This is a Chinese owned and staffed nail salon. I was there for about 1.5 hours for these services: short almond-shaped acrylic full set with gel solid color ($50), pedicure with gel solid color ($50), and underarm waxing ($15). My total was $115, so this place is definitely on the pricier end for the basic, simple, and plain services. The salon is spacious and is located at a plaza with free parking. There were no discounts or promos for new customers or students besides a business card stamp (ask to receive one before paying!) to get $5 off on next service after 5 visits. Ming worked on my feet and Mei (or Ting, since I noticed the equipment she used were labeled "Ting") worked on my hands and waxing services. Fortunately, none of them wounded me in the process. I went on a Wednesday afternoon after scheduling to come in on the same day and I was seen right when I arrived. It was semi-busy since all 10 nail techs working were occupied and servicing a customer. What I wished they could improve on were: - Being straightforward and transparent on how much it cost for each extra service they ask you instead of just casually asking if you want this or that without putting a price tag on each enhancement and being shocked at the total in the end. - I did not receive a proper massage (as I seen everyone receives one after each service) from Mei, rather she was just lightly rubbing on my back as if she was making me feel better, which was honestly confusing and uncomfortable. read more

They've had to redeem themselves.! They are convent, I work across the street 8am-5pm and live downtown. So I don't have a chance making it to any other salon before closings. They are always busy. I've tried going on all different types of days of the week . I have been turned around and told there's not enough time to accommodate me with my desired services. I get full acrylic toes an full set! I finally found the best worker hands down on recreating designs and is very prideful of her shaping /filling. Ting,May& jojo best nail techs read more

Visit: 2022 Review finished: 3/2024 Unfortunately I am attempting to finish this review in 2024, long after visiting this establishment so I do not recall my visit here besides giving it 3/5 stars. I am so glad I found place! In a sea of Nailshops on every corner, most of which are trash, this one is really good. They have some awesome nail techs that do really clean sharp work and trendy designs. I recently started going here after quitting my old nail salon. Here they do way better work, they don't rush you, they take their time on your nails, and what separates them from any other Nail salon I've ever been to is they give you a quick 2 minute shoulder massage while your nails dry. Really nice touch. I've been to countless Nailshops throughout my life and none have ever done that. Highly recommended this place. I go during the week and they usually have immediate service availability. read more

Hanging out with family and friends and we decided to get pedicures. Appointments are definitely recommended. We made same day appointments earlier in the day for three pedicures and they were able to take us. Walked in and they were turning folks away that didn't have appointments. The space is bright, airy and clean. They required folks to wear masks although there was one guest who didn't have one on. Pedicure chair are really nice and relaxing. I was impressed by the time spent on the pedicure. I got the crystal pedicure and I appreciated each step and that it didn't feel rushed. Pedicure turned out nice and has lasted for a few weeks. Solid place to come for pedicure. read more

Amazing jasmine spa pedicure on an early Saturday morning! It was like a beautiful performance with so many layers of pampering, I could hardly keep up. First the jasmine scent in the pedicure water that brought back happy memories. Then the lotions and wrap of the calves to make them baby soft. Then the jasmine scrub of the feet. Next, the prep of the feet for pedicure with removal of the calluses and removal of old color. The jasmine lotion on the feet. And finally beautiful color applied to my feet. At least I thought it was over, but no, more pampering! A lovely shoulder rub when I was seated for the drying of my pedicure. Do I feel like a princess? You bet! Come here for some self love! read more

I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 5 pm to soak off and get a full set overlay. Unfortunately, I was placed with the Manager in which she rushed my service. I have been here before with Ting and received great service. This time was so different. I decided to go with my normal shape instead of coffin shape, since my nails grow quickly and extra on the sides. The entire visit she was so preoccupied with all the workers, that I don't even think she noticed her slamming and pushing my hand away. When the service was over they usually give a mini massage. She rubbed my back for maybe a minute, as other people got actually pressure added to their mini massage. When we went to checkout, she was trying to charge me extra for coffin shape in which she did not even give me. She tried to fan me off , like that solves the problem. This honestly was the worst experience here. Not to mention the residue still left on my hands as I am still in the parking lot writing this review. I rather people take their time and not treat my service like I'm another number. I will not go back to her ever again! If you would like for someone to take their time, please avoid having the manager service you. read more

