I told him multiple times I wanted this picture I showed him and he wouldn't talk to me at all, didn't ask if the base color was okay so I had to tell him it wasn't right at all (it was hot pink for the base color under French....) so when I told him I didn't like it and again I wanted what was in the picture, I ended up having to stay with the pink color and he didn't care and then did the design which wasn't the picture either and the French is so uneven but I wasn't gonna tell him for the 5th time I wanted what I showed him. He was also very rude and wouldn't talk to me. On top of all of that look at the shape and around my nails... Was a walk-in on Saturday 7/13 around 11 am for pedicures. We were seated immediately and got to relax my feet in the warm footbath and enjoy the awesome chair massage. My first pedicure since the pandemic started (and honestly probably months before that even, because, you know, #momlife.) this is my sister's go-to spot and I felt super safe coming here -- they require masks for everyone, give temp checks and ask for immediate hand washing upon arrival, before you even check in. There are hanging plastic shields between all technicians and customers, both on the manicure tables and hanging from the ceiling for the pedicure chairs. They space all clients apart with an empty station between you, and you can see all of the cleansers and disinfecting wipes kept out for easy access and frequent cleaning. The staff was incredibly nice and I can see why this spot is my sister's favorite nail place in the area! They exceeded my expectations and was well worth my drive from Loganville. After researching several local businesses, I realized many were not interested in taking the necessary precautions to ensure client safety so I expanded my search online and found this gem! Not only do they require patrons to wear masks, they also take your temperature upon entry and then have you go to a hand washing station PRIOR to you officially checking in. You must sign a waiver as well that includes verification questions regarding your current wellness and you'll list your temperature (they will tell you the number after they take it) on it for their records! It's currently appointment only to ensure the capacity is within safety range! There are shields now installed to protect both the client and technicians. This applies to the manicure stations as well. There's a shield even when you pay (at the receptionist desk) too! I felt very safe (which wasn't up for debate since I'm 7 months pregnant) and my husband was pleased to hear of all the precautions they took. Every other chair is empty to accommodate social distancing -- keep that in mind if you have a friend or someone join you for the trip! They were so kind and professional -- a plus plus for this pregnant woman (me!). I will be back and will refer them as long as they continue this type of stellar treatment. read more

By far the classiest nail salon I have ever been too. I've been to many in the metro Atlanta area but none that match the quality of service and class this place has. The entire staff were extremely professional and kind. The decor in the salon was so inviting; a place I would love to come to over and over again. At this first visit I got a pedicure with the oil massage. It was amazing, all of the colors were organized and it was quite easy for me pick a color, blue! My mother got a manicure with a French tip and she enjoyed her experience just as much as I did. I love that the salon remembers your colors and nail technicians. Really classy move there. Came here yesterday (05/14/20) and was very impressed with all the procedures in place for my and other customers services. I didn't mind washing my hands when I first arrived. I actually think this is my first salon review which says something about this place. Nina is amazing so ask for her if you can. She made my long over due appointment a true joy and experience that had made me question why I always wait so long to take time for myself. If you're reading this, you probably need time for yourself too so just do it and take the time and ask for Nina. I support this nail salon because the owner remembers you and is always smiling. Takes the time to see if you are comfortable and if you're happy with your service. She has always been kind (still is) and has great customer service. This salon is always kept clean and they have taken precautions due to COVID. They have clear glass stands over the manicure and pedicure stations along with Lysol products in every row. They ask that you wash your hands before sitting down (must wear a mask). All of her staff members are wearing masks as well. Also, they offer DoTerra products! I miss Shayla (I think that's her name). But I know she just had a child so I've been seeing my girl, Ty. Ty will take special care of your feet. She is very detail oriented, takes her time when she's cleaning up your cuticles, makes sure the length of your toe nails are perfectly aligned with both of your feet, etc. I really do appreciate her work and service. Ty is very nice and she is gentle. If you let her know that you have ingrown toe nail problems, she will understand because she has had experiences with that. She is a perfectionist and she's my absolute favorite. I don't mind sharing or boasting about Ty because I want to see her succeed. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. I used to like coming here. But then it started getting just eh okay. I got white almond shaped French tips about 2 months ago that were done way too think by an older lady. She could tell I didn't like them but she never offered to fix them. Then I went in for a fill in by the manager a couple weeks later. She is very friendly and I overall liked the shape she gave my nails. But she drilled my pinky nail so bad, that almost a MONTH later my nail looks like this. The whole time she was doing my pinky I would try to pull it away and all she said was "oh that hurts sorry" it burned like crazy. Now it hurts so bad I constantly have a bandaid on it. I have no complaints about this place as the techs were all very nice and made you feel super welcomed, it is super clean, new and modern. They have excellent service as I got gel on my toes and boy did they last almost two months as well as my SNS sets which lasted great. All the ladies were courteous and attentive. Ivy did my toes and she was excellent. Very attentive to my nuances and her work was on point. I'm a very picky person so that says a lot. Kim was the person in charge and she tended to my needs. This may be my new spot. It's very clean, friendly staff, and there are colors galore to choose from. I brought my daughters with me. They chose acrylic nails. Which we were over charged for. They said they were extra long and detailed because of glitter and a flower but as they were putting them on they cut them down to a "shorter length" (The words of the tech) I think $20-25 additional each set on top of the $45 normal fee is criminal for a flower on one and glitter on the other. One set was almost transparent- she painted over them that night because she didn't like it. The other, not even a week later one of their nails broke, she could literally pull the rest off without a problem-not but on well. read more
