Avoid this place. I came here 2 times and my first time here wasn't bad. An old lady did my eyebrows and she was very pleasant and she did a good job. However, I came back today and it was a different lady (still old but younger than the other lady). She was very talkative and seemed kinda nice at the beginning. As soon as she started to do my eyebrows I felt she was being extremely rough. After she was done she wanted to make one eyebrow more even but what she did was make it thinner and smaller. When she finished she didn't give me a mirror she only said to look up and look at the big mirror so I didn't see much of the damage. Once I got in my car and I looked in the mirror i saw she cut my eyelid and my eyebrows were thin. One being thinner than the other one which I specifically told her I do not like thin eyebrows. I went back to let her know what she did and she said "it's okay it will go away". The audacity she had to just dismiss me. I didn't ask for my money back because she did her job and my concern was not about getting my money back. My concern is for her to change and not do this to somebody else bc now even if I wash my face my eyelid burns. Yes, it'll go away but I'm not satisfied with the service and how the lady responded to my complaint. read more

I have come here a few times, it's cheap but it's also kind of dirty. The staff is nice, but this is my second time coming and no one is there. It's open according to the hours sign and I waited outside for about 5 minutes before leaving.....so there's that. There are two notebook papers taped to the door with phone numbers, but it doesn't say to call or schedule an appointment. I don't know, I come here because it's close to my house and I can grab groceries in the same trip but it's not anywhere I would recommend - because even if you go its a crapshoot if someone shows up to help you. Love this place! They always do a really good job and are always so complimentary (my outfit, my eye color, my eyebrow shape, etc.). The management has changed since I first started coming here but the service is consistent. One of them best things about them is that they actually listen if you request them to keep your eyebrow thick or want a certain shape. The only downside is that there is only one person working at a time...ever. So if there are 1 or 2 people waiting ahead of you, it could take a while before getting threaded. I have been plenty of times where I was the only one there and got taken care of right away though...it just depends! read more

Terrible. Ruined one of my brows. The mom is so much nicer and better. She listens and shapes really well. I rarely see the mom there anymore and the daughter usually does it and other than it hurting more, it's usually fine. Today however, she ruined one brow's shape making it totally unsymmetrical to the other side, and somehow it appears I have a gap in my brow. VERY UPSET. I never complain but today is too noticeable and my brows grow back very slowly. Come at your own risk. Oh, also asked her to be a little more gentle because last time I got cut and she cut my eyebrows up even more today. My eyebrows are not only ugly, but they are literally throbbing and stinging. :) read more

I stopped by around noon to get my eyebrows threaded with there only being one other customer finishing up. The employee did not greet me just told me to sit in one of the empty chairs. She finished up the other customer and started cleaning up my brows , the whole time being on a loud FaceTime call with children yelling and lots of talking, the whole visit. It took her less than five minutes to do my brows , which to some may be great if you're in a hurry but to me it showed she was rushing and not paying attention to detail . She barely trimmed my eyebrows when i had requested them to be trimmed down and left eyebrow hairs all over my face and in my eyes. Yes they're cheap but i don't recommend and will not be returning. read more

I've been looking for a good eyebrow threading place since I've moved to the area (short term). Previously I went to the same eyebrow threading place in Boston, MA for 7-8 years. I arrived around 4pm and it was empty. The space is large with high ceilings and great natural lighting (so you know they can see those tiny hairs we want off our face ;)). Lots of chairs lined the wall for clients who are waiting. Parking was easy as its in a big plaza. The woman working was really nice and smiled when I arrived. She led me to the client chair (there are 2 of them) and began her craft. I could tell she was taking her time and she wasn't digging into my face. I didn't even need to tell her what shape or anything that I wanted. She could just look at my face/brows and know what to do and what would look best for me. She cleaned me up real good :) It took about 10 minutes. By the time I left there were 3 other clients waiting so you know that this place is good. Such a great place! Super clean and friendly. If I ever come back and need to get my brows done, this will be the place I go! read more

This was my very first facial. I had void was it amazing and wonderful! They do Facials, waxing, threading, massage, henna tattoo and henna hair. Naz was amazing and walked me through what it would be like before the facial. I received excellent care and I absolutely love the steamer. The products they use have a wonderful scent that reminds me of patchouly and cucumber. It brings this rich yet settle aroma that is so soothing to the senses. I highly recommend you get a facial! I am totally coming back! Best part is I called ahead to see if I could just walk in and they said yes! I do recommend giving a call first just to make sure they're not busy. I think I have pretty eyes but on Sunday they were obscured by eyebrows that can only be characterized as Cookie Monsterish. As I do not have an Iphone or Siri, I could not ask for a suggestion, so I consulted Yelp. Browline has a few good reviews and it is close to my home, so I thought why not? I called to make sure they were open on Sunday. No one answered the phone, but someone responded by text immediately. I was told the hours and away I went. I was greeted by a young women in a clean, well lit salon. I was the only person there at the time, so I was next. She was able to clean up the frame of my eyebrows and make me a star again. I've been going to Browline since it opened several months ago and I'm thrilled to have such competent brow threading at such a reasonable price ($8) so close to my house! After reading the reviews on yelp I decided to give them a try after my old eyebrow woman moved. I was not pleased with the end result at all. I was greeted by an older woman at the counter she was polite and we exchanged small talk. While she was nice I was annoyed that she tried to thread my eyebrows without even asking me for what I wanted. I told her that I wanted them mostly cleaned up being that I like my eyebrows thick and naturally have a nice arch. When I first looked at them it seem that she had flattened my eyebrow and that did not flatter my face at all. So after "fixing" them it seemed as if she moved the natural arch of my eyebrows and my left of is arched higher than the right. I decided to give them 2 stars instead of one because they all were very pleasant and nice to me but I was less than satisfied with their work and will not be back. read more

First time here. Not a very busy place so I wouldn't worry about long wait times. My eyebrows aren't completely hideous but she messed up one of them and I had to get the other one a little messed up to match which was annoying. Charged me an additional $5 for my forehead when I didn't even really want her too. She continually threaded too close to my hairline so now my hair is receding on one side due to her plucking my baby hairs. She also tried to get me to do my lip too but I knew she just wanted to get more money out of me. My follicles are super sensitive and when I left I had a swollen red forehead. Not very gently. When I tried to tell her my eyebrows weren't even she said they are my eyebrow hairs just grow weirdly. Don't think I'll come back. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a NY Native and just recently moved to GA. I've been terrified for anyone to touch my brows. But about a month or two ago I gave this place a shot. I liked what she (an older lady) did even though, she had to work with the fact that I had a spot in my brow. I like to let my brows grow out because I'm afraid there gonna get thin. So since I'm going on vaca I HAD to get my brows done even though it was definitely time. The first time I went it was about 2 no wait at all. Today I went in probably around 2:30 and there was a family in there with 3 of them getting there eyebrows done and she was doing their brows so fast it was just insane. This time another woman was in there (short, thick lady) so I decided to give her a shot. I told her I wanted them thick and I wanted to keep my arch. As she was doing my brows she would stop allow me to look and we both suggested what she should touch next! I've NEVER had this happen, I usually show pictures or try to explain best of my ability, and they never get it right! But she got it right in totally satisfied and I will be returning every single time I need my brows done! I never do Yelp reviews but since this place has so few and I'm still awed by my brows it was totally necessary! read more

It's really hard to find a good eye brow threading salon and I really try to like this place, but I always leave with mediocre results. Some days, she'll do a fine job, other days not so much. I kinda feel as if the lady doesn't have a steady hand or just simply can't do her job right.
