I came in for a last minute pedicure before going on my Vegas trip. They were able to take me in with no problems. The staff was consistently nice and welcoming. My nail tech did such an outstanding job from the massage to the service. The communication with my nail tech was perfect, it wasn't too much talking or too little. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT come here. The work is so sloppy, they lie about their prices, and when you attempt to ask them about the price or have them fix the sloppy work, they yell at you. The literally audacity to yell at your customer infront of your entire salon. A total waste of $145. I will never be returning again and highly recommend you don't either. I went in to get some very grown out acrylics removed. I got there at 5:45 & they close at 7. Thankfully they still took me to redo my poor nails. Katie was very diligent & made sure everything was how I wanted it. It was $60 with tip for a full SNS mani with added tips (all my nails broke off during the acrylic removal). That's the best price I've seen anywhere. The staff all wear masks & there are plastic dividers up between you & your esthetician. I used to come here over ten years ago and really liked it, but found another place closer to me. I found myself in the area one Thursday evening and had some time to kill. I was due for a mani, so I decided to come in. I was greeted upon entering. All the techs were working with other customers, but the place was not packed. I chose my gel color, Gelish "Tan My Hide" and sat down in the small waiting area. It didn't take long before it was my turn. I had two techs work on me. The first one must have been new because she did the manicure and cleaning then the second tech painted my nails. The first one came back to make sure my nails were dry and to give me a massage. They were both great! The first tech was very thorough and took her time with cleaning my nails which I really appreciate. I was very pleased with her work. This place is a hidden gem. It's usually not super busy so the staff will really take their time with you. I got a SNS manicure with Kim and a pedicure with Donna. Kim is very detailed and does beautiful sns. She is also very kind and accommodating, she listens to what you want and tries to accommodate your requests. I have gotten sns with her several times and it typically lasts 3-4 weeks without chipping. I haven't found those results with other local nail salons I've tried. Donna gives an amazing pedicure. She gives a great foot massage and she is very detailed and thorough. They are great at matching colors for your manicure/pedicure when using different types of polish as well. Prices are similar to other nail salons in the area (classy nails, Lux nails, etc), and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this nail salon. They get one star for being so kind but my nails came out horrible. Customer device is so important but so is receiving great quality work for your money. The paint job on my nails are horrid. The man did them over three times, I was so over it and was so tired of being there so I just said keep it the way it is. First he blamed the particular polish and made me pick another color, then he said it was the light machine (I got gel nails) I believe it was the cheap polish they have and his lack of experience in painting nails. Not sure why this salon wouldn't have a perfect rating. Everyone is wonderful... very nice and not awkward at all. This was my first visit. About 5 or 6 women working so no one was waiting and everyone did a great job (i went with two others and we all loved the work) relaxing and clean atmosphere. Making sure I come back. Spa party on June 9 which Kim(mamager/owner maybe) says all services will be marked down and have additional workers to help out. They also do facials, eyebrow wax and tattoos, detoxing I think. About other review....the shop did not smell bad...no real odor at all that would be different from another salon. They showed us the menu so that they knew exactly what we were asking for and communicated just fine. Several loyal customers came in and seemed very happy w their service also. Disappointed in my recent experience with getting a gel manicure. This is my staple nail salon and I've come here many times to get gel, so I was surprised at the result this time around. The nail tech (who I believe is the business manager, Oanh) was very rough with handling my hands, even causing my cuticles to bleed, and she applied the gel to my nails very poorly. The gel on the edge of the nail beds are uneven and were not smoothed out to look clean, the gel already started to lift, and bubbling and cracks appeared in the polish after just a few hours. I called the next morning to see if any other customers have had this experience in less than a day and Kim who answered the phone asked me to drop in to have them fixed at no charge. Her and her husband (I think) are very nice. The same nail tech corrected my nails, only a few, though I was expecting them to clean up and redo all my nails. She did not apologize at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Cracks in the polish still appeared a few hours later, so going back did not do me any good unfortunately. I'll only come back here to get my pedicure and will likely book an appointment with Kim if I decide to get my manicure done again. read more