I think theres good nail technicians here but i just unfortunately got someone who didnt really want to be there to do my nails. she geniunely just seemed very unhappy to be working at 5:15 so i just changed from getting sns to regular bc i didnt want her to give me something hard to remove if she didnt want to do it lol. my hand nails were not filed properly and im going to go to cvs to get a file so they dont snag on my clothes lol my mom had to get regular manicure when she wanted gel french bc the wait was so long. if they wouldve told us that they couldnt have fit us in that would have been one thing but instead they just squeezed everyone in and didnt let us know how long we would have to wait. it took almost 2 hours. read more

Well they second time around really is the true service!! Now the pedicure lady was engaged, kind and accommodating.. toes are on point..just like the picture I showed her. But let me get to the Nails!! It's like the energy completely changed to chaotic!! The whole brief conversation was same concept as toes...which she stated she would cover my SNS black with white polish and fill in the nude Sns to make it similar. But instead rushed through and filled my nails with clear Acrylic but why did she have the audacity to cover a split broken nude Sns nail with clear Acrylic... Now come on she could have repaired it with the same Nude Sns. She wouldn't listen besides she was too busy having a full blown Korean Gossip session and her client was not her concern.. so again I repeated I wanted them similar to my toes.. ahe then proceeded to try and paint the nails with nude colors ...I immediately got my self up and said it's time to check out... You know she had the nerve to go over the station and continue her session messiness ...I was even charged like a $35 for her bootleg fillin .. now I got to go get them done over or just removed ... What a waste of time ....should have listened to my gut and just got a pedicure. Because the Nail Tech named Mai was out of it...so rude and unfriendly. Came back the next day, and I allowed another tech to paint over the nails...but she still left the thumb nail the same.. it's a pretty cover up!! I just decided I will.get a new set next time. read more

What a great find! From the moment I enter the place was clean, professional and friendly. I had a regular classic pedicure and a SMS manicure. Both exceptionally done, I couldn't be happier. I even got a quick shoulder and neck massage, as that was included. Hot stones were used in the spa pedicure as well. Pure heaven! Very reasonable pricing, friendly professional staff. read more

I would not suggest visiting this nail shop. I've visited two times and waited an hour before anyone started my nails. Each time I called ahead and made an appointment but other customers were seated before me. My perception is that they are prioritizing customers that are getting more detailed services first because they can charge them more. I get a basic overlay with gel polish ‍. Even after waiting an hour for them to get started, my nails peeled within 3 hours of me leaving the shop. The thing that bothered me the most, was their treatment of a customer who arrived in a motorized wheelchair. She arrived for a pedicure and manicure and they said they could not do her toes because she was in a chair. She stated that she had gotten her nails done at the shop before without any issues, but they still would not listen. She even stated that she is capable of standing and getting into the chair herself but the man at the front desk ignored her and started talking to other customers. She even asked, for an explanation as to why she couldn't get her feet done but they continued to ignore her. read more

I discovered this place on Yelp after searching for a place to fix a mess of a manicure I received at another salon. I am so happy I came across it because I am loving my nails! I left 4 stars because it was a bit of a wait and misunderstanding in the beginning. The inside is nicely kept and is a pleasure to be serviced in. The decor is classy and there is plenty of room to be comfortable in without being on top of each other. Safety measures were taken to keep people at a reasonable distance because... covid. I had been going to Allure Nails Spa right up the road by Sprouts but they have gotten too popular and are always crowded now. I went to Allure on Sunday a lil after 12pm (they open at 12) and it was beyond PACKED, they had to have opened earlier cause they were already working on like 6 ppl. So I left and came here, waited about 25min and it was worth the wait. The place is new, bright, clean and modern. A gentleman did my pedi and he was amazing. There was no rushing, his foot massage was the bomb and he did my color very well. I was impressed and will be back. Allure you have lost a long time customer that has been with you all since you opened!!! I will now be going here for better service and a short wait. read more

I have been coming here for a while always scheduled an appointment with Tony. The owner/Manger is VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY her name is Mae. On this particular day I wanted to change my pedicure service to plain polish well Tony became highly upset and he and Mae began talking in their language and I was adamantly told I couldn't this pissed me off. I'm paying for service, customer should get what they want. Then afterwards Mae came over thinking I didn't understand what she said and began talking about me and my polish request. I definitely wont be returning. I'll go where I'm appreciated. I wouldn't recommend this place! Customer service is horrible. The only friendly person is the BLACK receptionist. read more

10/10. You can set an appointment or just walk in (that's what I did) & not a long wait. The environment was very clean. I got a manicure & pedicure & everything looked great. The quick shoulder massage at the end was the icing on the cake! Definitely going back! read more

