Very clean place and the people are always nice. If the prices werent soo much more expensive there i might shop there more often.

As this does not sound like a lot, if they continue over charging from time-to-time that money adds up!!! I don't think this is on purpose, just be aware. Also, as everywhere now, nobody on staff speaks. I got a 1/2 smile from 1 woman, but I initiated. She still didn't speak. The store Mgr here is great!! He's a very nice, funny & helpful man!!! I see him on weekends whenI shop for the week. I don't know his name. OK store, pretty stocked & they can't help how $$ items have gotten. But, if they would smile & provide shoppers with a good experience those costs probably wouldn't sting so much. Stephanie & Lisa didn't even greet me with a smile when I needed my reciept looked at. Stephanie was put out that I broke away to ask her to assist a nice man in line & rolled her eyes at me. Lisa was working hard to get me taken care of & thanked me for my patience as I left- she redeemed herself!! Get your coupons & digital cpupons together, put on a smile & go shopping. Have a great day!!!

This has become my new Kroger as it's the closest to my house. First -- I did not know Krogers now…read moreclose at 11, which is disappointing! First they cut back from 24 hour ops to 1AM and now 11pm? I blame COVID. Anyways -- I've been to this Kroger before but I'm not super familiar with it. I still probably have to give it time but just the unfamiliarity with it docks it down a star for me. From my previous visits, it did have everything you need -- it's a bit of a drive from my house which is shocking because I'm so used to having a Kroger less than a mile distance, but I hope to come back with an updated review once I get used to this Kroger!

I did have a great experience at this Gwinnett Pharmacy I must say. There wasn't a crowd or…read moreanything. For some reason I believe this place really doesn't get much business but I could be wrong. This location seemed a little small and they do not have restrooms for the public, just so you know. I had to pick up a prescription for someone with an insurance card who wasn't in their system. The whole process may have taken 5 minutes max. There wasn't any big wait or anything. Depending on where you live like I do, the distance traveled is a little great. 20 minutes for me when I could have traveled 7 minutes to another pharmacy. However the other pharmacy didn't carry what was needed, Kroger for example. I had to make two 20 minute trips there because someone (me) forgot the insurance card and drove all the way there before I realized I forgot it then had to go back to get it. Before I arrived home I had to get strong armed robbed at the gas pump first. $60 brought me a little over half a tank. (Jesus Help Us!) That would be a place you could probably just go into to take your Covid shot without any appointment. However I don't know for a fact if Covid shots are done there, it is a pharmacy and I don't see why not. To be on the safe side, call first if that's what you need before you drive there.

I stopped in here to pick up a few items while staying in a campground near by - this store was…read morefairly busy and it seemed everyone was practicing social distancing and about half of the customers were wearing mask (looks like these mask are quickly becoming a fashion statement). Although I have a number of masks I wasn't wearing mine but I did maintain about double the recommended six foot distance. The sheep that follow the guidelines to the letter stare at those of us who aren't covered like we are secondary citizens or have leprosy hey news flash you don't intimidate me so back off lol. Don't take me wrong I fully respect the seriousness of Covid-19 but I don't trust everything I'm told (it wasn't necessary for everyone to wear a mask when they weren't available unless your were a health worker or first responser now that the supply has caught up with the demand it's fast becoming a requirement) is that how it works? Okay enough politics - I'm walking around this store in awe of how nice it is and it's so clean, so my mask off the to management team and employees here, this may be the best looking Kroger's I've ever been in. There appears to be some hoarding still in play, the meat section was a little bare and the toilet paper shelf was a little lean I think these items best represents the barometer of the pandemic panic. There are some tricks to shopping in this new age of paranoid behavior, as with most challenges there are a few things that will fix some of the negative trends - if someone is idled too long in front of the wine section for example, just give a few short coughs as you round the corner and they will give you some space and move along, these may seem a little extreme to some but I've experience a few pretty ridiculous stall tactic in front of the produce sections, come on people make a list and get in and out the days of trolling the aisles is over and please leave the kids at home with a sitter. Kroger's has made some adjustments with how their employees interact with the customers and they all seem reasonable so we should support our local business that have put in the efforts - I'd definitely return to this location. Ok so why four stars there is a rent a cop at the exit that asked to see your receipt and never looks into the cart - get rid of the Barney Fife want to be he's irritating...
