I came here to get a new set and loved this place. They have electronic check in at the front desk where they print your ticket. They offer you bottled water and are very friendly . They just opened right after new year and they have music playing in a big screen tv. My nails were perfect from the shape and color. They are every versatile with their designs. I will be back.

My husband and I went here for a pedicure and they were extremely clean, friendly, and fast. A week later I went alone for a full set/SNS French and is was a very pleasant experience. The workers were very professional and friendly. I am very picky when it comes to my nails, and they were done on a top notch level. Definitely going back.

Just got my nails done & the experience wasn't the greatest for one my nails were $68. Aside from that this was my first time going and the first girl that I had didn't know what she was doing so Tammi had to step in & fix it while the first girl watched and learned. All in all overpriced for the work

These are natural nails not tips and they look fake bc they are so thick

The one star is bc they can do trendy designs. I usually get SNS and they convinced me to get "liquid SNS" which I had never heard of but as I watched her it looked just like acrylic.i had to ask the girl to file the undersides of a few nails bc they were jagged. Which meant they would snag on something and break. When she was done my nails were so thick and square. I was very disappointed. The ombré design was nice but it looked really tacky. I like coffin nails and paid extra but she barely shaped them so I had to ask again and shoe another picture of the shape,I take pride in my nails but not these...

I have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. I ran across Polish in Paradise n I'm so glad I did! I got my nails done by Mimi n she was awesome! I'm very particular about the almond shape I like with my nails. I never had to explain it to her she nailed it without effort. Where as most nail techs in this area never get it right! She has me as a customer forever! MiMi is really good at what she does and her sister Tammy won't disappoint either!

Let's start with the fact that I don't ever get my nails done, but since I am getting married soon my friend gifted me a mani and a pedi so I couldn't resist. I had my appointment with Tammy, but Mimi ended up finishing up my nails. Both ladies have incredible hands and are so nice and professional. I wanted to get long nails, with a pink ombre and they did an incredible job. I didn't have a preference so they used the powder technique. The worked so fast, yet my nails came up looking soooo good I am so impressed. A guy (didn't ask his name) did my pedi. I chose the Charcoal Detox Deluxe pedi and I was in heaven! it smelled so good, they scrubbed and used hot towels and they came up looking so cute too! Do plan to spend 2-3 hours there, and make sure to make an appointment because they do get very busy. They have me wanting to get my nails done more often LOL I totally recommend them! ESPAÑOL Comencemos con el hecho de que nunca me hago las uñas, pero como me casaré pronto, mi amiga me regaló una manicura y un pedicura, así que no pude resistirme. I got acrylics in September when my natural nails were long but not even so I had to get acrylics. The nail tech was too lazy to trim them before applying the acrylics, and when one broke, it ripped off my real nail underneath. It's now November, and I'm still waiting for my nail to grow back. I gave this spot a chance on a referral. Very friendly staff but I shouldn't have cheated on my nail lady lol Im a bit picky when it comes to the thinness of the SNS dip, my nail bed and cuticles. I felt the amount of money I spent didn't line up with the quality after a couple of days. Sadly my nails were cute for about five-six days but the service and friendliness of staff did increase my rating. I would give them a second chance for a pedicure. read more

Natalie did a very professional job on my nails. I had a picture of what I wanted and she duplicated it well. My pedicure was relaxing and the young lady did a wonderful job. Really disappointed in my experience!!! Went for the full treatment....nails, feet, brows! Laid on the bed to get eyebrows done....bed was super flimsy! Upon getting up after receiving service, bed toppled over sending me completely to the floor!!!!....with the bed on top of me! How embarrassing and the tech barely helped or anything!!!! She simply asked if I was ok WHILE just walking out of the room! Like seriously your table just collapsed, sending me to the floor with people watching and no one could be bothered to see if I was ok! My back was in pain as well as my legs and knees! Nothing from the manager....no concern at all!!! And they made me pay for my service!!!! Seriously!!!! ???? The girl had the nerve to say to me...you'll be fine, just go home and put hot water on it! And to add to that - - the pedicure was horrible!!!! He cut my nails down so low they bled! He was extremely rough! Never again! Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! read more

I tried this place again since it's so close to home, I really really want to love it. Got a sweet pedicure this time which is $30 and one step up from the basic pedicure. I admittedly have terrible feet, that's why I get a pedicure every 2 weeks without fail. My feet were as rough when left as when I got there, yet I supposedly had a callous treatment. I also had a manicure with a buff, no polish. There is a $5 upcharge for buffing! $20 for a buff with a mediocre manicure at best. Bottom line....I tried twice to love it here. The services are not worth the prices. Too many other options to settle for overpriced services, no matter how lovely the new shop is. read more

