I had a recurring ankle injury no doctor seemed to be able to help me with, I was either on crutches or in a brace hobbling around for months and incredibly depressed because of it. After just one hour of Alex's work, I was able to walk normally, regained my ankle mobility, and was not in pain for the first time in years. He has continued to work with me on improving my ankle and related problems, virtually eliminated a developing case of carpal tunnel syndrome, and is now working with me on a knee injury after I had a motorcycle accident. I went in for neck and shoulder pain and he said "Most of this seems to be coming from your TMJ muscle. It feels like you spend all day clinching your teeth" I had not mentioned TMJ and I have really bad TMJ (mouth guard, prescription meds, Botox in Masseter muscle and I still clinch). He has helped us not only with the general aches and pains of growing older, and day to day life, but he's helped us through lots of injuries too. From when my daughter was quite young and had gymnastics injuries to old rugby injuries my husband still carries with him. Tony also helped me recover from the injuries I suffered the two times I was rear ended. He helped more than the PT in releasing my frozen shoulder, and then later after shoulder surgery, he helped to get me back to 100% pain-free full mobility.
