I came in with something specific in mind, and at first, I didn't really get what I had envisioned, but I still liked the final product. I guess they could tell because they offered to redo my nails with no additional cost! They want to make sure everybody who comes in leaves happy, and I think that's really great. They also have complimentary drinks and snacks that you can enjoy while getting your nails done. I found things to be clean and the experience enjoyable. I didn't catch everyone's name, but I do know Michael did my pedicure, and he was really nice and accommodating! If you have a photo of a design you like, show them! My natural nails are very bad, and I am deeply embarrassed by them. When the ache in my hands became too much for me to handle and I couldn't stand to look at my nails any longer, I set aside my fear and walked inside. I was greeted by a sweet woman (she may have been a trainee. I am not entirely sure. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.) She was so kind and very friendly as she got me started. Nicky, one of the lovely nail technicians there, took over my care and designed my nails exactly as I wanted. I'm obsessed with them! As I was getting ready to leave, another kind woman (who I believe may have been the owner. I sadly did not get her name either) came up to me, gave me a little hug, and asked me to come back to see her. She had seen the condition of my nails, and instead of making me feel ashamed about them, she provided me with additional care while I was there and said she would like to help treat my issue when I come again. I highly value professionalism, but, even more so, I respect a person's ability to show empathy and kindness to those they may not realize need it the most. Thank you, QA staff, for all that you do. This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I promise for my next visit to make an appointment and try not to keep you past closing time! Also, let me not forget to mention that the price for my service was absolutely more than reasonable! Great quality at a great price!

A friend of mine wanted to get pedicures while on her lunch break, so we just picked this place…read moresince it was nearby. When we walked in, the girl at the front counter seemed annoyed that we came in without an appointment, even though there was only 1 other person inside getting nails done. We were seated quickly, but they came out with trays to start working on our feet without us even looking at a service menu. They seemed surprised when I asked to see one. We picked the Mimosa pedicures, which apparently didn't come with mimosas, as we were both just given a bottle of water. The massage functions on the pedicure chair had no way to just do a full back massage with kneading on manual mode, only did full back on auto, which I thought was strange. After we were done, the smell coming from one of the lotions they used was very strong. I had to soak the sandals I was wearing in water and detergent overnight to get the smell out of them. I could smell the fragrance in my car for 2 weeks, and when I washed the pants I was wearing that day, all of my laundry ended up with that same fragrant smell. I had to wash the laundry 2 more times to get the smell out of my clothes. I don't know what that lotion is called, but it's terrible stuff to smell like that for so long!
