Brazilian Wax By Andreia - THE GOAT!! - Waxing Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

Josalyn (Sorry if I misspelled her name) ! First time at this spa as I've had to shop around for a new esthetician I trusted since my old one under another company left. A friend recommended BWBA at this location and Im grateful I took heed. Josalyn thank you for making me feel welcomed and invited even though I wasn't your usual clientele. I'll be coming back! read more

I had a wonderful experience. Kaitlin made me feel extremely comfortable. She was gentle and the process was fast. She did a great job. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

Michelly is the best! I go to her for waxing. She is quick, efficient, and does a great job.

Kaitlin is THE BEST! She always makes sure I'm comfortable and I even have nice conversations with her to distract from the pain of waxing and she gave me water afterwards! The rest of the staff are very friendly and I will continue to come here! read more

I'd visited Andreia's North Druid Hills location in the past and found it had somewhat of an unclean look and feeling. The Sugarloaf Pkwy location was the exact opposite. The office, restroom and service rooms were very clean. The front desk ladies were kind and professional. My aesthetician Belinda was friendly and did an amazing job with my Brazilian. I highly recommend this location and will be returning. read more

Omg I love this establishment! At first I was thrown off because the pricing was too good to be true. But let me tell you they are the truth. Good quality wax is used, and hair grew back very slow. I wish they had stores on the west coast! read more

Kaitlin is incredible. She makes you feel so comfortable you don't even realize you're getting a wax! She is detail oriented and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back again! read more

I go to this location specifically for Kaitlin. She always makes me feel comfortable, clean, and she's very thorough! I look forward to seeing her every month, it's always a wonderful experience. 4/5 because reception is never pleasant lol. read more

One word... AMAZING! All thanks to KAITLIN!!!! Being that I haven't gotten a wax since pre-COVID, I was a bit skeptical. On top of that, being 6 months pregnant only made my nerves worse!! Shortly after being greeted by the receptionist, I was called back. Kaitlin made me feel comfortable, not only was the wax A1, but the overall service made it better. Personality definitely makes a big difference when you have someone in your space. She paid attention to detail, was very thorough and made me smooth again!! I hope this review helps someone to select her name when booking just like others helped me! She definitely has her a new regular! read more

I literally read a review about the receptionist and said it probably was just a bad day. Anyways my appointment was at 6:30 today she didn't speak or anything. She didn't even tell me to have a seat. I waited maybe 10 minutes and walked out it's obvious they don't Serve ppl of color. Sad read more

I have been going here for years. Kaitlin is the best!! It is always clean and with the pandemic they do wear masks and require customers wear one. Not a fan of the masks but gotta keep maintenance up. read more

Stop...go find another place to get waxed! This place is awful!! My daughters had their eyebrows waxed and both had their skin ripped off by the same tech. I called to speak to manager and no one called me back. I emailed with photos and never got a response. read more

Brazilian Wax By Andreia - Why was the wax even in that area??!!! - Waxing Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

Been a good 4 years since my last visit due to me moving out of state. Service just as good now as then. The staff makes you feel comfortable and explains everything along the way. Wish you guys would expand to Metro-Detroit area!!! When I come back in July, definitely will be paying them a visit. read more

First time here. Fast, easy and painless! I had an appointment for 9:00, I walked in at 9:07, was called back at 9:14 and was done at 9:25. I did take Aleve about an hour before (this was my first time taking anything before getting a waxing) and I honestly only felt a little sting. The other places that I have gone to hurt so bad. I definitely will be coming back! read more

I walked in at 5:38 (I didn't have an appointment) & was greeted by Thatiane who was very pleasant. She offered me water and took my name and told me to have a seat bc the technicians were doing Brazilian waxes. I was seen at 6:00 by Michelly. She was ver personable and did a thorough job!! I was very pleased and she will be my requested technician at this location! This location like the others is nicely decorated. Everything is very neat and clean. I'm glad that it open so close to my neighborhood. read more

Ask for kaitlin or Victoria L they both are very great. But kaitilin is super funny if it's your first time she may make your first time more comfortable !! read more

Worst wax experience ever. I usually go to the Roswell location but was in the area so I dropped in. I was assigned to Quinn, the only reason I know her name is because when I went to pay, the cashier told me. She never introduced herself. She had a negative energy from the start. I should not have let her start. The wax was really hot to my skin. I did tell her so she let it cool. When she was done she never bothered to go over the areas with a cloth to clean off the excess wax. I left with pieces of wax everywhere. I was also irritated from the temperature of the wax.. I never had such an experience as I have patronized many of Andreias locations. If I ever go here again I will surely not have Quinn as my waxer. read more

Annslie is the best! She has always been thorough and professional, and does her best to make sure you're comfortable during such an intimate service. I recently had an appointment scheduled and called about an hour in advance to let them know I was running behind at work. I work at a hair salon so I understand how frustrating it is when clients show up late or not at all. I was expecting to have to reschedule, but the receptionist held the slot for me anyway. I ended up running almost 10 minutes late. Annslie was super understanding and still took me when she had every right to turn me away. She didn't rush our appointment and did a great job, as usual. I truly appreciate her professionalism. read more

Crystal was super friendly and made the time go by fast! I wouldn't call waxing fun but she made it as fun as it could be loll! I would highly recommend her and this place in general, they're always nice! My new go to place! read more

Unprofessional service by front receptionist. After arriving 15 minutes early with an appointment, and standing outside for 20 minutes, I was given the explanation that I "didn't sign in" ... mind you, my friend was taken back almost immedirately without signing in. More than likely forgotten about with no apology. Yikes! read more

