Wow. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I called before coming in and was told on the phone their was no wait, arrived and still had to wait almost 10 minutes after check in. I received a short full set and a pedicure all gel. My pedicure had potential until one of my nails lifted in the chair. She put some oil over it and I lifted it back up to show her for it to be fixed. Within 2 hours of leaving, my pinky toe and middle toe polish has chipped. I even returned for a repair since it's my birthday and I wanted my nails to be done after paying $170. Unfortunately for two gel toe to be polished, it would be a 20 minute wait to fix their problem when multiple techs were walking around. Highly disappointed. Never coming back here again. read more

For some reason it's hard for me to find a place that does a REALLY good manicure and while this isn't the best they do a pretty decent job plus their pedicures are bomb and pricing isn't bad. I came on a Monday after work, about 6pm and waited for about 45 minutes. I don't recommend this time frame. They have ample stations but they were either short staffed that day or short staffed in general. There were quite a few of us waiting and it didn't look like anyone was rushing to get to us, which is appreciated because it shows they take their time to do a good job. For my pedicure I get the deluxe which comes with a hot stone rub. This is something I never knew I needed until I got it. After doing the usual with my feet she wrapped my legs in warm towels and rubbed my feet with the hot stone. Oh my goodness, it felt so good and I highly recommend it. I got the basic manicure because I have natural nails. Nothing too much to say but the lady did do a pretty good job. I paid $37 overall, $25 for my deluxe pedicure and $12 for my basic manicure. I dont' remember the name of the person who did my nail, but he told me two different prices literally in a matter of less than a minute. I do believe that they make up their own prices. I had to go back in 2 hours to fix one nail because it came off right after I left the place & I think he was expecting me to pay; ABSOLUTELY NOT!) and after 2 days everything is messed up. I came back to get it replaced and a fill in for some reason the nail techs get angry when you don't choose to get gel nails . So the tech was doing a terrible job and I told him that he was barley applying acrylic to my nails and they were super thin. So another tech walking by saw the issue as well and told him to apply more . 2 days later I see that my nail is cracking and is about to break. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them zero stars I would. Yesterday was my first time trying this salon and the lady who was doing my service would NOT listen to me. She did not pick the color I asked for and then when she moved moved to my toes she picked ANOTHER wrong color. I had already sat through the services because she kept asking do I like when I was telling her no but she continued to polish the wrong colors. I asked for some sort of discount because I was not happy with my service. As low as $5 off. I never refused to pay. The lady who did my services started to yell and me and get loud because I was asking for some sort of Justice for the incorrect service on her behalf. I had to go speak with the manager to even get the lady to consider changing my colors to the correct color I asked for. Not only that THEY CHARGED ME TWICE! And when I tried to tell them they kept arguing with me saying that they didn't. When on my bank statement it showed that the payment was processed twice. DO NOT GO HERE! I really liked how clean and professional the business was. The lady gave me a pedicure and did an excellent job. *I went on a Monday around 2pm, no wait* However, the lady that did my brows was horrible!!! I specifically told her I wanted to keep them thick and pointed out the shape I wanted (which was displayed on a poster in their shop). The lady was nice and understood what I wanted! Bruh, my eyebrows are hideous (see photo attached). My brows were extremely thick and shaped before coming to this shop (I haven't gotten my brows done in about 2 months because I was allowing them to become thicker--so you understand how much of a disappointment this was). And she failed epically! My brows are extremely thin and lack shape. If I come back here it'll only be a pedi/mani not brows! I just moved to the Atlanta area and have been struggling with finding a good brow wax without having to spend $25+ or travel 40 minutes. They deliberately try to destroy your natural nails by using the powder polish. They use the electric drill on your nails consistently making them thinner and weaker. My nail beds are beginning to split in the middle of the nail. I now have an infected finger. They don't care about out nail health. read more

This was was my time visiting this nail salon. I came in for a gel set, fill in and pedicure. Due to lack of time, I decided I'd come back the next day for my pedicure. Tony was my nail tech and he was very pleasant. Upon leaving the salon I noticed my gel polish was very thin and some of my nails were either starting to chip or not completely polished around the corners. No problem , I plan on going back the next day for a pedicure anyway .I thought to myself ,I'll just have him fix it then . As soon as I entered the nail salon I was greeted by whom I thought might of been a receptionist. I let him know the issue I was having and his response was that Tony doesn't work on Monday and won't be returning until tomorrow. He gave me no further resolution and quite frankly it didn't seem as if he cared. No biggie , I'm here now . I still would like to get my pedicure done. As I proceeded to the pedicure bowl I was greeted by Linda. We started to talk and I asked her who the owner is as I would possibly like to speak to this person upon the completion of my service. To my surprise she and another nail tech pointed to the gentleman who I assumed was the receptionist. He was certainly in ear shot and was doing someone else nails . He didn't respond nor did he say a word. I found this to be quite unprofessional and very rude as the owner, especially after the conversation we had earlier . I was even more disappointed in him not caring about the satisfaction of his customer. Back to my pedicure . In the middle of my what is suppose to be a relaxing experience . The whirlpool bowl stops working . Linda and another young lady comes over to try and fix it and it stops working again , Just great! I waited for my return visit to write a review. I am VERY picky about nail salons and only went here because it was close to my husbands barber. The first time I left unsatisfied. It was a cold day and I arrived wearing flip flops. My feet were little icicles. I requested a pedicure and was immediately led to a chair and the water was started. I was asked to test the temperature but being that my feet were still cold the water felt like lava on my feet. I asked her to make it cooler repeatedly and she seemed annoyed. Once I was finally settled I was asked which pedicure I wanted. Right in the front door it's advertised that you can get a hot stone massage added for $5, so I got a basic pedi with the hot stone add on. She began and was very lazy about my service. The scrubbing, washing, cuticle cutting everything. So when it came time for my massage I timed it. Less than 5 minutes! Needless to say I left annoyed. The paint job was good so I decided to give them another chance. My 2nd visit was much better. This time I took my daughter. They have a cute kids chair. The tech (a different woman) did an excellent job on everything so I decided to get my nails, brows, and strip lashes done. All turned out beautifully. Kim was the one that did my nails (SNS). Due to her being gone for personal reasons to had to let someone else do them. The lady did a good job. I don't like that my pinky finger looks fat but she said that was due to my nail being short. It started yesterday. I went in for a fill in and I told the nail tech that my nails were lifting at the top (I have an acrylic overlay). He acted as if he didn't hear me and continued to do my nails. Well when he finished polishing my nails, it looked like I STILL needed a fill-in. Unacceptable! Which was what I said. I couldn't stay because I had to go put my mom hat on and had other appointments. He tells me to come back the next day and he would fix them. As I get home I realize the acrylic I told him was lifting is STILL lifting. So today when I go back to get my nails fixed he tells me I didn't tell him about the lift and he asked me. LIES! So I tell him in the most stern professional manner that was not true and I was finish talking to him. This place tried to charge me an additional $3 for each nail they that was lifting because they failed to perform a service correctly. They had someone polish my nails and while my $30-$50 may not be important to them, I will not continue to patronize the place of business. I will also tell others not to go there as well. This is the best pedicure I've gotten, even at places I've paid three times as much for. Now have been here 3x, and these gals work exfoliation like none other. I joke that I'm a quarter inch taller in the summer with my callouses, and usually pedis take only a slight layer off. After Tip top, my heels are almost as smooth as the proverbial baby's bottom. So one of the sweet ladies was able to do my toes and then I was asking her who's going to do my nails. So the gentleman that was available couldn't do my nails due to the fact I was at the pedicure chair and he has back problems. Fine.
