I tried the day before but I arrived too late. I requested a 4 hands massage. They agreed they could do it. But I had to wait 15 min. After 10 min they told me to come In and shower. They told me a shower is free. The shower stall was not clean, there was hair and Debra in it. and water spilled all over the floor because the shower head is not mounted. When I turned on the water m, it spilled all over the outside of the shower onto the floor. Once I cleaned the shower, I took a shower and needed a new towel. I attempted to explain to the lady why my towel was was on floor, but she seem annoyed that I asked for another towel. (There must be a towel shortage). Once I finished, the ladies began the massage. After a few minutes another customer came in, and one of the ladies left. The therapist informed me that she will be the I only one doing the massage. At this point I was like ok no problem. Then after a few minutes she mentioned that the shower I took was a part of the massage and my message would only be 50 min. I totally disagreed with that because that was nit shared up front otherwise I would not have agreed to it. I was appalled with this last minute communication and told her I was leaving. I got dressed and left. If the shower is part of the massage then they should communicate that up front. The cleanliness as I mentioned was also an opportunity in the massage rooms. As you look through the hole on the table you can see trash and debris on the floors. There is another location across from Adore and a host of massage places down Buford. Maybe consider someplace else.

We will NEVER be back based on our recent experience. A friend of ours, who was also regular customer here since we told her about it, bought my husband a gift certificate for $100. It was a thank you gift for him for helping her move. Unfortunately, shortly after getting the gift, my husband had to head out of town to care for his mother (who is battling cancer). After spending most of that month caring for her, he returned home for a weekend and I tried to book an appointment for him using his gift certificate. The woman working there said that the gift certificate was only valid for 30 days (and 35 days had passed). I explained the situation my husband had been in, and that he had been unable to use the certificate until now. (What kind of business only gives 30 days to redeem a $100 gift certificate?!?) Anyway, the woman there did not care at all about the circumstances, maintaining that the gift certificate had "expired!!" and they had "new management!" (After 35 days? Ummm ok). I asked for the owner to call me to discuss this situation, but I never received a call. The name for this business is ironic. Yes, "they won" my friend's hard earned $100 and gave NOTHING in exchange for it, a mere 35 days later. My friend works as a nanny, and I'm sad that she lost her money to a business with such poor business practices. It would have cost them nothing to honor this gift certificate 35 days later. Instead, they have lost thousands of dollars of future revenue from us and from everyone we have warned away from this place. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, they won't be "winning" for long. I am giving two stars only because the massages here are decent. However, the people who run it are obviously not.

WTC is located in an office space, so there's a good bit of parking. When you walk into the office, it's dimly lit to put you at ease from jump street. After signing in, you're provided with wine, water, and cookies. We arrived close to closing time, so we were the only couple there. After being called back and while finishing our drinks, we were told to get undressed to our comfort level, crack the door open when we're ready, and lie face down on the massage table. It's been over a year since I've had a massage professionally, but I don't forget how it feels. This might've been the best massage I've had. After introducing themselves, the masseuses began to do their magic. My masseuse, whom I believe name was Kiki, was perfect. She noticed immediately that my shoulders were tense and tight, so she spent most of her time there. I never wanted her to stop. My body made all types of popping sounds and they all gave relief. Nothing was missed. Head to toe massage. I loved the warm, wet towels used during the massage. This was put on my back and the feeling was amazing. I was eventually told to turn over and she began to rub some "Icy Hot" like massage oil on my shoulders and neck. I enjoyed the massage that I received by Ellen (I believe that was her name) but disappointed that this business was not aware that they were listed on the Aetna's Choosing Healthy Program. As a part of the Aetna program rate services are discounted but as fate would have it they had a special and I received the special rate for the month. I will visit this place again to take advantage of some of their other services but will look for a business on the Choosing Healthy Program list were I can obtain massages on a more frequent basis.