That was the best waxing experience I've ever had! Anslee did an incredible job. She was super kind, friendly, and clearly knows what she's doing! I went to another waxing salon previously and my Brazilian there was SO PAINFUL and felt very unsanitary. At Brazilian Wax by Andreia, I felt comfortable and the pain was very minor! I would definitely recommend that everyone try this place. Thanks Anslee! read more

I went to get a Brazilian wax ... As a walk in They assigned me a young lady that usually works the front desk.. I've been to this location several times... I gave her a chance. I knew from the first removal this young lady had no clue what she was doing.. Not only was the fan directly on my vagina she took way to long to remove the wax once it was harden! She kept trying to pull and nothing.. So she had to pull out the scissors to remove the wax.. The amount of pain I endured.. we started at 10:30 and I finally walked out at 12 noon with wax still on my vagina... It was so bad I had to cut my underwear off because it was so much wax left! Clumps of wax all over! Bold spots all over my vagina not to mention the burning.. she apologized stated it was because I used (Veet) Bull.. I wasn't charged but I would never EVER refer or use them again! read more

I love this place. The ladies that work here are very friendly, professional, and get the job done quick! I love how thorough all of the workers are and I always have a great experience! There is always a spot available to get a wax in and the wait is never long. read more

Ansley was a beast!!!!! She is simply amazing! I am thankful she was quick efficient and sweet! She got me done in less than an hour on my lunch break ! Full body!! I will be back! Thanks love read more

Been here twice, and, so far, it's an okay place to get a quick wax. I had the eyebrow, underarm, and Brazilian wax services. Thorough waxing for all services, especially the eyebrows, so you call the shots on how you want your eyebrows to look. The women were friendly, professional, and attentive. The prices are great, too! $35 for a Brazilian? Can't beat it. Convenient location, too, especially if you live in the Duluth area. One major, major downside (at least for me, though) and why I'm giving this place a 4-star review instead of a 5-star: not cleaning up your client after the waxing experience. I had some strings of wax still attached to my body afterward, and I've been to other salons before where they had a warm towel for you to wipe yourself with. I would highly recommend some type of aftercare for your clients so that they're not walking out of the salon feeling like they weren't 100% taken care of. read more

The Duluth are not following the safety regulations. Receptionist said she forgot her mask and my person said she can't breathe with a mask. I've been a long time client but I don't believe I will be going back read more

First time getting a Brazilian wax ever and I chose the right place . A coworker told me to come here and I made my appointment online didn't have any trouble. When I got there I was welcomed and was asked if I wanted a drink or anything which is free. When I got my wax I got it done by a lady name juliana (sorry if I spelled it wrong) lol but she made me feel super comfortable during my experience. I'm really pleased with my experience!! read more

I always have a great experience here! Never as painful as I expect. Facility is clean and staff is friendly as ever !

First time going here, they had immediate availability for a Brazilian. I got mine done by Ansley - I think that's how you spell her name. 100% pleasant experience, she really made me feel comfortable & we chatted which took my mind off of the slight pain. Again, I highly recommend her. Will come back in 5-6 weeks! Thanks! read more

My go-to place for Brazilian waxes! It's located in the Kroger plaza, so it's super easy to find. Free & ample parking right out front. You're able to schedule an appointment online, but they welcome walk-in's as well. Every time I've come on a weekday, they're able to take me right away which is one of the reasons I always come here! They offer many types of waxing, but the $35 Brazilian wax is a hard price to beat - especially with the amazing service the ladies here provide. They also offer waxes for men! For Brazilian waxes, they use hard wax. Which is my favorite, because it's a lot less messy. Hard wax entails using a wax that hardens up over a minute or so & doesn't require the waxer to use paper to remove the wax. It's also A LOT less painful, so I would recommend using hard wax for any beginners to waxing. Their $35 Brazilian wax also includes the belly, so if you have a happy trail they will be more than happy to remove that for you as well! A lot of other places charges that as a separate wax, so I really appreciate that service. I don't have a preferred waxer, because everyone I've had has done great. Please come here for any of your waxing needs! They're the BEST! They also have a location in Buckhead. read more

Had my first Brazilian wax after many years with Michelly. This location is clean and the ladies are very friendly. Michelly was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable. I expected it to be extremely painful but it was quick and way less painful than the first one I had years ago (part of the reason I never got another one). I will be going now every four weeks. read more

This is my new place!!! Professional, clean, quick, and Kaitlin was phenomenal...I'll def be coming back for all my wax needs. Thank you for being great! read more

This is for the other location on Sugarloaf Parkway next to the Publix. I came in today to get a Brazilian done but my usual lady Vanessa, who is great, was on vacation so they Place me with CAROLINA instead. I was hesitant but agreed. When she proceeded to apply wax on me I told her it was too hot and she responded by saying "wax is hot". LOL what kind of reply was that. I'm not an idiot and this isn't my first time working with wax -of course I know it's hot. Instead of apologizing and cooling it off a little bit more for me she proceeded and said to me, " who do you usually see?" She told me i should stick with my usual lady instead. I was on the verge of telling her she didn't have to do it if didnt want to Wow so rude. Who says that to a customer?!? I was shocked. Didn't even take all the left over hairs with the tweezers and i ended up having to do it myself in addition to her also telling me to hold my own stomach taunt. Isn't that your job?? next time i will stick with VANESSA, thanks for the tip Carolina. read more
