This is classic what I asked for bs what I got FAIL. Now I came to this place after a 40 min drive because I always had a gear visit until today. I should have known when I got a man tech instead of my usual person. She was busy. After 2 1/2 hr and having him repeatedly fixing mistakes HE made I ended up paying more. Guess what I'm never coming back. You just lost a repeat customer. All that gave me was a card for 20% next visit. Why would I come back.... All those designs were because HE messed up my nails and had to cover up the imperfection. I now WOULD NEVER recommend this place again. Horrible job!!!! Update: 9/20/22 And my nails are already breaking. read more

They do amazing work! And when my nail broke after I left, they fixed it with no extra charge though it was a different day. There are a lot of nail salons but it's hard to find a good one with good customer service and long lasting nails. I hit the jackpot with this one! I also love that it's near work, so I can go whenever I take a break. read more

Critical: Quality They do not know how to do sns correctly. Got sns as I have been getting for years at another shop. My nails broke off with in a week and a half. 2 broke off on the nail bed and caused my nails to severely bleed. It was very painful. Had to wear bandages for a few days. Was barley doing anything with them so I know it was not my fault. I never had this problem when I went to my old salon. Will not come back. The only pro is that they were nice people but that just isn't enough in this case. read more

I have FINALLY found a quality salon that is consistent. Their products hold up for at least two weeks. Tons of color options. Clean salon. Staff is amazing. I use Cathy for my nails but they are all top notch. I definitely recommend them to anyone! Very friendly and inviting. They pay extra attention to details and you don't feel rushed out the door. I like this place and the people who work here. I didn't have to wait long and I could see that other customers were happyI'm a little concerned that they might not sterilize their tools. I saw one person put her tools back in a plastic holder after using them. I want to return because I like the mani pedi I received but I need reassurance that they properly clean their tools. Also, I'd like it if they did their waxing in the back of the salon. The woman two seats away from me was having her legs waxed. In other salons, that's fine in the back. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for several years. They do a great job on my nails. They are very professional, clean and courteous

So I've been going here for a little over a year. The place is small but clean. They use Sanisoak in all the basins. The massage chairs are better than I've sat in at any other salon. The deluxe pedi is only $28 and the regular $18. They just started doing a special deluxe which comes with a hot stone massage for $35. The special deluxe is awesome! Well if I'm raving about this place so much, then why only 2 stars? Here it goes..... When I first started going there the tech I first got was Kathy. She was ok, nothing special. She did do a decent job so I kept seeing her. About two months of going and I find out she quit. So then I end up with Thi. She was pretty good but talked A LOT and you couldn't understand a word she was saying so its an hour long pedicure where you can't relax because she doesn't stop talking to you. I kept going to Thi because she did an excellent job on my feet. Kept seeing Thi for about 6 months and then she quit. Luck of the draw and my new tech is Lisa. She's awesome! Even better than Thi! Things start looking better! Lisa barely speaks to you at all which is nice sometimes, and if you feel like talking she can carry a conversation. So I go in on June 9th and Lisa is on vacation. I end up with Mimi who is the owner of the salon. I start thinking, wow can't get any better than this! WRONG!!!!! Can't get any worse than this!!!! Mimi kept cutting into the side of my nails all the way up to the cuticle and would not stop. You tell her what you want, she starts doing that for a minute then goes back to the torture and when you plead with her to stop, she calls you a big baby (ahem my toe was bleeding!) and then stops doing your pedicure and passes you off to her 16 year old daughter (I'm guessing on the age). So thanks to Mimi I have a lovely infection in both my big toes! It's now the 22nd and its still extremely painful, red, and swollen. Spent a $20 copay to go to my doctor and there's nothing she can do. If it doesn't get better in 2 weeks with soaking and bacitracin ointment then I'm supposed to go back so she can see if she can numb the toe and inject antibiotics into the site. Talk about an expensive pedicure! The other issue I have with them is the way they execute on designs. I usually get a design on the big toes. However with every person I've seen here, NONE of them are even ok on designs. Lisa is barely up to ok. No one ever gives you what you ask for in terms of design. I've even been bringing in pictures of the designs I want, they seem confident, say yes and then I have some weird crap on my feet. So once I ask for only a simple daisy in the middle of each big toe with nothing else. After a few minutes, I look down down and there's all these weird lines and dots with colors. All I ask for was a daisy! Ugh I'm so dissatisfied! I'm not sure I'll ever go back even to just go to Lisa. I may just start driving all the way back to Acworth from Tucker to see Linh at Elite Nail Spa. Elite is very expensive but it's 5 star service every time. read more

