This is a Chinese owned and staffed nail salon. I was there for about 1.5 hours for these services: short almond-shaped acrylic full set with gel solid color ($50), pedicure with gel solid color ($50), and underarm waxing ($15). My total was $115, so this place is definitely on the pricier end for the basic, simple, and plain services. The salon is spacious and is located at a plaza with free parking. There were no discounts or promos for new customers or students besides a business card stamp (ask to receive one before paying!) to get $5 off on next service after 5 visits. Ming worked on my feet and Mei (or Ting, since I noticed the equipment she used were labeled "Ting") worked on my hands and waxing services. Fortunately, none of them wounded me in the process. I went on a Wednesday afternoon after scheduling to come in on the same day and I was seen right when I arrived. It was semi-busy since all 10 nail techs working were occupied and servicing a customer. What I wished they could improve on were: - Being straightforward and transparent on how much it cost for each extra service they ask you instead of just casually asking if you want this or that without putting a price tag on each enhancement and being shocked at the total in the end. - I did not receive a proper massage (as I seen everyone receives one after each service) from Mei, rather she was just lightly rubbing on my back as if she was making me feel better, which was honestly confusing and uncomfortable. read more

I am so glad I found place! In a sea of Nailshops on every corner, most of which are trash, this one is really good. They have some awesome nail techs that do really clean sharp work and trendy designs. I recently started going here after quitting my old nail salon. Here they do way better work, they don't rush you, they take their time on your nails, and what separates them from any other Nail salon I've ever been to is they give you a quick 2 minute shoulder massage while your nails dry. Amazing jasmine spa pedicure on an early Saturday morning! It was like a beautiful performance with so many layers of pampering, I could hardly keep up. First the jasmine scent in the pedicure water that brought back happy memories. Then the lotions and wrap of the calves to make them baby soft. Then the jasmine scrub of the feet. Hanging out with family and friends and we decided to get pedicures. Appointments are definitely recommended. We made same day appointments earlier in the day for three pedicures and they were able to take us. Walked in and they were turning folks away that didn't have appointments. The space is bright, airy and clean. They required folks to wear masks although there was one guest who didn't have one on. Pedicure chair are really nice and relaxing. I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 5 pm to soak off and get a full set overlay. Unfortunately, I was placed with the Manager in which she rushed my service. I have been here before with Ting and received great service. This time was so different. I decided to go with my normal shape instead of coffin shape, since my nails grow quickly and extra on the sides. The entire visit she was so preoccupied with all the workers, that I don't even think she noticed her slamming and pushing my hand away. When the service was over they usually give a mini massage. She rubbed my back for maybe a minute, as other people got actually pressure added to their mini massage. When we went to checkout, she was trying to charge me extra for coffin shape in which she did not even give me. She tried to fan me off , like that solves the problem. This honestly was the worst experience here. Not to mention the residue still left on my hands as I am still in the parking lot writing this review. I rather people take their time and not treat my service like I'm another number. I will not go back to her ever again! I have been coming here for a while always scheduled an appointment with Tony. The owner/Manger is VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY her name is Mae. On this particular day I wanted to change my pedicure service to plain polish well Tony became highly upset and he and Mae began talking in their language and I was adamantly told I couldn't this pissed me off. I would not suggest visiting this nail shop. I've visited two times and waited an hour before anyone started my nails. Each time I called ahead and made an appointment but other customers were seated before me. Well they second time around really is the true service!! Now the pedicure lady was engaged, kind and accommodating.. toes are on point..just like the picture I showed her. I had a 1pm appointment and I was not serviced until 1:45pm. They blamed it on it being busy when I brought it to their attention, but they do this all the time. The receptionist ended up having to do my soak off because the nail tech chose to serve someone else even though I had an appointment and was waiting over 40 minutes. Seems like very poor planning. This would have been fine because doing a soak off doesn't require much skill, but she left me soaking for far too long which left my natural nails shrunken and brittle. I tried to let the nail techs know, but they instead got very rude and dismissive and tried to convince me "that's just how your nails grow!!". An employee should never be getting loud with a customer and cutting them off while they speak, especially since I was being polite the entire time and kept my composure. Most people in my situation would not. This caused my gel polish to not settle smoothly on my nails once they regained moisture after sitting in acetone with no filing for 20 minutes. The polish on my toes looked good, but the polish on my finger nails was thick and spilling over onto my cuticles. They had to have a different nail tech come over and correct it, but she had an attitude the whole time. To make matters worse, they ended up switching me over back to the original nail tech to finish correcting her mistakes. Overall, I would never recommend this place. I wanted to be optimistic and show grace, but honestly this whole experience was very disrespectful and so unprofessional. They need to understand being polite goes a long way. Especially, when your nail techs' skillset can be sub par, you might need to at least have good customer service in the bag! read more

I have NEVER been to a salon where I received exactly what I wanted. I did not come here with an design idea for my nails. I just wanted a regular full set and pedicure. I would have gave them 5 stars because overall quality of the nails is great. They give the best pedicures treatment I have ever had and they do a great job on nails. I gave them 3 stars instead of five because they are always busy and they don't have enough people and they keep taking more walk ins. Not giving them a realistic time of the wait. I had to wait 30 minutes and I had an appointment so how is a walk-in only going to wait 30 minutes. Then they where mask and still require customers to but they don't have anything covering the table when your nails or get done and they don't disinfect the nail table in between customers. COVID is not 100% over they need to follow all protocols and clean all equipment in between clients not just the pedicure station but again they need more staff so they can have time to do that. I chose an aromatherapy pedi which was reasonably priced. The tech was friendly and did a pretty good job except he didn't file my nails very well but the massage he gave me was amaze balls which made up for the filing!! I also got a fill-in and just a clear coat because I couldn't decide on a color and it was getting late.
