Since I have to post my review with a star I give them a 1. However I want to give them zero stars. I went there in March for a fill in on a set they put on my nails on Valentine's days and a pedicure and I ended up with a nail infection and lost my whole nail and had to have my nail removed you couldn't pay me to come back. I'm so traumatized I've been getting my nails done for 16 year since I was In high school I've never gotten an infection. Do not come here. The worst part about getting this infection is I hated my nails to begin with.

It was a good experience but my manicure didn't last a day I knew when she started the French manicure and saw the thick clumpy white it wasn't going to last.

Worst nail experience ever. They kept rushing everything and my nails looks like a toddler did them. This is the kind of "professional quality" you will get here. Now I have to go home to see if I can use my own polish to fix them

I have been coming to Foxy Nails for over 9 yrs and I have always had the best service. Alena, Jenny and Lyn are fantastic. Best Pedicures and S & S. Could think of going anywhere else. Laurie

Came here for my first ever pedicure, and Lou did an outstanding job! Left feeling refreshed and like a new man (yes, new MAN). She really dug in and took care of my feet! I recommend her and Annette. They are also great for kids!

Do not go here!! I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this place is awful!! I had a horrible experience. I should have left at my first sign of non professionalism. It started with getting my toes done with my two daughters. As I was sitting there trying to enjoy my very uncomfortable pedicure the lady next to me was having her nails and toes done. The nails tech was clipping her nails. The nail bits where flying all over the place and two hit me. When I freaked out because of being grossed out they stopped and waiting to do her nails when her pedi was complete. Which is the correct way to do it. By law. The nail tech who was doing my toes jabbed me twice from turning her head to talk in Vietnamese to other co-workers. Once with a file and the second time with the drill. It didn't hurt but it was clear she could care less about what she was doing. I asked her to cut the pedicure short. It was ridiculously awful. As she's finishing my 7 year old gets up from the child's pedicure chair and asks to use the restroom. I said okay as the restroom was maybe 10/15 feet away and clear view. She went to the restroom, but someone was in there. I watched her lean against the wall and wait. She went in and then came right out. She didn't use the restroom. She was waddling back to me walking odd. I asked her why she was walking funny. She said "mommy there's something wet on me!" She turned around and from the back of her legs, her back, and all in her hair was beige paint. I wasn't mad but I was shocked. I said "how did you get paint all over you??" I was puzzled. She said I think there was paint on the wall. Right when she said that a lady by the name of Dara who claims to be an owner yells "NO NO NO NO!!!! No wet paint!!! Your daughter sprayed chemicals all over the bathroom and rolled in it!!!!!" Again... puzzled I looked at her and said "no it's paint and she went into the restroom for a second. Chemicals?! She's 7 years old she knows better and this is paint not chemicals.... and more importantly if you have chemicals in reach of a child and wet paint you are breaking several state board codes!" She got louder and insisted on it being chemicals that she "rolled" in. Her fellow employees tried to calm her down. The lady who was washing my feet off so I could get up even told her "its paint look". This owner person yelled at her and told her to shut up and no! Again I wasn't mad. I was confused why she had paint all over her. The issue escalated into a screaming match. She put her hands on my daughter to turn her around. I recorded her yelling at me making my girls cry as I was trying to leave. When I told her to move and dialed the cops she stormed out and left. I put my girls in the car and the cops came out. The cop was appalled by the story they told when I had most of it recorded and pictured to prove what had happened. I have a police report. I have recordings. I am a retired cosmetologist so I know the laws and regulations. Not only will I share on all social media that these people are NOT clean, not professional, no boundaries, no respect for customers personal space but think it's okay to accuse a child of doing something they didn't and lay a hand on a child in anyway is absurd. Not one time did any of them offer a wet towel to clean her... a sorry... comped service NOTHING!!!! I WILL be taking them to smalls claims to court for a few things. I have already filed a complaint with Georgia State Board Of Cosmetology. There are way too many salons for this one to operate with zero professionalism. They are one reason why nail salons have a bad Rep. One word discussing

Swirl marks instead of matte finish.

Is this what you expect when you pay $45?!?!? Horrible staff. I literally left with tears in my eyes, my cuticles are bleeding and my nails look absolutely terrible!!!!!!!! Matte coating? No, they put clear on and then buff it off so you can see lovely swirl marks. Do not go here!

She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

The nail technicians seemed focused and resilient, adding an interesting contrast to the Bubbly Lounge-Esque music/vibe of the music and decorations. One of the techs hollered at me to "Habbasee!!" While my brain did not know this tongue, my body felt beckoned by this call from could only be the Wild. I traveled as if dancing to a forgotten rhythm or smelling a freshly baked cartoon pie to the back hallway of the Parlor, where I meandered past an impressive infant I saw filing nails to the cuticle with bone-chilling precision (keep up the good work, Lily...) Once I arrived to the back of the Parlor, I was faced with a fork (in the hallway, not a utensil) and a fork in the hallway (utensil). One room was the bathroom (which was very clean and smelled of palm) and the other was another story... A woman, fifty-three (53 if you round to the nearest multiple of 53 and 1 [one], therefore fifty-three [53] being the only answer to the woman's age as she was NOT one [1] year old) was spread eagle with an old woman and a lone wax strip. As the woman YELPED ;) (ba-dum-shh [facetious bongo]) I was taken aback and flinched, until I realized the services being performed on her were far from simple manicures. TOGETHER is an understatement for my participation in this lady's Brazilian. Might as well call it a South American! The only legal/safety concern that transcended my immersive experience here was the health risk of the frail old woman who was doing the single-strip-waxing, I thought to myself: "There must be some form of tomb-raiding experience/certification needed to confront the absolute amazon of vines and foliage that the lady being waxed was auto-chemo-respirating downstairs..." After completion, I was allowed to skip the wait thanks to my back-room assistance and was given a chair. I came with the intention asked for a duck nail, as my younger sister ,Lisa Curwaden, had just gotten festive green, red, yellow, and white duck nails (her pinky nail on her right hand was too small to paint due to an incident with her Shih Tzu, so she doesn't paint the regular sized nail on her left pinky either in order to keep her internal Chi balanced) and I found them quite humble and perfect for the upcoming Yom Kippur season. But right as the words "duck nail" left my licker, the lights completely turned off in the salon save for a few red LED strips taped to the back of Lily's bald head (she hadn't begun to grow hair yet due to her age) resembling luxurious native scarlet locks. The technicians each pulled out weapons that seemed to be central to their chosen workplace personas and began screaming "GEDDDAAAOOO" at me until my hearing aids that already needed battery replacements forced me to take a step outside for some fresh ATL air. I smoked three packs of Smarties and attempted to reenter the salon, only to find the lights still off and the door locked. Overall, a very swell and educational experience that I will cherish for the next few days. Thank you, South America.