Horrible service if I could give negative stars they would get -3 they need training on how to do nails and customer service please don't use this salon there is salon around the corner save yourself money and heartache read more

So, I went to get my nails done. I seemingly choose this location which I had such a horrible experience. 1. The lady who did my nails did not file them down to make them look natural. 2. She put a design on my nails which I wanted. She did not explain to me it would not look the same. It look a 3 year old did it. 3. The manager fixed it after the lady tried to charge me an additional $5 on top of the $48 I already paid. 4. I now have to get fill in which I didn't think I would have to get after 3 days. 5. I had to go somewhere else to get them repolished to have other people inform me these individuals at K Spa did a horrific job. Needless to say avoid them and go to Viet in downtown Decatur. They care more then K. read more

I have been going to this place for so long, and i can't believe the reviews ppl at leaving. THIS NAIL SALON IS THE BEST IN ATLANTA! i have gone to SEVERAL other nail places over the years, and the result is average compared to K Spa & Nails. I don't mind the wait, because it's worth it in the end. Great job on eye brows, mani-pedi, full sets, nail polish change, etc. If you want your hands, feet, and eyebrows to last for weeks, you need to go here! read more

Seriously these reviews are insane. The woman that didnt even come in the solon because an Asian man threw something on the ground and went it the nails place.. thats just racist. Just because he is Asian..ugh horrible, that review should be taken down! I will be reporting that to yelp. Thats wrong!!! Ive been going to this place for years!!! YEARS!!! I always come out very satisfied with no issues. They have been doing my nails since i was in high school! They did my nails for my wedding, and they were gorgeous! They did my maid of honors nails they were just as beautiful! The owner does my eyebrows, she does an amazing job, i dont trust anyone with that!!! Ive recommended so many people to this solon and they are all very happy and satisfied clients! Not everyone posts positive reviews, usually the negative bunch does to make the place look bad, but just because these people are unhappy with the one time they got their nails done there, they automatically try to trash the place instead of giving it a second try. TRY THIS PLACE, ASK FOR THE OWNER! SHES AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES! read more

I've been there twice during the weekend and there was no wait which was nice! The salon has really nice, new massage chairs and great prices - $18 for a pedi, $10 for a mani, $26 for both and $7 for brow wax. Jenny did a great job on my eyebrow wax and Van did my pedicure and was very thorough! Will definitely be returning! One thing to watch out for though- they will ask if you want your calluses scrubbed and if you say yes, they charge more $. read more

The polish quality has gone down since the switch to new management. A gel manicure, which cost $15 extra will only last about 2 days. They are willing to fix the nail but they're so understaffed that the wait is an hour plus or it will take several days to get it done. Not worth the time or money in my opinions. Unfortunately, I'll be finding a new nail salon after 2 years. read more