I had a 1pm appointment and I was not serviced until 1:45pm. They blamed it on it being busy when I brought it to their attention, but they do this all the time. The receptionist ended up having to do my soak off because the nail tech chose to serve someone else even though I had an appointment and was waiting over 40 minutes. Seems like very poor planning. This would have been fine because doing a soak off doesn't require much skill, but she left me soaking for far too long which left my natural nails shrunken and brittle. I tried to let the nail techs know, but they instead got very rude and dismissive and tried to convince me "that's just how your nails grow!!". An employee should never be getting loud with a customer and cutting them off while they speak, especially since I was being polite the entire time and kept my composure. Most people in my situation would not. This caused my gel polish to not settle smoothly on my nails once they regained moisture after sitting in acetone with no filing for 20 minutes. The polish on my toes looked good, but the polish on my finger nails was thick and spilling over onto my cuticles. They had to have a different nail tech come over and correct it, but she had an attitude the whole time. To make matters worse, they ended up switching me over back to the original nail tech to finish correcting her mistakes. Overall, I would never recommend this place. I wanted to be optimistic and show grace, but honestly this whole experience was very disrespectful and so unprofessional. They need to understand being polite goes a long way. Especially, when your nail techs' skillset can be sub par, you might need to at least have good customer service in the bag! read more

I decided to post my comments instead of going back and forth in salon. I was given a rewards card 2 weeks for a $5 credit because tech Tiffany let traces of nail polish on my fingertips and hands. When I went back for a polish change For $10, I presented the card to receive the $5 dollar discount and they did not honor it saying I needed to spend $20 until I reached the 5th stamp on card. My advice if you do go here, and you are not pleased with the service, don't bother telling them. Shop around for another nail salon. read more

They do a decent job but extremely rude. I came here and requested a certain nail tech and she was rushing even though I had an appointment. The lady who did my toes cut my toe nail and blamed it on me (saying it's cause I had gel polish which is wild cause gel polish doesn't make any sense, she should have just apologized). They offered all the white women wine and water but didn't offer me anything. When I asked for water she said "it's for vip customers only". I went in my purse to get my cel phone and Nancy noticed I had a lot of cash on me and started to kiss my ass (working for a tip) when she saw I had a lot of ones. Nancy did a good job after seeing the ones in my purse but overall the service was subpar. I was in the nailshop for 2.5 hours which was wild cause it was on a Monday (with Ā appointment). Would not recommend, even with an appointment. read more

I have NEVER been to a salon where I received exactly what I wanted. I did not come here with an design idea for my nails. I just wanted a regular full set and pedicure. I showed the nail tech, Tom, a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped and he responded that he could do the design as well. I was so hesitant to say yes but I am so glad I did. Tom did AMAZING. I would have gave them 5 stars because overall quality of the nails is great. They give the best pedicures treatment I have ever had and they do a great job on nails. I gave them 3 stars instead of five because they are always busy and they don't have enough people and they keep taking more walk ins. Not giving them a realistic time of the wait. I had to wait 30 minutes and I had an appointment so how is a walk-in only going to wait 30 minutes. Then they where mask and still require customers to but they don't have anything covering the table when your nails or get done and they don't disinfect the nail table in between customers. COVID is not 100% over they need to follow all protocols and clean all equipment in between clients not just the pedicure station but again they need more staff so they can have time to do that. But my nails and toes always come out really pretty. read more

Found this shop in Yelp in my search for a new nail tech. The reviews and photo's were inviting so decided to give them a try. I arrived and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I took a seat and was given a menu. I made my selections and was seated shortly after. The decor is very modern and bright and the pedi spa chairs are comfortable and have chargers!! I chose an aromatherapy pedi which was reasonably priced. The tech was friendly and did a pretty good job except he didn't file my nails very well but the massage he gave me was amaze balls which made up for the filing!! I also got a fill-in and just a clear coat because I couldn't decide on a color and it was getting late. The tech did and amazing job reshaping my tattered nails and the polish and buff have them looking very natural. I would recommend and will be visiting the shop again. I got a gel manicure and it was chipping 3 days later. I've never had that happen at any other salon so I'm not sure what they use for 'gel' polish but it lasts as long as regular polish but costs more. If you want a manicure, go elsewhere. My pedicure was great and the second one I've gotten there. Covid- everyone wears a mask but they aren't practicing basic cleanliness. The shield was up on the manicure table but it clearly hadn't been wiped down, nail clippings were all over it when I sat down. She wiped it with a dry cloth, no cleaner. I didn't see anyone cleaning the pedicure chairs when people left, the controls or sanitizing the basket of gel polish options. Passing around nail polish bottles or checking their phone then touching your hands and feet. read more
