I have been using this salon for over a year now. I am kinda lazy when it comes to getting my nails done and only go every 4 to 6 weeks. My nails always last even though I am a CMA and am constantly washing my hands. I went to this shop today and I will ABSOLUTELY be back! Tina did my pedicure and she was frankly pretty rough. I will not be asking for her again, but she did a good job overall. I decided to stop here after work today for a pedicure. I'm not real particular about my pedicures but I do want them to do a good job. It's important to feel like you have had a pedicure. I tend to stay away from nail salons over the weekend because I don't like the rush job to get you in and out. Today I was serviced by Kim. When I tell you this was one of the BEST pedicures I have had. She took her time and it was so relaxing. So much that I went to sleep. I went here today for the first time and was greatly disappointed!! The place was busy and I asked how long it would be before I would be seen. Instead of simply saying it will be 30 minutes or more, they said in a few minutes. Then a Caucasian women can in and was seated immediately! At that point I had already waited 20 minutes. I then walked out and one technician ran after me to come back. I told her how I felt and she assured me that I would be seated right away. They sat me at a chair without putting any water in the tub. When they finally started my pedicure, Tina spent her time focusing on watching what was going on in the salon instead of giving me her full attention. At one point she jumped up and was gone about 5 minutes to say goodbye to 2 earlier clients and to clean their vacated seats. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools, after getting my eyebrows waxed, I had to ask them for alcohol wipes because my skin was irritated. I know I should not have returned! .I went to Nail Network in Grayson on July 19, 2014; its location is 1911 Grayson Highway, Suite 11, Grayson, GA. Upon entering, the reception from everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I was assisted right away and needed a full set. The pink and white powder French manicure process was 100% perfect. I didn't need tips, and the coating Amelia or maybe Emelia used was a professional grade. I never had this type of French manicure, and had many compliments!! The prices are great, and the customers around me looked very happy. The individual hand dryers are brought to you while you're sitting (I loved that!), many massage chairs, tons of color choices, and very clean. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I kind of stumbled upon this salon about two months ago and I am legitimately hooked. Helen is the absolute best nail tech I've had in a long time. Not a fan. I have gotten gel polish for almost 10 years now. This is the first place I have even gone where each and every one of my nails chipped. They need to throw out their expired polish and buy new. I feel like they just marry bottles over and over. This weakens the polish and makes it chip. read more

I'm new to the area and was looking for a place close by to the house and it was an emergency since it was a holiday weekend and I broke my nail. I would not recommend this location. First of all the staff barely spoke English. Secondly, it should not take an hour and a half to get a pedi and a new set. There are bubbles all on the surface of the nails, gaps between the nail and cuticle, unevenness in the filing and awful shape to the nails. The whites of the French tip is so thick and the shape of the entire nail...well, has no particular shape. They didn't shorten my nails like I asked. I got the more expensive pedicure and it's so so. For the money and poor service it is not worth it. I'm going to have to go to my favorite salon to have them take off and redo. read more

If you want the best pedicure in Grayson, go to the Nail Network and ask for Rose. She is excellent, kind, and really makes me & my feet very happy. The foot massage she does is soooo relaxing and I love that she talks to me at the beginning of my appointment. Then she just let's me relax in the massage chair while she does this amazing pedicure. Just terrible. First time coming here. My husband went in for a pedicure and came home complaining that his legs were burning from something the lady scrubbed his legs with. Well come to find out she used a pumice that's meant for the bottom of the feet and cut his legs up. Went back to show them and they tried to deny it however he showed the manager the exact tool that was used on him and she just told him "not to worry it will go away in a couple days"..... The lady who did his feet says she's been doing this for 20+ years, well she needs to retire and place needs to be reported to state board. read more

Just because it is a nail shop does not mean they know how to do nails... This was my first time at this shop and I can say for sure I don't like it. I only came here because the place I normally visit was not available, but you get what you pay for! One problem I see is they use cheap products. The paint feels cheap on and the look of the polish is cheap looking ... Also, I felt as though the girl was rushing me, and rushing through doing my nails and by the end of my visit I figured out why. She had scheduled an appoint with another women and she was hoping to rush through my nails to finish before she got there.... Needless to say, she didn't finish and the lady got upset and walked out! When I paid I asked for change to leave her a tip in which I only had a 20 dollar bill. When I asked for smaller bills she gave back a 10 and 2 five dollar bill so I would have no choice but to tip her with a five dollar bill. If I wanted to give less than 5 I wasn't given that option . That is a major turn off for me .. if I choose to give 5 dollars that should be my decision not hers .. I will not return for sure,so I will keep looking for a " backup" shop on days my regular guy is not able to work.. Very disappointing...Below is a photo of my nails after one hour of leaving this shop...Now I will have to go back to my old shop and have them repaired and repainted so this can last for 2 weeks... what a waste of money!!!! 35 bucks with tip!!! read more