I've been going here for quite some time and no matter how much time has passed between visits they always remember me and exactly how I like the water temperature (hot please!!) They always do such a great job, and are quick to remedy anything that I'm not happy about without making a big production out of it. The chairs are newer and oh so comfy. I've only had one bad, bad experience here: a new nail tech who had a muscular disorder of some kind kept twitching. Not a good thing when they are using an electronic nail file, and yep, she slipped and filed off a good portion of skin. Hurt like heck! I jumped up and the owner was quick to replace her and do my nails herself. There wasn't a discount given to me, but I was in shock and just didn't think to ask. I've been back since and twitchy is no longer there. I'm not discriminating, its just that common sense should prevail when someone in this condition is holding an instrument that could hurt a customer is asking for a job. They have a loyalty card program where you get a discount off your next mani when all the cards have been stamped. That's nice too. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I only came here because it's next to my job. My gel polish only lasted 6 days. I might as well have gotten regular polish. I came back to see if they would fix the nails that peeled off, and the lady told me that sometimes gel doesn't last 2 weeks. Well meaning how gel is supposed to last 2 weeks I've never had a problem anywhere else with a nail salon fixing the issue. She only fixed one nail & said to redo the top coat for my nails would cost me $5. This is the last time I cheat on my regular nail tech! What a waste of $40 bucks! read more

This is now the place I go every time for eyebrow waxing. There is rarely ever a wait. A different technician has seen me every time, and they are all great! I had one manicure here a while back, and it was great too! I don't get manicures or pedicures often which is why I haven't gone back for this service, not because it wasn't a good experience. The amenities are clean and I find the staff friendly and professional. read more

I came in for a pedicure and I asked for a cut down on my big toe and an acrylic tip put on instead, the woman repeatedly ignored my requests and wanted to do what was quickest for her instead it got to the point I had to file my own nails myself, I would not recommend coming here the service was not what I expected read more

I dislike how they do full sets. Honestly I won't go back for full sets here cause they're so bad. Other than that the lady that did my eyebrows did a great job! Seriously amazing! Also got a polish change on my toes can't complain about that either. I won't recommend the place if your going for a gel full set though. read more

ManiPedi $26 ($4 for salt). Clean tidy place. They hurt my left toe, feet polish was too thick to dry and it smudged. Hand polish lasted only two days before chipping bad. I did go back to have 'em repaired and got Mimi (manager) and she repaired my hands for free. I didn't mention the toes. I think they do poor cuticle work. I will not go back. read more

Oh man, I wanted to like this place. I went at the bequest of a good friend that lives around the corner instead of my usual spot. My gel manicure started wearing down by the following day. The matte finish wore down all week, leaving my nails looking like a quasi French manicure lol Since I live in midtown, I waited until the following week to swing by and politely showed them my 6 day old manicure. It was a disaster, and the manager implied that I must have been flicking my nails on things. Excuse me? I told her I'm a professor at a university and the only thug I've been using my hands for this weekday was grading papers. They changed my nail color (I told them I believed the matte was old or expired to have peeled back the wya it had, so I opted for a regular finish) and then told me I'm responsible for the new polish, but they'd give me a $5 discount. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau shortly- they used improper materials and then accused me of destroying my own manicure. read more

Awful......paid $35 for a 20 min pedicure. Will never go back and hope you don't either.

Very meh. Not the worst but certainly not then best. Staff was nice but not overly friendly. Will not return.

About two years ago,my husband purchased a gift certificate for me for Christmas and since I work...a lot...I wasn't able to use it until June. Luckily I showed them my GC before they started into my "deluxe mani-pedi" because Mimi said she would not honor it! HUH? She said that it expires after 6 months! WTF. And no apology- just a "It expired". I decided to leave and never go back. Fast forward to yesterday, Valentines Day. I needed a manicure because the salon that I now go to regularly was closed. I decided to give Spa K another try. Low and behold, Mimi (the manager) did my manicure. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. She was pretty cold. I mean, I don't like to have long conversations but I do appreciate someone who doesn't make me feel like I'm imposing on them. This is the first time that a manicure hurt. She dug into my cuticles and OUCH! they are still sore today. When I went to hand her a tip (20% on a $15 manicure) she said "put it there" and pointed to the table. So I started wondering if I was supposed to give her more than 20% because she seemed unmoved. Not saying that I expect a "thank you" - but it just seemed like she was really angry and not happy. I won't go back. read more
