Been here many times without issues but today once I got home I have seen how bad the pedicure is. You can feel the rough gel on the nails. Gel on my skin around the toes. I asked for a design. Lady tried to do it few times but couldn't which is fine but I expected better job. Not trying to be rude but we do pay for a service so I expect it to be done. I will go back Wednesday and see if they can fix it. Update: only thing that was done was applied clear coat oh look shiny that's all I do for you. You should fix the sloppy work your employe does. When asked which employe the lady that did it kept on ignoring me. Will definitely not be going there anymore. The greediness prevails over customer satisfaction. This review is about the owner, Tina. The quality of her products and her customer service have declined significantly. If I could give this place a "ZORO" I would!!! She recently changed the SNS powder, thinking customers wouldn't notice that she switched to a cheaper product. The new powder is terrible; it doesn't last even a week, resulting in nails chipping and the powder lifting. Many of the technicians reported their negative feedback, but she did not seem to care. I live close to this salon, and it's a shame that their services are not good. 1. I got my eyebrows waxed and she ended up using a razor to shape it. I specifically did not want a razor used on my skin because of irritation. 2. I got a basic $15 manicure and my cuticles look bad. I use to get sns here but the techs are hit or miss. 3. The pedicure I got today I specifically said #3 and somehow ended up with a higher price one. 4. They charge $5 to remove gel if you don't get gel put back on. 5. The lady who owns it spends half the time trying to upsell you. She pulled out her phone while I'm relaxing to pull up Facebook and IG asking me to follow. 6. Today they were trying to get people to buy the old pedicure tub chairs for $100. She told this guy that he can ship it back home to India! Lmao 7. Lastly, I simply asked them for the breakdown of service prices so I can better understand my total. The owner immediately said I don't get involved as if I was being hostile or something. I didn't appreciate the microagression. It would have been better if she explained because the other tech could not communicate well with me to answer the question. BUYER BEWARE....she will rip you off anyway she can. She scammed my elderly mother into service she didn't need that cost almost $200.00. Furthermore Tina couldn't honor her $50 referral fee that I was suppose to get....i had to face time the client to demand the $50.00. The place doesn't care about your natural nails. She doesn't even remember your name. If don't you want to feel like you're at a flea market with slave labor workers who don't speak English. STAY AWAY...NEVER STEP FOOT IN THOSE PLACE. Comment: responding to owner: Thank you for the response...it reminded me to let future consumers know that I'm not a one time customer. I've been there enough to give you an honest review. 1. TINA is a hustlers. She demands the money in cash or cash app like she's unaware of they report those sources of income to IRS. 2. Second look at her dismissive response. My family was customers for 4 years on and off. And my mom is 81...her eyebrows were just filled in for 200 and any professional could see she only needed a wax. ..she just wanted the money and did the fill in again instead of wax only. 3. This is my mother's third fill in. The first time I stood a watchful eye over her and made sure she didn't make my mother look like McDonald arches and we picked a natural brown color. Came out okay. Yes I Refered lots of people because they liked my mother's brows. But my mother is beautiful and makes anything look good. I Told friends you were a haggler, but you could do it, if you had a picture of what you wanted. 4. The second time. You assured me that you would follow the pattern and do the correct color. My mother came out looking like she was crossed eyed in the brows and you made her color jet black. You didn't give a damn. Just did the what you wanted.. 5. My mother was getting her nails done and only wanted a wax....but you did the fill-in knowing she didn't need it. Con artist. You could have easily remedy this mistake with a discount. But you only care about money. 6. Tina doesn't know our names from a can of paint. She claims she has too many customers to remember us. Plus she made us call our referral to get it. She didn't even write it down. Only pure luck we got a hold of her and had to demand the $50. The one client we referred said she didn't like you and is never come back either. 7. I got my nails done there couple times a year only. My mom & sister got nails & brows. We occasionally went back only cuz our mom had her brows done there, not because it was great place. 8. She thinks black people are idiots and had no apology to give for her customers. She'll like you until you need better service and beg you to follow her and refer her for $50. 9. There is a lot of 1 star reviews. Imagine how many don't take the time to comment. 10. Finally, please don't think all black people get scared when you use GOD's name to validate you and your weak claim of innocence. Get a better comeback...God is not interested in your grimy, slimy, greedy yelp review. read more

Update: I called the salon the same day I had issues and texted photos of my nails to the owner. She said they had a 3 day guarantee of nails and I could go back to see the same person who had initially done them so I could have them fixed. I was adamant that I wanted someone new and this time when I went I was placed with Sweet T. She did a fantastic job and my nails still look great three weeks later. I only put 4 stars instead of 5 because it is abrasive to get the old gel taken off. I'm used to the tech filing down some and then placing alcohol soaked cotton onto the tips of my nails. I don't know if they were in a rush maybe, but to get the old gel off they used the drill bit for basically all the gel so it was much more abrasive than I'm used to it being. I will still definitely go back, this is the most amount of time my gel has lasted from any place in Georgia. Originally rated 2/5 stars: My gel manicure already looks grown out and I just got it done today. The tech did not go to the root of the nail, and multiple nails have dust/fuzzies/weird particles mixed in. Had to ask the tech to file down multiple nails more because they were very uneven. She also really clipped away at my cuticles, and they already don't look cleanly done. Gave two stars because at least she didn't make me bleed. Does not look like I just got a fresh manicure. I will not be back, unfortunately the quest for a good or even decent nail tech continues. read more

This salon is a rip off, prices too. I've been are regular for min 6mos paying $150 + for Deluxe pedi and Gel nails with Chrome. The nail tech Sydney, did a new set with the clear tips, 2 days later on broke and wanted to blame me to repair it. Then get an attitude telling me not to come back to the salon. I reported it to the Mgr. Tina, she said sorry, this shop isn't good for you to get your nails done, but come back for eyebrows that she charged me $250 Jan. 11, 2025 and one is uneven but trying to encourage me to come back for Eyebrows touch-ups. This is a joke as I will never step foot in this shop again. They are so very friendly when service is rendered and you agree with everything they does. HAVE AN ISSUE AND SEE it shifts! They are not the only Nail/Spa salon in GA. I be darned to got back for this type of service spending my money. Today I did Cat Eyes gel polish. Kelly takes her time and is very neat and careful. Never over drilling my nails or making them feel sore. My nails RARELY break.
