I wish they wore gloves though. At some point I heard light music playing but it started towards the end of our massage. The cushions are extra squeaky and very distracting when you're trying to relax. Also, after our body massage was done but before the foot massage part they stopped service for 3 mins asking if we want extra time. Basically if we wanted to spend more money. In my opinion...this really tarnished my experience. Because there is a communication issue short sweet answers are best. When we tried to explain we are okay without extra time they didn't understand and kept repeatedly asking "more time massage? Me-"I said no".

That's great because I've had many bad massages in the past at other places because I never had the nerve to speak up and ask for more pressure. That was no problem today. I asked Jes for deep tissue from the start and she delivered exactly what I needed. She worked on my traps and got some serious knots out. If you've never had a head massage with essential oils, I will tell you it was way better than I anticipated and made me tingle from my head to my toes! The muscle tension relief was a hot towel soak to relax the muscles and some sort of nice thick therapy gel that reminded me of Tiger Balm. Our visit was relaxing, therapeutic, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great massage that fit our needs. We have found our new favorite massage spot!

Unfortunately, no one was there and we waited outside until 11am even though they should have been open at 10am. We called several times before we left. About 15 minutes later, they called us to come back and apologized saying they were stuck in traffic. Reluctantly, we came back since it was paid for already and to my surprise they put us in the same room! (even though we were not a couple) ‍ I realized they did that because the girl giving me a massage did not speak English and the other one was translating to her my requests. The massage itself was subpar. They did not massage the front parts of our bodies at all. I felt like it was a rip-off. To top everything off, the owner or whoever she was had the nerve to demand a tip! I told her a tip is optional when one is impressed with the service. So here is your tip, "DO BETTER!!!"

Since they're in the mall, I popped in and gave a 30 min try. It's not actual traditional anything, but more like that buddy in your group of friends who gives good massages. They do press deep and constantly ask if it's too much pressure, etc., so that is nice. They are pleasant and helpful. Again - if you are expecting like some traditional Chinese medical approach, no-not-here. I have no idea why they call it gong fu hands. It's not like they're jumping round doing kung fu while giving you a massage or anything! lolz For the price and convenience its okay.

I called to…read moreschedule my first appointment and the woman replied promptly (the next day) to get my appointment scheduled. The good thing was that the next available appointment wasn't a month out like some other deals I've encountered. This place a little hard for me to find initially, if you're coming off of 85N and turning right onto chamblee tucker. I recommend making a left at presidential parkway (next to shell) and make a right into the Park Ridge 85 Office Park. If you take a immediately a left, you will find building 5 and look for the blue door on the right hand side of the building (if you're facing the building). My first appointment I just had medium pressure (deep tissue is an additional 10 dollars), it was pretty good but I definitely would have enjoyed it more with more pressure. After my first appointment, she helped me schedule my next appointment on the spot. I had to reschedule my second appointment due to a schedule conflict, but again, Spa Zone was prompt at returning my phone call to reschedule my appointment. This time, I asked for deep tissue and it really helped relieved some of the muscle aches and tightness I've built up. I really like that she does a bit of the face and scalp massage as well. If you want to try out Spa Zone, you can just call them and they will honor you the same deal as what's advertised on Living Social/Groupon.

So she guides me to a room and leaves. I'm like ok?? No instruction no introduction, nothing. Luckily for her I have had massage before and I know what to do. So I get ready for my massage , she knocks and comes in . Then leaves abruptly, then comes back and dumps oil on my back , I jump because it's cold and I'm startled at her delivery . But I stay quiet and she proceeds. After about 2 mins using her hands , she starts using this hand held roller for 30 mins on my back. She then leaves my back completely uncovered and moves on to my legs , and uncovers both my legs leaving the blanket in a pile on my butt. I was confused as to why I was completely uncovered while she was just working on my leg. At this point I am certain that she isn't a professional massage therapist. I continue to let the foolishness go on because I so desperately needed a massage. She ask me to turn over on my back while barely covering me and I tell her I want her to work on my neck and back more . So she confusingly tells me to turn back over on my stomach then drives her elbow into my neck, I had to tell her to stop. She massages my feet and slaps some lukewarm towels on them after she was done . I was appalled, but also relieved it was over . I kept waiting for it to get better , but it never did . I will never be coming back to this place , I am shocked as to how they are still open. Not professional! No quality whatsoever!!!
