This is the best nail salon I've been to in Lawrenceville/Buford/Suwanee. The quality of the manicures and pedicures are very good and I've never had any issues with the nail techs. They're able to replicate any picture I show them pretty well. The nail techs are also very nice and welcoming and always check in to make sure you're liking your service as they progress. I also have to commend the manager who is usually at the front desk; I've seen him jump in and help with services when the salon gets crowded and I think that's super cool to see. While the prices can be somewhat expensive, I do think it's worth it compared to other salons that may be a little cheaper but end up giving you bad quality. I also enjoy the vibe of the salon. The music is always very relaxing (rnb mostly) and It's not too loud. If you're in the Lawrenceville area, I definitely recommend being a regular at Coco's!

So I had a break down today... I'm not ashamed to admit it. It's not because my nails fell apart after a week of getting them done. It was an accumulation of things happening in life. Which is one of the reasons why i decided to have a self care day at this nail salon. My nail tech was booked last week, so I went to coco nails lounge. While getting my nails done, I saw discrepancies in the work but they ignored me. Rushed my service even tho I called and booked an appointment.The very next day I had to go back because of my gel polish peeling on my feet. Had to wait over an hour but no worries, I'm excited because I'm headed out of town. Btw the manager charged me $5 for their mess up. The next week, 5 days later! I had to go back because 2 nails lifted off. Polish came off. $110 and my nails look like trash. When a person is going through major changes in life and they spend their coins to feel better. You as the proprietor, should make them feel like they are appreciated. Especially when they are spending their time, money and gas coming to your nail salon multiple times in one week... the nail tech rushed me AGAIN! This time with an attitude. My nails look even worse than before! And I'm sick of this shit! I had glue, acrylic all under my nails! And the manager was standing over her while she did my nails! I didn't make a scene but I literally should have asked for my money back! CoCo Nail Lounge you get a bad review from me. Im a very influential person and makeup artist in my community. Do not go there for your nails. Do not allow the nail tech Abi to do your nails. Just stop spending your money where you are not appreciated! Btw, when they removed the polish from one of my nails, I now have a nail fungus from water getting under my nail! I repeat, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SALON! If their is a black nail tech in Gwinnett who is clean, timely and unreasonably priced. I WILL SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS WHOLE HEARTEDLY!
Got an acrylic full set with a classic pedicure both with gel. Total came up to$95.00. My toes came out alright but she cut me a little. My hands came out good but I can tell that she rushed to do them. I. She didn't even tell me to go wash the dust off of them before she added the polish. I got my nails done on March 13th 2021at 10:15am.
Because of Aunt Rona (Covid-19) visiting my bestie and I haven't been able to get our nails done in literally months!!! We totally wanted to feel pampered and spoiled. I saw this place was.new and close to home... So I was like."let's try them out'. I'm definitely one for a good ambiance anywhere I go and this place definitely has that. They were a little busy when we got there, but still greatest us with a smile under their mask of course. They honestly made us feel like we had been there a million times. Very friendly and personable. They understand that when woman go in for a manipedi... It's a spoiled session. I wasn't blessed with pretty feet... And they made them..look good! See y'all in four weeks!
Tony is the manager and is the most disrespectful and obnoxious person I've ever dealt with. He gives a bad name to Atlanta- charged me $10 per nail for design and didn't fix his mistake. Terrible service and technicians and manager. Took forever to do my nail design and didn't even do it right. And the manager had the nerve to call me a teenager because I wore my shoes. They knew they had to do nail design on my two toes and waited till last minute to do them after I requested several times to do it earlier so they dry up by the time I have to leave. No one got the point and manager blamed me for poor quality of my toes. I don't recommend them.
I want to start off with saying that I have been going to coco nails lounge for the past 5-6 months after a long hiatus of not getting my nails done. I enjoyed the chill atmosphere, friendly people, and beautiful interior of the salon. I enjoyed it so much that despite my lack of yelp/Google review I suggested it to many people, brought people with me to get their nails done and spent a good amount of $$$$ there over the past few months. Most of the people that work there have been great, especially Mr. Kevin, V, his name is escaping me at the moment but the man who runs the front area as well. Unfortunately, this past experience has me extremely disappointed. Not even 3 hours after getting my nails done (SNS) I had a broken nail and chipped & running polish. Where my activities included nothing that would cause this type of havoc on my nails. I have never experienced this before (especially not in less than 24 hrs) and imagine my embarrassment going to a corporate holiday party (especially post COVID) with these casualties. I am not sure if the gel polish wasn't dry enough or the layers of SNS were too thin so I returned the next day (Sunday) to get them repaired. The salon was packed so I agreed to come back today (Monday) in the evening. I then waited for 35 minutes with little to no word said to me outside of the man whom runs the front area and one of the ladies that was doing a pedicure and came to where I was sitting to get acetone. When I learned whom was going to work on my nails (the original technician that did my nails) I realized she literally came in front of me multiple times to grab products, tools, looked me directly in my face and never said one word not hello, of how long it would be, not even when asked, just very rude. When she originally did my nails she didn't have the best energy but I figured maybe she had a long day and gave her the benefit of the doubt and left it alone. However, after two times of being rude & this shoddy nail job I am sad I'll have to fine a new nail salon to patron.

