I came on a Friday along with my husband on a Friday at 10:50am it was not packed and we got seated right away for mani and pedicures for both of us. Everything was fine until more and more people kept coming in and they start slacking and forgetting who was already being served. Tina came in late I was already mad after the third hour of still being there and not getting my nails done. She did my nails but kept stopping so she could attend to others and it was making me more mad. All together we were there over 4 hours. Another client was the same situation. She gave her a better discount and let her leave because she personally knew her. She took $10 off because of her lacking and still charged me $219 for a male mani and pedicure and my pedicure with gel and my real nails getting done. She did not give me a decent discount and I will never be back. I have been to other establishments around and paid way less and had better experience. I went there Fri Feb 13th i got a full set for $75! On Monday Feb16th I called and told them that I had 4 nails that literally had popped off... The person that did my nails wasn't there and wasn't due back to Thursday ( Tina) in between Mon till Fri 4 other nails had lifted I went sat feb21 for Tina to repair them and they charged me $30...for their poor work.... No customer service no accountability, I will not be returning, and will make sure that my daughter and her friends I referred won't be either! read more

If I could give no stars , I would. I've gone there and always leave a good tip. I won a 30.00 gift certificate , so I went in today to use. As soon as I entered, I told the man that I won and he said spa pedicure. I said I wanted to do a manicure as well. The woman does my manicure the starts my pedicure. At that time another customer comes in wanting a brow wax. She stops my pedicure to do it. So I sat there long enough that the water gets tepid. Here's where the fun starts. I go to pay and they try to charge me for both. I kept informing them that I won a raffle. They keep ignoring that then threaten to call the cops, which I was fine with bc I have a call log that they called me to say I won. They continue to talk over me and I tell them Ill wait for the cops. After repeating the same thing for a 6th time and pointing to the raffle tickets on the wall. They then realize they were wrong. They blame it on their English, however if they would've listened to me instead of treating me like a thief then it would've been done with. What makes matters worse , the woman who did my manicure and pedicure told me "you don't speak clearly". I'm an educated, well travelled, articulate black man who has taught in college. Nyah worked on my nails the day before Christmas and I was so pleased. she was very patient with me, I was very undecided on the color and style I wanted and changed my mind 3 times. I recently went to another salon a week prior and my nails looked horrible I was nervous getting my nails done again and getting a butchered job done on my nails but Nyah made sure I was more than satisfied with my nails prior to leaving. My polish on my hands & feet were chipping off after a week, the polish wasn't bright and shining as it normally is when Ive gone to other nail shops. I would give them 5 stars but I'm disappointed in the fact that my gel polish started peeling off after 1 day. I called and spoke to Frank, which is the guy who did my nails. He told me to come in whenever I could. I let him know it would be Monday. He failed to mention the location was CLOSED on Mondays. I told him due to my work schedule I would need to come in today. I got there. It wasn't that busy but I felt like he did not care about fixing my nails. He could have taken the polish off or something in between clients. I shouldn't have to wait 1 hour or more because your polish is old or it wasn't applied correctly. I would have rather made an appointment for the inconvenience that he caused but it's okay. I will not be returning because the customer service is POOR! read more

I adore this nail spot. It is the newest one in the Grayson/Loganville/Snelville area and happens to be the nicest. Moody and elegant vibe, it also has the nicest staff. Nina did my pedicure, she was nurturing and kind, and though I only got the signature pedicure (only 1 level from their basic) her foot and leg massages were long and so comforting. I didn't feel rushed or like a chair filler. I've gotten that feeling a lot here at the local spots, but not at this one. UPDATE: I am obsessed with this place. It surpasses everything I've wanted in a nail salon. They are friendly, they have current nail trends available, it's so clean and refreshing to know that whoever I go to, my nails still come out perfectly. ------------------ I drive past here everyday on my way to work, so decided to stop in for a pedicure before my vacation. The salon is beautiful with amazing pedicure chairs that don't vibrate your entire body into a convulsion like other salons. The set up with the nail stations are nice and plentiful. They can totally hold about 30 people at a time. The staff was really pleasant and informed me they use new products pumices and filed for each person so you don't have to be nervous about infections. They use quality products and have a great selection of colors. I'm giving it a 4 now because I feel pedicures are easy, the real test is when I come back for my nails because I'm super picky and looking for a place that can do current nail trends I see on Instagram. They have a current social on now so the pedicure I got is usually $50 but I paid $26+tip. (Charcoal detox pedi Even though it's hard to find, I hope they do well. My husband and I stopped in around 6 pm on Friday. We were instantly welcomed and we had a very nice man explain the different services. We both had the pedicure done and it was very relaxing! The employees were very friendly! They had plenty of colors to choose from and the did a great job on our pedicure! The scrub and massage are amazing! This is the second time I've gotten my nails done from this establishment. The first time I went here was in middle of the year and I fell in love with the quality of the work and the prices. I had received a fill in, gel and the price was $25. So because of the customer service and prices, also because I was in the Snellville area again, I chose to come here. The customer service was good, everyone came off as nice. But the actually nail service was bad. The lady cut me twice with the smoothing utensil. The paint job was a little reckless. Also, glue was left the surrounding areas of the nails. Now, I did not know the price of the full job because my girlfriend randomly paid for it; but the prices have skyrocketed and not work it. The most I've ever paid for a full set for the same service they do is $35. That is the downtown Atlanta area, Snellville, or even south side Atlanta. In comparison to this salon the prices and service is not worth it. There are nail salons on Scenic Hwy with this salons prices, but serve you drinks as your getting served. This was not worth the total of $69 my girlfriend paid for. read more

Poor attitude. I am the owner of a salon next to Asie Nail. Inside of our units we have beautiful chandeliers, this nail salon and my hair salon. The owner and I are usually speakers, I send clients to him if they inquire about the nail shop. This morning I went over bc I had several extra light bulbs that I wasn't going to use and was going to give them to him. I walked in and didn't see anyone and I said "hello" so someone could hear me. He came out and said "we close". I said oh no I'm the owner from next door, (like remember me)?...he stopped me and said you're stripping my floor you can't be in here. " I had the bulbs in my hand to offer them to him and he motioned his hand for me to leave out "you can't come in here no no, the floors are wet, (they were dry as I walked in towards him)... I then felt awful bc I was only trying to give him about 7-8 chandelier bulbs that I didn't need, and he one "didn't recognize me", and two he didn't even want me in the salon, nor bothered to say "no thanks I don't need them"... he just walked me back out. One thing is for sure, I will not continue to refer clients or the community to his nail shop. Character is everything. I was making a friendly gesture, and he didn't even care, never bothered to say "no thanks", or "I appreciate the offer"... It was very unfortunate and not a good feeling when you think you're doing something of greatness and it's thrown back in your face. read more
