When I got the service, the female shop owner or co owner kept over explaining service prices to me despite the fact that I had gotten my nails done there at least two times prior. 2. When I paid for my service I specifically remember entering a $15 dollar tip, but was over charged a whopping $90!!! I was told at the register that the refund would come back to my account. After the weekend passed I waited at least 3 business days and my money was not returned. I called the establishment and had to have a lengthy conversation with them about this incident. They informed me that they wouldn't be able to refund my account and that I would have to return to the shop in person to receive a cash refund. I definitely feel like this was extremely poor customer service, especially since their overall attitude is strange and off putting. Whilst doing nails they speak in a non English language, look strangely at me, laugh with one another, and once again there was this incident wherein they did all of these things and then over explained prices to me.
