I've also been coming here for my nails, and the customer service is consistently top tier. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and truly takes their time with you. You never feel rushed, and they really make you feel taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the quality of work speaks for itself. The nails were SUPER thick and not only did it crack across the middle of one of my nails, but it literally ripped my nail causing extreme pain. I decided to come to Flower Nails (where I knew I should have gone originally) and they were incredibly gentle and the husband did a phenomenal job. He is a wizard with SNS. They didn't feel heavy and were so thin that it didn't look like I had fake nails on at all. I've since come back 3 more times to get them redone. My previous set lasted maybe 2-3 weeks but the sets I get at Flower Nails last over a month with very little wear and tear. Nail growth and thinner areas like the nail bed wear down before the actual SNS does. My broken nail has now healed and grown out and I've yet to have any issues. My only guess is that maybe the previous commenter came when the son was running the shop. He's an older teen-young adult and may not be able to do the services you need yet in the demand of time you want. This is a family owned salon with a husband and wife who do just fine by themselves.