This is my second time writing a review for this establishment since they were kind enough to delete my first review I will take it upon myself to add it again. First of all if I could rate them 0 starts I would. This used to be a great salon until all of the good nail technicians quit ( I went to Jenny ). Anyways I got a fill on by Julie who was quick very personable and I was satisfied with the results or so I thought. Literally the next day I was driving home ( not doing anything strenuous ) and my nail bent from the middle and broke. Immediately I called and spoke to the manager to let her know what happened. She told me to come in and they would fix it no problem I told her I would not be able to come in until my next day off ( two days later ). The next day while hanging clothes TWO more nails bent from the middle and broke so once again I called and spoke to the manager and informed her that two more broke and I felt like the cause was from them being too thin. Which I was not even upset about because I did go to a new tech and everyone does nails differently she said ok come in and we will fix them. Long story short I am on my way to get the nails fixed I call and speak to the manager to give a courtesy call to let her know I am on my way she says it's fine and Jennie would have time to fix them. I get there 15 minutes later after JUST getting off the phone with the manager to be told Jenny did not have time I said ok no problem I'll come back tomorrow I get there Jenny begins to fix the three broken nails so I ask her if she is going to fix the other ones as well because they are too thin. She tells me no there will be a up charge for thicker nails so I tell her I spoke to the manager then the manager comes over and goes back on what we talked about on the phone and tells me the nails are not too thin and I would have to pay to get them thicker then Jenny proceeds to accuse me of breaking the nails myself ( keep in mind I have acrylic on my hands their is no way even if I wanted to break them I would be able to break a fresh set of acrylic nails in less than 24 hours and if I did I would surely be breaking them all to acquire a fresh new full set) I will NEVER be back at this establishment they are extremely unprofessional. Jenny took what little talent and professionalism they did have with her. If you do go BEWARE make sure you double check the thickness of the acrylic they are putting on. They do not care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their customers. They only care about how quick they can get their customers in and out of their chair. read more

Went here Sunday to have 5 five total sns tips i counts get off myself removed , the person that helped me was blunt, did not make eye contact and bordering on rude, after she soaked me in acetone for awhile she the used her dremel to remove the rest of my nails . She then proceeded to cut my existing natural ( very damaged nails from the fake nails ) to the quick!!!! Do short it hurts to touch anything !!!! The charges je 8$ to do this. I won't be going back. Brought my daughter and a couple friends to have their nails done for her birthday. They had a manicure with regular polish and charged me $11 per child. My daughter told me later she overheard two of the ladies talking and one told the other to charge $5.40 each. Not happy! Especially since I asked before they began working on any of the girls what the price was & the lady at the cash register just walked away and started working on someone's nails. I guess that should have been a warning. Plus, the girls weren't very impressed with the way their nails had been painted. They showed me areas on the sides of their nails that didn't have much polish on them. Two of the girls had been nicked and showed me where they had a tiny amount of dried blood. I posted a negative on the Nail Network website and it did not display so on the plan B. I had SNS nails removed (I've had SNS for a very long time) and now all my nails are ruined! I told the technician I did not want the electric file used (I've had damage to my nails previously using the electric file) so she assured me that the procedure would not damage my naiIs and I allowed her to continue the process (my bad). Now I have a thick ridge at my nail base and every nail filed so thin that every single nail broke or severely chipped within the first 48 hours. Had to cut my nails very short and will need to keep them short until they all grow out, another 4 months. On top of this I paid for a manicure and she did not complete the process I request and paid for. This process has happened twice with 2 different technicians. Forgot to mention I have very healthy nails that rarely every break. On top of all that, no one speak English very well, so when you tell them what you want they tell you yes but do what they want. VERY UNHAPPY and will be telling my friends to avoid this company at all cost! I live in Grayson, not sure why Charlotte is displayed. read more

I walked into the salon after work one day on a whim just to see if I could get a manicure. (I had some questions regarding acrylic vs gel since I've been a natural nail girl my whole life, and they treated me like a child as if I shouldn't be in there by myself...I'm 19). I decided to go for acrylic tips, and the lady who serviced me seemed like she didn't want to help me, and the whole manicure was rushed even though I spent an hour in the chair. The tips were all filed crooked, and she used the drill so much a few of my fingers started to bleed and burn. She even complimented me on my cuticles before she got started and now they are flaky and covered with gel polish and scabs. This was a horrible first experience with acrylic/gel nails and I will NOT be returning here. Luckily I don't live in the area. read more
