I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

To my surprise, as I left, the employees chased me down, insisting I pay an additional $15 for "cat eyes," a term I have NEVER heard (despite getting my nails done MULTIPLE times at this and other locations), and $5 for the "design" (which was essentially the same as the chrome design I had initially asked for). From my perspective, I received the same nails with only a different color powder. Though promised no extra charges, I ended up paying $20 in addition to the tip. I could have accepted a $5 additional payment just for the "design," but being charged over $65 for a bad visit and another $20 for ANOTHER bad visit is just so bizarre to me. The commitment to not charge me was not upheld, and I paid for such poor services. Overall, I'm upset by the decline in service and quality at this establishment and I do not recommend anyone visit. It's nice because she can still get a great cut & color from the Jr level staff for a reasonable price (she's retired and on a fixed income). Everyone is very friendly. The interior design is sleek, modern and clean. And although the design might give you the impression of it being a "snooty" or "stuck-up" kind of place, that couldn't be further from the truth. Everyone is down-to-earth and accommodating. Oh, and I really dig the music they play. Really, I just can't say enough good things about this salon. I initially visited for a haircut and returned the following day for color. I showed my stylist pictures of exactly what I wanted: dark brown hair with lighter caramel highlights. Instead, I walked out with extremely brassy, orange/red highlights that looked nothing like my inspiration photos. After giving it a couple of days and hoping it would grow on me, I checked Muse's website and found their Client Satisfaction Policy, which clearly states that complimentary retouch appointments are offered if requested within 7 days and completed within 14 days with the original stylist. I followed those instructions exactly. I called, explained my dissatisfaction, and specifically stated that the highlights likely needed to be covered entirely. I was scheduled with the same stylist, with no mention of additional charges. At my appointment, I reiterated that I wanted the highlights gone. Instead, they were covered with semi-permanent color, meaning the red/brassy tones will resurface. To make matters worse, I was charged for the correction. When I questioned the charge, two employees + the stylist confronted me at the front desk, insisting that my situation "didn't qualify as a retouch" because we "covered the highlights". They even acknowledged that their website was misleading but refused to honor the policy. After 10+ minutes of an uncomfortable and embarrassing back-and-forth, they agreed to refund $67, leaving me paying for a correction that should have been complimentary. I had already spent nearly $575 at this salon before this appointment. This was never about the money. It's about principle, transparency, and accountability. I provided inspiration photos, didn't receive anything close to what I requested, followed their published policy, and was then charged again for a temporary fix. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally, and I left feeling embarrassed for simply expecting them to stand behind their work. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage others to reconsider before spending their time and money here.
