The shop is close in proximity and some of the staff were really friendly. Adam did a great job on my toes. The man that did my nails wasn't as engaging. Nails looked great when I left, but the following morning, after spending a little over $100 including tip, they started to chip...badly. By Sunday, they were extremely chipped on the right hand. Every.single.nail. I've never seen it happen. By Monday, the left hand was starting to chip. Pretty embarrassing as I was headed out of town on Saturday, so had to walk around with brand new ugly nails. Went back for repairs. She was nice albeit in a rush to finish and so the nails ended up fat and bulky. I certainly never expected to go back and sit for a whole hand+ of repairs. I tipped her another $10, as it wasn't her fault. But after I left I realised she missed 2 nails on my right hand!! Anyway, it was more trouble than it was worth and sadly, I won't go back. I need it done right the first time.

I waited 40 minutes and then the lady that did my nails was rushing the entire time because she wanted to get out of there for the night. Ended up with uneven lengths and bumpy nails. She didn't even put another coat on after I asked her to because the color was so light you could literally see the tips through it. Anyways, obviously could have been an off night, but it was my first and last time there!

And the nails smeared right after I stood up so she had to do them again and had an attitude after having to do them over again....even after she redid the nails it was extremely poor quality nails and I disputed the transaction with my bank because of the way I was treated and as you can imagine those nails got infected as well! My nail technician, an older gentleman, began shaving down my nails, applying thick acrylic, and skipped filing and shaping them altogether. I expressed my concerns, but they were ignored. I then requested another technician, but I was informed that the shop would be closing. My guest had a pedicure and was dissatisfied because the technician left callus and dry skin on her heels. Before closing, the technician locked all the customers in the store and refused to address my concerns about my nails. We left and had to pay $132 for the service. I highly recommend visiting another salon if you want a better service.
