This shop does a good leg massage but however service is bad. I had to return to the shop because the polish smeared very bad by the 2nd day and the pinky toe was missing polish which I couldn't see. when I returned he agree to repolish the toes that has smeared. meanwhile a woman came in for eyebrows and I told her i go to the shop next door. This threw him in a rage. He said I had no business telling her where I get my eyebrows done while in his shop. He continued to fuss at me until I told him he needs to let it go. The lady doing my nails only did one coat and I had to ask to do multiple and she only did one more and sent me on my way and I didn't realize how bad it looked till i got in my car and saw the natural lighting, she sent me out knowing it was bad because when i returned all the nail ladies tried to blame me and say it was because I only requested one coat, as A nail tech why do i have to tell you how to do your job. The was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to they told me that my nails and feet was 45$ all together then when it came time to pay they tell me that it is going to be 75$ I prosecuted to ask them where the extra 30$ came from they prosecuted to tell me that it was for the shape of my nails which is coffin and my nails are more square then coffin I do not recommend u try them under any circumstances do not try them unless this is your last choice. read more

This nail shop is located in a Super Walmart in Snellville. I have passed it mannny times while shopping. I had worn artificial nails for 25 years while working in corporate on the west coast. I am glad to be out of them and now do mani/pedis ... no artificial nails. I had shopping to do and wanted to try Regal. This was my first time here. My mani/pedi was $30.00 dollars together. My operators for both were very nice and efficient. I was pleased. I've been in high priced luxury nail shops, moderately priced chain shops and cheap ones in Los Angeles over many years. The cheap one was scary (stinky and filthy). I was in the area and needed something done quickly ... but I learned my lesson. I got what I paid for ... first and last visit. I found in the luxury shops I paid for the same service but at the cost for extras (champagne, bubbly cider, extra hand and feet massage, etc.). Didn't need all that to get my nails done. I found a great chain shop in LA (SUPER busy all the time). Regal is a typical chain salon with several operators who get you in and out. They get the job done. My experience was pleasant. The ladies that worked on me were kind and accommodating. My hands and feet were beautiful. The service was fine. No complaints nor issues. I'll be back. Let me add that over the many years of getting my nails done I've seen rude nasty customers come in and mad dog their operator(s). I saw this on the day I was at Regal. The woman sitting next to me had a mean "don't play with me" face on as she she stared down at her operator's every move ... Just horrible! Be a nice person.... be nice. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon I've ever visited. They charged $25 for a pedi and barely touched my feet. They up charged for everything! If you were wanting them to scrub your feet it's an extra $5. They used these cheat punis bars that barely worked. For SNS they wanted to charge to take off your old color. But ironically none of these up charges are listed on the menu! The worst place and manager ever! read more

Always a little hesitant to try a new salon. Got SNS with tips done today and they turned out amazing and for such a good price! The staff was so friendly and very meticulous - overall they did a great job. Will definitely be coming back - so worth the money! read more

The guy did my nails and he did a terrible job. My nails are uneven and lop sided. One nail popped off a day later, another 1 week later. He caked the polish on so thick I could barely dry. I payed $68 for a full set, pedicure and eyebrows and I would NEVER go back again! Total waste of my hard earned money and I'm pissed about it. read more

So, I hope this is a fair rating...for the Snellville location. I recently visited here with my daughter. They have cute little girl mani/pedi chairs. The staff was friendly enough...I think...keep reading. But, that's about where my positive rating ends.... I only got a manicure and am glad that was all. The manicurist snipped my skin three times with the cuticle scissors. Three. Three times she snipped my skin! She quickly blotted the blood (yes, there was blood) and started putting alcohol on the cuts. Never once did she mention that she cut me. Not once did she apologize. In fact, I let her keep going, but at one point, the blood started oozing again and I said, "Um...it's still bleeding." She pointed to a cut on one of my other fingers from before...as if to say, "Your fingers are not cut by me." I finally had to say, "NO. That cut came from me. These other three came from YOU!" And then...she laughed. What is that about?? I think that I SHOULD have stopped the manicure right then. By all looks and appearances, their tools were sanitized, but ... still ... I should have stopped it. Now on to the polish job. Of course she asked me to pay and tip before she painted. I hate that! I don't know if my polish was too thick or if my technician's skill was lacking, but I had to ask her to go back over a few nails to adequately COVER the entire nail. It was almost like she had painted a stripe down my the center of nail bed and left the sides void of color. That wouldn't have been so bad, but once everything dried, the paint was streaky. When my daughter was done with her little girl mani/pedi, they tried to take her to the back to dry her nails with the light. I told them that she could stand right next to me until I was finished, but one of the girls kept trying to talk my daughter into going. Huh? When we were finally done and ready to go back, I started walking. My daughter (being only 5) was lagging behind a little bit. I looked back at her only to see the technician grabbing her arm to pull her to the back. I had had it at that point. NO ONE gets to grab at my children. We left...and I should have asked for a refund on MY services...but I was afraid they wouldn't understand my English and it would make an embarrassing scene...not one that I wanted my daughter to see. I'll NOT be going back to this place, and I encourage others to do the same. read more

My regular nail salon was closed because it was memorial day. They were friendly and did a good job. I did not like the speaking back and forth in another language when they can speak English. I usually go to a nail salon at the mall of Georgia, but I have been here before and both times were okay. But yesterday it was horrible experience. First of all I showed up and said good morning to the ladies no one responded. I was like okay and then I go to look for my color and then this lady comes over to me and says can I help you I told her I needed a pedicure she was not friendly or nice and she just pointed to the chair and basically said sit. She seemed like she was drunk or tired or whatever. No common curtesy. The water was burning hot and she pulled skin off my toe that hurt like heck.Everyone seemed rude no hello from no one. She massage my legs for like forever hello I came her for a pedicure not a massage. She rushed my toes and she forgot I have her the nail polish earlier.