Would not recommend!! Over priced for basic work. Did not even do the style or color wanted. Friend was hurt by one of the nail techs and they not only ignored the fact they hurt her, they treated her funny. Definitely won't be returning! read more

This salon is excellent, I come here with my daughter every 2 weeks or so to get a mani pedi. I've been getting a fill and pedi with gel every 2-3 weeks for almost ten years and just moved to Georgia about a year ago. Since I've moved here I've tried many different nail salons ( I don't mind driving a distance to go somewhere where they do a good job) SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE I see Henry and Tammy and my daughter gets her nails done with Vincent and Mimi. They always do an excellent job and I never have any issues with nails breaking in between visits. Tammy, Henry, Vincent and Mimi, WE LOVE YOU GUYS! read more

Well, I was referred to this salon to Tammy or Mimi by a stranger whose nails I really admired!! I made my appointment and was a little nervous since it was my first time trying powder and sometimes when trying new things, I end up feeling like I should have stuck with what I knew! Nope!!! Not here!!! I showed Mimi a pic and she executed effortlessly!! She was patient, professional, friendly and extremely efficient! I've struggled to find a permanent nail tech but this is it for me!! They seemed busy . Had a little disagreement about if they had anyone available to do my nails . Even though I called and they said they have availability... they are a little overpriced I paid 100 . And I got regular acrylic basic length with 2 gold foil nails. I was saying I wanted it simple bc I'm in college & didn't want extra ... they kept pushing me to get more. I didn't. But yea it's okay. Was taken immediately in when I arrived as there was no one there at the time. Shop is clean , relaxing, and inviting. Customer service was great. I could tell there are some regulars because as people were coming in they would speak to the nail tech by name! I did a natural manicure with gel polish. They have 2 small pedicure chairs for children which I think is great! I am pleased with the outcome of my nails. Only negative would be the price. $33 for short natural nails with gel polish is a bit much in my opinion. I was given a 10% discount for being a 1st time customer. To return and pay $33 for my natural nails I would not do for a manicure but that does not discredit the service I received which was great!!! read more

New salon on Braselton and I haven't had a bad experience yet. I've been coming back every two weeks and it's quickly becoming my go to spot. A full new set and pedicure is normally done in an hour and I'm in and out. Techs are all experienced, friendly, detailed and exceptional customer service. read more

I stopped by polish in paradise a few short days after they opened for a pedicure. I loveeeeed my experience- my pedicure included exfoliation, lotion, and polish at the end. Natalie was soo nice and did such a great job with my toes- they still look fabulous after a week or so :). I would definitely recommend dropping by before they become super well known and packed in no time read more

She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

The hot stone portion was just plain torture. For some reason she thought my shin bones needed a hard hot rock massaged on them rather than my foot or the back of my calf. I have had 2-3 sets of SNS powder gel nails, but don't really like the taking off process, so I bring my own OPI polish. This is the only negative I have experienced at this salon. They only have a few non-gel OPI colors, none of which I like for my fingers. I use their Cajun Shrimp regular polish on my toes. My work around is to bring my own color. The place is busy, but still manages to be calming. After you have been seated in a massaging chair with the requisite plastic liner, they bring you snacks and water drinks on a silver tray. Additionally, all of the implements are in their sterilized bags and are opened in front of you. They also don't reuse nail files or the yellow/pink/purple scrubby things for your feet. If you are a germ-o-phobe like me, you have found a salon you can relax in.

And have filled every single nail art request I have ever asked for. They keep it real with you, and always go out of their way to make the customer feel great!! So I came in about a week or two prior with my mother and we tried them out. When doing a regular mani pedi they were nice and friendly and gentle. They cut me once but I didn't think much of it. I came in after the mani had faded and wanted to get acrylics. I asked and they immediately took me. I was explaining that I wanted coffin-ish shape but not exactly because I wasn't crazy about length. I told her that I just wanted acrylics with regular nail polish. She asked for a picture so I showed her a white acrylic nail picture. She started and put a lot of powder on. I thought she would drill it off later so I didn't say anything. She didn't take it off and once the acrylic was done I assumed the entire appointment was as well since she had used white powder. I got up and she told me she wasn't done so I asked what she still had, she was bringing over a gel lamp. I had told her already TWICE that I didn't want gel and told her again. She tried telling that it wouldn't last without gel and I said I was happy with how it looked. She then told me it was going to be $50. I asked her why and she said since she used powder it was $45 and then the shape was an extra $6. I'm not a math major but that doesn't add up. I asked her again if that was correct and she spoke with another woman and said it was actually $45. Keep in mind she had told me none of this before hand and I was expecting to pay for just acrylic nails ($25 according to their website) not an extra $20. During the visit they also refused to cut my nails any shorter then shown. I wanted to be able to still do my daily routine and with the length she gave me I wasn't able too.
