy. I wish she had wiped off the oil afterward. Overall, I'm not sure I'll be coming back. There are so many waxing salons in Dunwoody, I'm not sure if even a coupon would bring me back. read more

The salon itself is very neat and clean! It has a very refreshing feel to it and the energy is just all around good! All of the young ladies who were working were very pleasant and professional! They have a rewards system that will keep track of every visit. Your telephone number is your member id so you don't have to remember any other kind of random number. I like the fact that the cost is very inexpensive! Wow only $8?! However make sure you do bring cash as they do have a minimum purchase amount of $10 if you would like to use either debit or credit cards. I was called over and met with Reena! I just explained to her that I didn't want ANY arch and just a simple "clean up"...I've had bad experiences in the past before with waxing and them make my eyebrows look way too girly.
