Went to the eye doctor. Found out I have an eye infection, but have to drive to NC to get my daughter. My ex doesn't care what's wrong. If I show up late I'm in trouble. The doctor gave me a written prescription. I got in my car. This was the first place I called since it's not far off 85. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She told me the prescription was wrong and I needed to go back into the doctor to prevent delays. She was right. They rewrote the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. I drove to the pharmacy. The First Lady didn't think they had the medicine. The Second Lady, I believe the same One I spoke to the phone, said they had it and it would be about 20 minutes. In under 20 minutes it was ready and I was out the door. Saved me a lot of time and I energy! read more

Walgreens is what it is, frankly. A pharmacy, nik-nak, cosmetics & seasonal store... with beer & wine! Some electronic items & don't forget the photo desk! They have 2 kiosks for printing your own photos & do help when needed (not what I was there for this time). I came in for some Christmas stocking stuffers & as prices are not BAD, they are high!!! $2.50 for 8 candy canes... go to the Dollar store, $1.25! Anyway, I got out for $22 & with my rewards number it came down to $18. Not too bad. Store is clean, friendly folks! I think the 1 big issue was that many items didn't have prices listed.... Frustrating & I probably would have purchased more had they been up. Their loss! I only run in here for a quick couple of things. I don't make a habit of coming- too expensive. read more

When I see a rant such as the one that singled out a person by name, race, and gender I think twice about the credibility of the person posting such unnecessary information. My experiences with the pharmacists here, regardless of sex, race, or ethnicity, have been good. And I am about to pick up a prescription now after a courtesy call. I also had no trouble receiving a refund when the pictures for my passport were rejected. Yes, they should have been better photos, maybe it was a bad day or one off, since there are many who have used the site with no problem. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Horribly discriminated against without any proper review or discussion of files. Filed ADA complaint for the first time in my life. Female, Asian pharmacist named Jin called me, upon records being transferred from current pharmacy of many years that closed unexpectedly. Previous to using the last Pharmacy for many years, I was with that Walgreen's, and prior to it the Rite Aid that became Walgreen's for many years! I have a long-standing history with Walgreen's, most recently filling one of these prescriptions last month at another location with no problems! Without any discussion whatsoever, Jin called me and was horribly rude, and let me know that she would not feel any of my prescriptions, controlled substances, or otherwise, due to "conflict". When I tried to ask, for a reason or what drug caused a "conflict" , she refused to give it or any reasoning, cutting me off and talking over me every time I tried to ask her question. I couldn't believe that she refused to fill all other prescriptions as well. When I came in the next day to talk to her, she lied to me and denied ever saying it when she clearly did, followed by, "it's not up for debate; I've made my decision"(she said during initial call). She wavered saying that , and who's decision it was, hers or Walgreens policy., being her decision. She shifted whichever way she thought the conversation would benefit her in the moment, constantly changing her story. Clear case of discrimination, without proper review. I explained to her that, but Georgia state Supreme Court ruled in my disability and multiple issues, and explained my issues, trying to appeal to hopefully any rational anything in her. It was pointless. She was extremely rude until the moment I told her I filed an ADA complaint that morning, and was only in there for her name. She changed her pretty quickly! Then it was all Walgreen's fault, and not hers! I wouldn't waste my time with this Pharmacy, or spending any money here. This is my corner store, which I will never spend another dollar in, or any Walgreen's, as far as I can help it, anywhere! read more

Because we stayed longer in Suwanne than anticipated, my husband had to have some additional doses of his post lung transplant meds. When I called This Walgreens, Victoria was very helpful in how to get the prescription phoned in from his Drs. In Minnesota. When I picked up the meds the next day, Mohammad and Taylor were very helpful with the insurance/coupons. Each of these staff was very pleasant and so helpful. Great customer service! read more

In an effort to be more frugal, I have been using coupons and purchasing drugstore brands for bath, body and make-up products. This Walgreens near my house has the best staff and their beauty department is on point! They always have the new NYX, No. 7, Hask and Essie products that I'm looking for - bonus that they are usually on sale and I get points that equal more savings. I just wish they were open later! read more

Jennifer and her incredible staff/co-workerds continue to impress. I have been coming her over a year now and not only did Jennifer bend over backwards to try to help me when I first became a patient/client but I have never been more impressed with a team like this one led by the lovely/brilliant/caring (REALLY) knowledgeable/Professional yet down to Earth and represents whats GOOD in people Jennifer and I was SO impressed that my Fiancee also became a patient/client/friend of the Suwanee Walgreens on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and Jennifer and staff have welcomed her with open helpful arms they did me and everyone they take care of-the different in professionalism is so different that we pass 6 or 8 other Walgreens and OTHER Pharmacys as well-probably passing 30 other CLOSER TO HOME Pharmacies but neither she (My Fiancee) Nor I would care if it was 20 Miles from home cause you are not only treated great by the Pharmacy Staff-the entire store just seems to go above and beyond-especially one certain older Lady whom works the registure up front having to give me directions 4 times in a row since my GPS is trash now but she did so each time with cheer and the patience of a Saint and I'll just bet if we could see her Heart we would see a sight as beautiful as a thousand Butterflies and yes-I guess I'm a Poet and DO know it and I have been Published thank u very much-just playing around a little but its not just My Fiancee who now goes there-as we have been Customers a while-word of Mouth to any Friends and or Family has led to many of our Family now going there even though NOT ONLY to the Pharmacy when one of the Kids OR Adults are sick but they NOW shop the store for other items of need and especially the off shelf items you find at places like Walgreens as WELL as AWESOME Sales on items we use-for instance-we are Coffee drinkers and though somewhat engaged we dont live together so neither of us has conformed to the others Coffee-hers FROM THE MACKINE I bought her that now takes up my counter and is louder than the neighbors truck and dogs and my washer and dryer combined and only makes one cup after all that racket that takes like expensive coffee with liquid plastic mixed in-but thats me and I dont like the taste of Coffee anyhow so I stick to Maxwell House cause it has the most Cafeine I have found and will mash your motor more than any other Coffee-instant anyhow, and MOST brewed brews-and I have been drinking Coffee about 30 of my 55 years now. Point being-no, I am NOT an employee of Walgreens or Maxwell House but I catch the same size jars of Maxwell House I pay $495 for at Wal Mart and I BELIEVE they are $5.95 at Ingles but anyhow, I catch them on Sale at Walgreens (with card of course) for $2.99 PER JAR!!! That is almost HALF PRICE of what I used to pay at Walmart so of course I stocked up but Ive seen the same Special about once a Month now BUT KUDOS for Walgreen Pharmacy and to Jennifer and all her Staff-what an awesome and amazing bunch of people you all are and we thank u for all u do! I GAVE THIS PHARMACY TEN STARS A YEAR AGO AND AFTER GOING THERE FOR YET ANOTHER YEAR AND HOW THEY HAVE TREATED ME AND MY FAMILY I WOULD NOW HAVE TO GIVE THEM TWENTY STARS!!
