In town visit ing and of course I decided I needed to get my nails done. Always hard finding a place that you can trust. This place was recommended so I tried it. The service was great I walked in and only waited about 30 mins. The person originally doing my nails wasn't able to do what I requested and didn't fake it(which I love) a more experienced tech came over and got the job done. It's a clean spot and very welcoming. I'd go back. Wish I would have gotten pedicure. read more

My last was nice but I paid about $70 for a acrylic toe, basic pedi and gel. The acrylic is lumpy and gel very sloppy. I was given $20 reimbursement to fix elsewhere but no one will fix it close to $20. And we were rushed out since they were closing. My friends had regular polish and it wasn't dried yet. I carried one on my back so she wouldn't mess up her toes. read more

Ive been coming to this place for over a year now. I love their spot as it is convenient for work and home for me. I usually don't have a problem popping in when needed, no appointments are necessary unless you just want one. Their work compared to other places has been the best I've had and I've been getting my nails done for well over 15 years. My usual service is SNS nails and a pedicure. It's always a decent price and I'm usually there every 2-3 weeks. I'm a retired nail biter so nails have always been my reason to keep me from biting them but to say that my nails have actually grown to a LONG healthy length because of this salon is big for me! read more

I will say this I pass by queen's almost daily and had no idea it was surpass my expectations. I was a walking looking to get a basic manicure and pedicure. As a man, I let my feet go! Lol. I waited all of 10 minutes before I was seated. The hostess was very nice! After being seated I was surprised at how nice it was on the inside. They made me very comfortable. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my hands and feet but she was very nice. I let her know I don't like teaming hot water and she made sure to check with me on the temperature. She was patient with me because I am ticklish. I was impressed with the outcome. I would definitely go again! read more

I went in for a sns mani and pedi although they had plenty of nail techs sitting around they only did one service at a time, started with my nails. My nail tech did a poor job and then had the nerve to look for a tip from me. She did not properly remove my sns color, that was my sign to get up and leave then but I continued to let her do my nails I asked her to cut my nails short she said ok but did not cut them, then she did not complete the steps to doing my sns manicure. My nails look horrible, uneven, clumpy I was turned off by the job she did and opted out of proceeding with the pedicure The charge was $60 for sns. Im done throwing my money away with these people. read more

I took me so long to find a decent nail shop in Atlanta. I cannot tell you how many times I've been disappointed in the service that I received. But I was relieved to have found this location a few years ago. I'm very meticulous about the quality of my Nail Service and they did not disappoint. I definitely recommend giving this shop a try. I have been going here for years and today will be my last day. I was charged as if my nails are long which was $15 more than I have ever paid. I spoke to Dan and he barely cared, he just adjusted my price by $5. $35 is too expensive for a child's pedi! This will definitely be my last time visiting. read more

Visited on a rainy day and got a gel mani/pedi. The pedicure is holding up so far, and was done fairly well. But my gel manicure started peeling on the second day and by the fourth day the gel started to completely fall off. read more

I've had poor to decent to good experiences here, but it's very hit or miss in terms of service and politeness depending on who you get. Friday, June 25, I arrived ahead of the 10 am opening. I got a $25 classic pedicure and a nearly $40 nail change, which seems too high as I think of the $65 total. I did gel nails for both. Pedicures are hit/miss. Sometimes there's gel paint on my cuticles and there are bubbles. I got a color that on the deck looks frosted white but in application it's the color attached. I didn't like it, so I called their number and spoke with Dan, the manager. He said since it was just done he could take $10 off the usual $25 gel color change price and I confirmed that it would be $15. When I got there the next morning for the gel color change, Dan was not there. When I mentioned what was discussed to the person working at station 4, who did my nails the day prior, he kept pushing the $25 charge, despite me letting him know that was not what was discussed with Dan. He got coworkers involved who affirmed what he said. When I mentioned calling, he and his coworker began questioning the number I called. I called the same number in front of them to verify that it was in fact the same number I called the day before. The phone rang in front of them. They still wouldn't honor what Dan said. Perhaps that's policy when he is not there as anyone could come in and say he said something. I understand that, but I don't see why Dan wouldn't communicate what he discusses with customers so they are informed and can accommodate accordingly. It came down to them saying they would not do it at all for less than the $25, so I left, half-buffed nails and all. There's simply too little consistency over the years. I take breaks from nail tips, acrylics and gel or SNS color. This reinforces my break. I'll be going to VIP Nails down the road instead or sticking to press ons or finding a Black-owned nail salon with much more thorough hygiene practices. Other photos are included to show how hit/miss the work is. Avoid any nail art beyond French variations or dated designs is my advice if you decide to go. read more

