I have been coming here since I got a groupon and it is amazing. I have been to nail places before and my nails always chip or they use harsh chemicals. At pnn they use all natural products they make themselves and their customer service is fantastic. They all get to know their customers and I feel like I'm going to see a group of girlfriends. Their nail colors are fantastic and you have a wide selection to choose from. Best of all you know the service is fantastic and you're supporting a local business. I also like how if I'm a member I get a discount on my service. I have been looking for a place for a while that's clean and the staff are friendly. I finally found it and now I come twice a month. I'm a firm supporter of small businesses, so when I found this nail deal on groupon, I wanted to try it out. The atmosphere when u walk in is cozy, it's in an old style cottage home. When you go, it's best to be relaxed, no rush. The ladies see you by appointments in hour increments, so once your appointment is made you are guaranteed to be seen. Appointments can be made online, which is an awesome feature. I had Mya as my nail tech and she took her time and was gentle while working on me. They also offer tea, coffee, or water which is a nice touch to the experience. Yolanda is the owner and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. I think that the only thing is a greeter/receptionist is needed for when u first arrive b/c the front is kind of empty if the ladies are in the back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME This is not a legit nail salon. There are no employees. Just one woman who doesn't answer the phone but they can't take walk ins for a groupon. I tried reaching her for two days and was told if my bridesmaids wanted to get their nails done we would have had to come back at 6:00 PM. If you're desperate and have nothing to do, I would recommend. Not for those with schedules and especially not a bride! Don't waste your money like me. read more

If you have nothing to do , you can call for days and try and get an appointment but don't think you can bring a friend. One at a time service and the "salon" is a one woman operation. You will be here all day. Very sad since I wasted money on a groupon. I had such high hopes too. read more

I've been to Pretty Natural Nails on two separate occasions. The first time, I took my aunt to get her nails done using a groupon I had bought. The second time, I took my mom using a groupon as well. Maybe next time, I will actually get to treat myself for a Gel Manicure! This is a small establishment that is run out of what looks like a small home. Keep in mind she normally leaves the front door open but has the glass door locked. You will most likely have to knock to have the door opened for you. I thought this was a little strange at first, but I guess it's for safety. The manicurist sometimes has her little daughter there so I can understand her concern while she is preoccupied with a customer. They also offer different nail packages for both men and women. In general, a regular gel manicure will cost around $35. If you look at one of my photos, you will see my mom walking out of the entrance to a small room where the manicurist does your nails. But prior to walking in there you actually enter a kitchen. haha. Pretty Natural Nails seems to be a relatively new, small business, which might be a reason for a lack of selection of colors. First the CUSTOMER SERVICE was by far the best ever from making the appt to checking out and making my next appt. Mya was pleasant, professional and fantastic at her job you could tell that she takes pride in her work. Now it's a little hard to find do drive slow on main street after the car wash they are on the left a cute little house. When you enter you are greeted by the owner I think her name is Sharon out Mya who offers water or tea (green tea) the set up instantly relaxes you which is great being that it's by appt only it wasn't crowed the mani room let's you socialize and being that English is spoken you can (no disrespect to anyone). The manicure it's the best I've had in a while and the natural scrub made my hands feel wonderful. Next the pedicure room actually had the best chairs not massage chairs but very comfortable. Mya took her get time with my feet and I didn't have to tell her no razor the scrub once again marvelous the massage was great and I was relaxed. I am a Pretty Natural Nails client and happy to say so. The owner operator is always kind and attentive and knowledgeable about my services. This is a small business not the kind of seat them and street them nail place that some are used to so the personal service can take some getting used to by some. This is the place where you make an appointment. . The building is quaint, cheerily decorated, and scrupulously clean. If you have a party or group, the owner can work with you to accommodate, and I appreciate that. Now when you're on road looking for the building, slow down or you might miss it. I missed the appointment because I could not find the salon. I tried for over 30 minutes. I will give this salon a negative review because they required that a credit card be given to even make an appointment so I was charged 20.00 for a service that I never received and that is totally unacceptable to me. I have never in my life had to give my credit card to make an appointment. I live in Stone Mountain and I know where Main Street is. It appears that the Main Street where the shop is located is not in downtown Stone Mountain but where Main Street begins, 1/2 block from where it changes from Stone Mountain/Lithonia Highway, 1/2 mile from downtown Stone Mountain I accept responsibility for not being able to locate the shop. Customer service is EVERYTHING and when you're a small business you should try your best to keep your customers and NOT turn them away by being PETTY!! I had a 2 for 1 Groupon that expired on the 29th and their website has been down for weeks and I couldn't schedule my 2nd appointment (not my fault) the lady wouldn't even work with me so I wouldn't lose my money!! She had the nerve to tell me customers always wait to the last minute and she wasn't trying to accommodate me because I bought it in March and I should have ALREADY used it!!! I am as close to super picky as you can get. When my friends and family want to know where to go and not go, they call me. This spot is clean and quiet and the operators are friendly, courteous, and professional. I was completely sick of the rows of chairs, impersonal, loud tv playing, super loud chatter type of nail salon. Go get the groupon before it is gone, get introduced to the place and then schedule a recurring appointment. My philosophy is when you find a good thing you don't let it go. This is particularly true with any nail, hair, or medical service and practitioner. I always read these reviews and see one or two that are great and wonder, hmmm is that the owner's sister? Ha! Not me, I'm just a random person with high standards and have finally, FINALLY, found a nail shop that I would be HAPPY to visit again. I've got my standing appointment set. I absolute love this place. I first tried it with a Groupon. I have been going since April and haven't stopped. The ladies are so nice, when you walk into the door they great you as a personal friend (by name), but still professional. I like it because there is no waiting, crowd, and they are always on time with the appointment. When I arrive and leave I feel as though I had met with a couple of friends for an hour of chat and laughs. I like the atmosphere; soft music, and soft talk (not loud and disturbing to other clients). For those who are upset because it isn't a walk in....I walked in one day as well and when I was advised that I needed an appointment I knew this was the place for me. They work strictly on appointments so their clients can receive the attention they need while getting serviced professionally. If you are the one for making appointments and being serviced personally and professionally without the rush due to more people walking in and talking loud...this is the place for you. If you want to walk in and get serviced on a 1st come 1st service bases with a rush because they need to get to the next client, and the loud talk in a salon; then this is not the place for you. The place is clean, and the ladies are friendly and professional. I received a mani-pedi service. Mya in particular is excellent at her craft! She takes time with your nails, and by her last application I felt like I could model for a nail polish line. She takes great pride in her work, and I appreciate that, especially in a time when "the quicker the better" is a demand by the public. Arguably, because they are using natural products, they do charge a bit more than one would expect; in addition, they require a cc before booking an appointment. I do think the prices are actually indicative of the craftsmanship in the service, so I am thoroughly pleased that I could experience this somewhere other than a "Buckhead" salon and closer to home. However, with those prices and their pre-service expectations of the customer, I think a more Zen-like experience would complement the excellent work provided.
