I bought a Living Social deal ($79 for two one-hour massages) to try out Spa Zone. I called to schedule my first appointment and the woman replied promptly (the next day) to get my appointment scheduled. The good thing was that the next available appointment wasn't a month out like some other deals I've encountered. This place a little hard for me to find initially, if you're coming off of 85N and turning right onto chamblee tucker. I recommend making a left at presidential parkway (next to shell) and make a right into the Park Ridge 85 Office Park. If you take a immediately a left, you will find building 5 and look for the blue door on the right hand side of the building (if you're facing the building). My first appointment I just had medium pressure (deep tissue is an additional 10 dollars), it was pretty good but I definitely would have enjoyed it more with more pressure. After my first appointment, she helped me schedule my next appointment on the spot. I had to reschedule my second appointment due to a schedule conflict, but again, Spa Zone was prompt at returning my phone call to reschedule my appointment. This time, I asked for deep tissue and it really helped relieved some of the muscle aches and tightness I've built up. I really like that she does a bit of the face and scalp massage as well. If you want to try out Spa Zone, you can just call them and they will honor you the same deal as what's advertised on Living Social/Groupon. read more

I bought two Groupons for The Spa Zone - One for a 60 minute massage ($80 value according to groupon) and the other was a facial. I have never known a spa that charges 80 bucks for a massage and can't afford to hire someone to answer the phone. When calling (I did 3 times over several weeks) you are only given the option to email or leave a voicemail and get a call back within 48 hours. This didn't work well for me because I've been working long hours outdoors with limited service - but in all fairness a peppy woman did always leave me a message in return telling me they could fit me in the following week and to call back, etc. Did I mention I never said the word GROUPON when I left those voicemails looking to book a massage and facial? I finally gave up on the idea of speaking with a human and just emailed, telling them of my groupons and requested to book at least the massage before I went on vacation the following week. One hour later, I got back an email that was a bit "oh well, we are booked until the end of August so you can get a refund from Groupon." Funny thing how mighty full they became once they had to make good on the discounted service I had purchased. read more

The worst massage I've ever had! I have TWO CUTS on my shoulders because my massage person's nails were too long. She was the heavy set black female. Wish I had the option of giving them a zero star. How can she call herself a professional therapist??! Ugh. read more

I am SO excited to have found this service online. Even thought I arrived late for my first appointment, Tonya STILL worked in a full body massage with the time left. Ever since then, I have continued to splurge on a weekly massage with a glass of wine. The staff is friendly and very accommodating if I need to change my schedule. The ambiance is calm and inviting. I HIGHLY recommend the Wednesday Wine down! It's a 50 minute HOT STONE massage with a glass of wine and even your choice of music - all for the price of a voucher on any deal site. I wish I could give zero stars. I booked an appointment on today that I made a month ago. Prior to this week, the employees had been on vacation for three weeks. My only option was to leave an email if I wanted to speak with someone. I made a habit, for the past week, to call at least three times a day to reschedule because the time was not ideal due to my new schedule. No one ever answered, but twice, I must say, they did call me back asking me to confirm. I was N E V E R able to get a live person on the phone. I left a message asking about the process of RESCHEDULING, and I was informed through there website that there is 24 hour cancellation policy. So, of course, I drove and arrived for my appointment. When I called stating that I needed the room number because I was outside of the building, the woman said that she had cancelled my appointment. Again, I never called to cancel nor did I ever speak with an employee at any time. Imagine my anger. On top of that, the woman who claims her name is Elodia Green (very heavy set), was extremely rude stating that she had sent her other massage therapist to "another location"...righttt. I believe they are overbooked, understaffed, unprofessional, and my main issue is that when I asked Elodia to speak with management she stated that she was the owner, the massage therapist, the site manager, and the receptionist. She literally sat in an area that said "receptionist". I asked, "If you all have a receptionist, why didn't anyone ever answer the phone?" That is when she revealed that she was often doing massages while the phone rang...extremely rude, unprofessional, and a waste of money. I confronted "Elodia" with the facts that I never cancelled, nor did she call to cancel the appointment or send an email. On my ride home, twenty minutes after the appointment was to begin, she sent a cancellation email. I'm guessing just to cover their backs from the BBB.