I've been coming here for a year consistently. You can go to any technician because they're all really really good. The wait times are not as bad as other salons. They are attentive as soon as you walk in the door and the customer service is exceptional. This salon has a reward program checking in with your phone number. Every five visits you can get $5 off. I use to frequent this establishment but I don't plan on returning. Customer service was okay and the salon was overall clean but my manicure and pedicure was awful. I spent $125 and my hands look terrible. My pedicure was also terrible. My heels looked the same as when I entered the salon. I purchased the most expensive pedicure but didn't get what I paid for. Oh well, I guess it's time to stop throwing money away in these establishments. I forgot to mention that there is a $1.50 charge to use a card. So please remember to take cash if you are against being charged a fee to pay for your already expensive mediocre service. read more

I have been to this salon a few times now, they usually do a good job but this time around I left the salon very disappointed. I wanted a slender round nail and the tech did not match it at all and didn't redo it when I told her I did not like the shape. From the side they look concave instead of smooth. The nails weren't horrible but I ended up paying $70 for SNS with a gel design and it just definitely was not worth the money. I'm not sure if I will return to this salon now. read more

Every time I go to this little nail salon there is never a wait, never a crowd and it's always peaceful and quiet. Sorta like a mini nail spa. I like getting my nails and toes done in a no fuss, no drama atmosphere and to top it off they do a very good job every time. Their pricing is very reasonable and I like how they don't push you to get extra services that you did not plan on getting when you walked in. They are all friendly and helpful. My new (and forever) nail spot. Beautifully renovated space. Excellent massage chairs. Super sweet people. WoThey do a much better job than other places in the area (lookin' at you, Treat Your Nails on Buford Hwy). I particularly love that even for a basic mani/pedi they do them separately so you don't have someone hovering over you doing nails whilst trying to relax for your pedi. Takes a bit longer, but totally worth it IMHO. Also, Tina is a treasure. I especially love her adorable fuzzy hats. Update: 2 weeks after my latest SNS French mani at Queen nails and still looks great. Looking forward to going back next weekend. read more

I went in for a full set and Long (the nail tech) did a pretty good job, or at least it seemed so at first glance. In less than a week I had nails lifting, causing some damage to my nail tips and nail beds. One nail had torn half of my natural nail off causing much pain as well as blood all over the place. I'd never experienced anything so traumatic in terms of nail art and I've been wearing long nails for years. I foolishly returned to this salon to have the broken mess cleaned up and get the remaining acrylic removed only to have one of the ditzy manicurist literally cut well past the tip and into my skin and nail bed. Instead of apologizing she blamed me for having thin skin, angering me. I told her my skin has nothing to do with your terrible eye sight and bad aim. I was bleeding EVERYWHERE. I asked for the manager, but secretly I wanted to slap fire from this idiot. He offered a man obligatory but very fake apology, following up with a lie saying that I should be patient with them because they just reopened a week ago. I was there two weeks prior. I told him no you're lying and you need to hire a more competent staff as I stormed out the salon still bleeding and writhing in pain. read more

Wow I love this place. Smooth check in process, plenty of parking and plenty of employees. I walked in on a Wednesday night after work (around 5:30pm). I was seated promptly. The lovely woman who did my nails was as the bomb! I previously went to a nail salon that jacked my nails up. This lady was able to fix them beautifully! I am so happy to have found this place so close to my job because all the nail places by my house suck. I definitely will be coming back. I recommend the ice dancer pedicure. read more

I live extremely close to this salon and decided to give it a try... not sure who did my pedicure but the edge of my toe is razor sharp X she barely buffed my toe nail X she didn't even use anything to separate my toes - I had to tell her before my pinkie toe gets ruined ... she used a small cotton ball then took it out and placed it back in the container sorry for the next person luckily I'm highly hygienic ! My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She's so much fun to spend time with while being the most professional, thorough perfectionist (the dream qualities of a lash artist!!) I joked once that I always leave her feeling super vain because I go home and take a million selfies but IT'S TRUE. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. Also...okay, you should never be late, but once I WAS late and she took extra time to make sure I was still at 100% fullness when I left. It was so so kind of her to do when I was the one that messed up and was late. I'm in love. Morgan is a dang master and I adore her so much. I'm amazed at how much knowledge she has of her craft and how passionate she is! She has great advice to give about lashes and skincare and ... of course ... does flawless work.