I started coming here about 8 months ago and although more pricey than I usually pay I liked their work. But as of the past 2-3 months the quality of my nails has plummeted dramatically. Bumpy finish to uneven nail length. I was once charged for gel takedown when I came in with SNS and the girl started to do gel I said no no SNS and she took it off two fingers and charged me? Then they gave me a $5 off coupon and when I went back they didn't even know how to apply it saying the owners were in vacation. I've even went back to say my nails are big and bulky and they gave me attitude and didn't even really fix it. They just spoke in their Native language and Made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm Very disappointed in their current service. Don't waste your time.
Air bubbles, shaped poorly, to thick...they look horrible. Will definitely NOT be back. Told the tech she didn't do a good job and she looks at me like "and". I showed the manager and he did offer to redo them tomorrow but I will never go back

i always go here as a walk-in and get serviced very quickly. usually at most a 5 minute wait, when they are packed abt 20? the salon is very clean and everyone is super kind. i get gel pedis here all the time and it's always perfect no matter who is doing it. they take their time so you actually feel pampered and not just another client. i finally got my nails done after all this time with Vincent and he did SUCHHHH a good job!!! great quality gel x nails, i absolutely recommend. perfect for my summer vacation read more
10/10 highly recommend. my experience was great. My family come here all the time so I decided to try them out. I got an overlay French tip on toe nails and they turned out so great. I was in a rush and just wanted my big toe done. They let me know they could do it quickly no problem. I was in and out within 25 min! THIS WILL DEF BE MY GO TO when I'm in town . read more

Stumbled into this place & didn't regret it. After nearly an hour & a half, and almost $130 I walked out with a good looking gel pedicure and a dip powder manicure. The staff were friendly, the decor was cute, and the massage chair was very comfortable. The only big negative - there were two employees who got into an argument in front of all of the customers...TWICE. I've never been in a salon and witnessed employees arguing to that extent, first time for everything I guess. read more

I would give this place 5 stars... but they need a TV or something to watch while getting your nails done. When I asked the owner why doesn't he have a TV he said he is tired of the news. Well you can put HGTV or the cooking channel on. But lastly, the TV would be for the comfort of your customers not you. The nail technicians are very good and polite. This place is clean and you must wear a mask, which is great for me. read more

Update, I've been coming here for a couple of months now and they always exceed my expectations. Nails are flawless, toes cute, friendly conversation. It would be nice if we were offered bottled water but I understand that may have to wait until after the pandemic. Also just a minor nitpick, the playlist...I heard the same songs 4 times during my time there. That's how short the song list is. Would be nice to have a little bit more variety. But that's just me lol. I'll see you guys in a couple of weeks! read more

Trash manicure and pedicure. Paid $82 to leave out with raggedy chipped nails and uneven paint. Service was terrible, i asked for square nails and the lady Nancy completely ignored my request. Didn't want to look for polish's I wanted and was not very good at painting nails nor could she do a simple line design which i had removed because she couldn't do it clean. I will never return to this place needless to say. Did not leave a tip and would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely waste of time and money. read more

Ridiculous prices for terrible work , two pedicures terrible , the fill in terrible , the lady couldn't do designs properly , the rhinestones are crooked on my nail , just a complete mess DO NOT waste your money nor waste YOUR TIME !!! read more

I live right down the street and decided to give them a try. They are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I have used two different nail techs here and the end product was consistent. Only one problem which truly could have been me. Be very specific about how you want your eyebrows so they know how to give you what you need. They were very neat but I was not specific about the shape. They follow COVID procedures so I felt very safe from day one. One consumer tip ... because they follow COVID procedures they get very busy so call ahead and make an appointment or expect to wait any where from one to two hours. They will send you a text to confirm and you are set to go. Love the professionalism in a dying age of it. Happy to have found a new nail home. read more

Very friendly staff and place was very clean and nicely decorated. Ms. Helen (manicure) and Ms. Kim (pedicure) worked to give me exactly what I wanted. I got SNS nails with tips added for extra length. I love my nails! Thanks so much! read more