I went in on Saturday late afternoon and got a mani/pedi. The place is a bit aged but the service was very good. There were no other patrons when I arrived and I was seated right away. A few people came in while I was there (approx 45 mins) but definitely a light crowd for a Saturday. I got the classic pedicure and SNS manicure for $55. Oddly she never touched my cuticles, but I didn't mind. I have natural nails and like to protect them so the owner recommended the SNS nail polish. It's supposed to be better for your nails than gel polish but lasts as long and even provides vitamins. Not sure if that claim is true and won't really know how it does on my nails until I remove it. Removing the gel polish is rough on my nails. They told me SNS could last from 2-4 weeks. They look great and the nails feel very strong. The process is a little time consuming but they give you a pillow to rest your arms. And although not heavy I can feel a difference on the nails, not bad just noticeable. The pedicure left my feet super soft. Afterwards the technician gave me the toolkit she used for me to take home. It contained an emery board, small buffer, and sponge. Bonus! read more

I needed a place to get a pedicure done, especially a good callus remover treatment. The last time I got a pedicure was at another salon and they did not even touch it. I've heard good reviews about this place and it was conveniently in the area. It's a small salon and can easily be missed, but the plaza is small itself so it's nudged between the Dollar Tree and CVS. One side of the salon has pedicure chairs along it and the other side had about 3-4 manicure stations. I picked the callus treatment pedicure and I think Linda was my nail tech. Overall, I enjoyed the pedicure and it was relaxing. Linda made sure I was comfortable and she definitely fulfilled the 45 minute time. However, she did alright with my calluses, I think people are afraid of going to deep with it. My calluses came back the next day, but that varies from each person. I've had one REALLY good pedicure at another salon where my calluses have completely disappeared and I haven't found a place that performed the same. I'll probably come back here for a quick pedicure or a good manicure from the other pictures I've seen. But this is a great place for getting your nails done and pedicure. I have referred numerous friends to this location and they all love it very much. They have very reasonable prices and their services are impeccable. I've been here four times and there has been some issue every time I've been in.they are inconsistent and don't do a good job on your nails. Not all clients get the same attention. Today I went in and was told I would have to wait for a half hour for my manicure and pedicure. An hour later somebody finally came over to me and told me that shortly. No one even apologized for the wait. My fingers and toes are horribly uneven the paint is thick and goopy. And I did not get a neck and shoulder massage like everyone else did. I hate having to come home and take off my nail polish that I just paid so much to have done. I have no idea where all these stars came from for this place. I'm starting to really doubt yelp reviews and their credibility. Upon walking in this Saturday afternoon with my 7 year old daughter the owner Kim quickly welcomed us and asked me to sign in. I wanted a pedicure and gel polish for my nails. My daughter a mani pedi. The place I noticed quickly had very poor ventilation, chemical odor was strong and it felt stuffy as if the ac was either off or barely on. An hour later I guess they turned the ac up cause it felt cooler. But still I left with a banging headache. The place was busy but we were sat in the spa chairs within 5 minutes and then we waited...with no water in our tubs just sitting there. I noticed my tub was awfully dirty it didn't seem like anyone cleaned it at all. After what seemed like a long enough wait the man came and turned on our tubs and when he proceeded to just fill my tub and ignore how dirty it was I told him it's dirty but he didn't understand. Didn't feel like causing a scene so I just let it go. So moving on to my pedicure..I asked for the deluxe $35 pedi which was listed for 60 minutes but ended in 45, the massage was short and I didn't get the paraffin wax treatment like it said. Going on to my gel polish. I don't think the lady who did mine should be doing gel polish because the Polish is all over my skin, the cuticle, and my nails are not shaped evenly. This gel will probably be lifting by tomorrow. I tried to cut some of it off my skin but we'll see. Not a good nail salon. The nail tech didn't listen too well. I kept telling her that my polish was regular polish with a gel overlay underneath. She kept treating the polish as if it was a gel polish. After we finally cleared that up, she tried to give me an acrylic fill-in when I specifically asked for a gel. This place was rather unkempt. She did the fill -in with gel acrylic, she polished over the acrylic with regular polish, then did a clear coat of gel polish over the regular polish. A day later I noticed that my nails looked cracked. Then the polish started chipping, both the regular polish and the gel polish. Iwas going to return to have then ccorrectly nails but I just didn't take action because I didn't want her to fix my nails. A week later, I did have my nails fixed but at a different salon. I would not recommend this salon and I would not return to this salon. read more
