My Husband purchased me two gift certificates $65 each for Christmas under the old owner's. The certificate does NOT have an expiration date on it. I had no idea it was under new management and when I went to use them for Me, my husband and my mother to all have pedicures they would only honor one of the certificates. So basically the new owner stole $65 from my husband. When a new owner comes in do not also accept all purchased debt as well. We work hard for our money but guess that is no concern of the new owner, Completely wrong. I gave him 3 opportunities to reconsider and do the right thing, but DID NOT. I O NOT recommend. read more

I've been coming here for years, and I've never checked in or done a review for them. Shame on me! Since moving to the area in 2013, I've been coming here off & on for my pedicures and nails. This is not my regular nail salon but I work weekend nights and not only was it open on Sunday, it was the only chance I had to get my nails done before leaving on vacation Monday. Maybe I should have spoken up while there but honestly I didn't want to make my mother in law feel bad as she was treating me to some pampering. I had also been awake for 24 hours so I was delirious and maybe thought it would look better at home. But this was seriously the worst gel nail job I've ever had. It's bumpy and lumpy all over, I had to come home and file the sharp edges and ragged ends. To say I'm embarrassed is an understatement and it's too late to get this right before leaving to celebrate my anniversary. So I'll just have to suck it up and not show off my hands much. There are even small bubbles in the gel. My gel pedicure is prob just as bad but it's camouflaged by the glitter polish I chose. It's bumpy and thick in different parts of the nail bed. Rushed and uneven job all around. The people were very nice and they were open and available to set an appointment for us when we needed it, hence the two stars. read more

I'm obsessed with how Alex does my acrylics! Shape is always on point. All the other nail techs are also very friendly and do great work.

First time I went here they did a great job on my feet and gave me what I asked for. Second time was definitely a half ass job that I'm not proud of. Glitter ombré looks like trash and they didn't even want to do the design on my toes...last time I check you're suppose to give the customer what they want. Over priced for a half ass job. I went there they were extremely unprofessional I asked to get my nails done and the person the female that did my nails first she does not like working there extremely lazy she was speaking to me I thought everything was going well after she painted one hand I want to change the color she was yelling at back to the manager and speaking about me in a very angry man or the manager came over and told me that she works here for money and I need to leave and that way then I choose my color before they are extremely unprofessional I do not recommend it read more

The ONLY place I'll ever get my nails done. I don't care that I've moved a little further away. After 3 years of only coming here, there have been several employees that have been here since the beginning. They take their time to make sure they make you happy. They are extremely clean. You're greeted as soon as you come in the door, and are seated immediately. They can't stand to see someone waiting for service, and the tech talks to you instead of talking around you in Chinese to their coworkers. They NEVER try to talk me into spending more money, or pushing me to get additional services. THE BEST EVER! read more

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. They do a great job and take their time. They are very clean, accurate, professional, and very nice. I personally love going to Nina. She does the best job on my pedicures. Their prices are very good. The basic pedicure is $20 and comes with an additional vibrating machine massage at the end. For people whose feet hurt or just need to relax, this is a life saver! read more

i came in with my mom, my experience as far as customer service was good. lily did my pedicure it was good but the man who did my fill in left some of the color from my previous gel color on and can now be seen with my new polish. I would say the money was not worth it. it was $112 for a pedicure, gel fill in. a full set gel and eyebrows. normally anywhere else maybe $80. read more
