**REVIEW UPDATE AS OF 01/06/22**…read more Please PLEASE be careful at all with this lady, she doesn't take criticism well and reached out to me threaten me on her personal Facebook saying she was about to suit me when I haven't done anything but give my review as a client. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, as I left this review 4 MONTHS AGO and she reached out to me telling me she was going to make it right to me but then she tells me she is going to suit me!? Thank God I didn't show up again to her facility because I don't know what this lady could've done to my persona. DONT GO WITH HER, SHE USED ILLEGAL PRODUCTS (MMA BANNED BY THE FDA) ON MY NAILS! Horrible service... first of all, I came to visit Atlanta and needed to get my nails done, saw her pictures and I thought it was going to be an amazing experience. Starting by the fact that she was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to work. She burned my nails horribly and I got something way different from what I wanted. Coming back to my home state, I found out that the acrylic she put on was MMA! It wasn't even acrylic. My nails are falling out, MMA IS ILLEGAL. I am definitely suing this lady. I have pictures and the statements of my certified nail technician from my state. SHE CHARGED 70 dlls for this design that wasn't even what I wanted. She filled extremely roughy my nails and it hurt me really bad. The tiny little room at the left of the salon (where she works at) smells so strong. The lady who took off my nails told me that that's exactly what MMA smells and needs to be worked like. I honestly think that the reviews in her website are things the she writes because that's not the service that "sistah" offers. PLEASE READ REVIEWS! She tends to deny the bad reviews but I'm not going to let this go off like this. I'm taking actions into the matter. MMA IS BANNED FROM THE FDA. Please please don't go here, my nails are horrible and I need to get tested and see if the illegal product she put on my nails didn't affected me more deeply.

I'm so glad I said yes because she did an AMAZING job. Just to note, these photos are of my brows freshly done. The tint has to sit for a couple of hours before being wiped off, so they will fade slightly. Even knowing that, I can already tell the final result is going to be perfect. I've also been coming here for my nails, and the customer service is consistently top tier. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and truly takes their time with you. You never feel rushed, and they really make you feel taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the quality of work speaks for itself. I've been coming here for about seven months now, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service, great vibes, and even better results.

I asked for a fall-ish red color and an almost tan color. She insisted putting white instead. I figured she was probably more knowledgeable than I do I said, "Do your thing!" Why did I say that? She made my nails look like Santa's elves. They aren't blended. She thought glitter would make it better. I honestly thought it might too. It didn't. I've had Ombré twice and have never had it dipped. Always applied with a brush-for what I presume the blended effect. I happily paid $91+$20 tip (pedicure/$10 other technician tip included in that). She even took photos of the nails, I presume for her portfolio. The Highlight of my 3 hour visit: she was super nice. But....This is the last time I'll go there.

I recently moved here and had high hopes for this place but ended up highly disappointed. The…read morelocation is great as it is right by Kroger where I shop so it seemed a logical option to combine picking a few things up and ending off with a pedicure; or so I thought. I was clear to ask if they strictly used pumice and scrub brushes; yes I was assured. So I sit down and get comfortable; it's been a long week, I'm tired, and a nice foot rub is going to be great. She tells me I have dry places on my feet and if I want that taken care of it will be an extra $3. Oh shoot, it's only $3, let's splurge a little. All was going well until I feel a cheese grater grinding my heel!!! Wth!! Uhm, NO!! As a business do you not know the damage these things cause and how easily it can quickly shred into ones feet causing bleeding, infections, etc.?? I'm here for a pedicure, not to have my feet destroyed. Not to mention there was no foot rub; nothing. A quick scrub with three purple pad, some quick lotion on the legs, and polish. That's it??? $28 for a cheese grater, slap some lotion, and I'm done? Look, I know a foot rub isn't everyone's cup, but it is mine. I've never had a pedicure NOT include at least a quick rub. I tip very well too so these little things that bring me joy reap great benefits. I am sad to say that this newcomer will NOT be back and is on the hunt for a better place to visit.
