I would never come here again. The quality of the work is sub par and with so many options, don't waste your money here. They were also tricky with my daughter and when I explained that she never meant to leave a 35% she said that she had already passed out the cash and could not ask for it back. The owner of this salon is completely rude and totally incompetent. I got her brand new chrome polish and paid extra money for it to chip in 3 days. Instead of changing it for free, she agrued and gave me a whooping $5 off. I have been going to this nail salon for 2 and half years. I feel as a valued customer that comes every 2 weeks I should have been taken care of. Since new owners bought the salon this place is an absolute joke. This is by far the best salon that I have encountered in the area. Since I moved to Georgia last year I have tried five or so nails salons and everyone seemed to let me down. I visited Foxy Nails on the suggestion of my hairstylist. I was not at all disappointed! I went in with a picture I found on Pinterest of some nail art that I wanted and they reproduced it perfectly! I am so happy with my nails, I have received several compliments already. They take their time, but that is to be expected when you are doing something that intensive. My only complaint was that I felt that their polish selection was a bit limited, but I usually bring my own anyways. I would definitely suggest it to a friend! read more

Absolute worst service I have ever had. My friend and I decided to do our nails at foxy because I have been going there for a very long time, we both had males they had really no clue what they were doing. They had to completely redo both of our nails because they messed them up and made us pay extra. I complained and they just didn't care, also they cut my fingers and filed the nails where it took color off. So I went back the next day to see if they would do anything the guy was laughing at me while I was explaining how I hate my nails and they hurt I continue to say that every time I touch water my fingers and he didn't care he said I don't care numerous times. The salon was packed and he was embarrassing me. I said honestly I just want my money back I hate my nails I paid $60 yesterday for nothing. He kept trying to touch my nails and I said no because they already cut me, I'm not letting them touch my nails again. So I get up to leave and he tells me to have a merry Christmas. Apparently managers were out of town. I will never return to foxy nails again. I've never had such horrible customer service you don't laugh at a customer and tell them you don't care and they blamed it on me it was my fault my nails look like crap even though they do nails every day. Don't come here . I got gel and it chipped the next day and went back to get it fixed .Then 5 days later all my nails are chipped . Like they either aren't skilled or they dont do quality work . My first experience at this salon was decent I got a pedicure and gel nails. I wasn't too entirely happy with the price considering how mediocre everything looked when done and I didn't feel pampered. My second and LAST time there I was getting my nails removed. The woman who was doing this used another nail tip to try and pry it off of my real nail instead of just soaking them off like every person has done in my life. This resulted in her cracking my nail halfway down. Literally she cracked the middle of my nail on the side and split it. When I pulled away in pain I asked if she could soak them off. She responded as if she was uneducated in this and thought she was doing the correct thing. I tried to let it go but all through the service she continued to nic the skin around my nails with the drill/shaper tool which resulted in an infection. I will not go back and I make sure none of my friends do either. read more

While waiting for the mall to open I noticed foxy nails 2 and decided to take a chance and try somewhere new. I am probably the pickiest customer ever no exaggeration lol. I have found 1 person in the 10+ years that has done a 100% what I wanted. Laura asked what I wanted done and Michelle ended up doing my full set. It was my first time ever getting ombré nails and I'm obsessed!!! They are perfect! They look identical to the Pinterest picture I showed her. She was beyond patient and took the time to help me pick the perfect colors the shape is wonderful the length is wonderful I do not have one complaint which is definitely a first this is by far a 5 star nail spa. I took my daughter there yesterday for nail tip replacements and a pedicure. they charged us $175 for two people. After reviewing their online pricing, I called them back to ask why they charged so much because that was no where in line with the listed pricing. They could not get me off the phone fast enough. Horrible experience. Last time I went, they have new management which was terrible. I would not recommend to friends or family. The lady doing my nails filed my nails all the way down. I asked how long it would take before they could get to me, and the lady at the front did not answer me. I waited for about 45 mins before someone got to me, and I saw workers sitting around. Why not have someone do my nails as soon as possible especially when there are workers who are free? I was also very upset with the way my nails are done. The gel was all over my fingers and people who worked there did not seem to know what they were doing. Hint hint some of them may not be licensed. read more

If I could I would give this place no stars. First time ever coming to this place only because I didn't have time to make it to the nail place where I usually get my nails done. I walked in was greeted by this older man who rushed to sit me down before I could even say what it is I wanted (to see if they had matching gel colors for hands and feet). After finally getting his attention to tell him what I was there for (gel manicure and pedicure) he sat me in the chair for a pedicure the lady started my manicure 20 minutes into my manicure another lady noticed my feet had not been soaking (they never put the water in the tub) she asked the guy who sat me and he acted like he had no idea what she was talking about. Finally that lady got started on my pedi, she looked like she had no idea what she was doing. While I was there another customer walked in and the same man that greeted me sat her down when she was telling him what she wanted he got a smart attitude with her basically telling her she didn't know what she was talking about. When the girl was doing my gel manicure I touched my finger because I felt a cuticle after she had "cut my cuticles" and she yelled at me to not touch my finger nails? okay.... I had already chosen two gel colors (plain and glitter on top) she put the color she though would be nice instead of what I chose then told me not to put glitter because they were already nice. she went as far as telling me that putting glitter on top was making her job harder. REALLY?!? She asked if I wanted the hand massage that came with the manicure? I said yes and she was doing it with an attitude pulling me off the chair... literally and she got really upset when she couldn't figure out how to take my bracelet off saying (ugh forget it). Any who when I was getting finished up a really pissed of customer walked in I guess she had gotten eyelash extensions at this place and half of her original eyelashes came of with the extension, she had called before showing up to the place and somebody told her she was going to put another set of eyelashes for the inconvenience however when she got there she received a horrible response from the lady in charge. She told the customer that everybody's eyelashes are different and her were probably too sensitive and couldn't do anything about it. What happen to the customers always right? WOW shocked me. This place looked unsanitary yes they put a plastic cover on the tub but their tools and equipment were poor. Massage chair was horrible looking the buttons were broken. I would never set foot in this place again even if I had a gift card given to me as a gift I would rather cash that gift card and take that money elsewhere. P.S THEY ASK YOU MULTIPLE TIMES TO BUY THINGS FROM THEM AFTER YOU HAVE TOLD HIM NO TIME AFTER TIME. read more

Came to this salon multiple times and truly liked the lady doing my nails, Vanny. She was super sweet and kind and did not ask me to do anything extra. But Vanny was not available the last time I went, and they let this inexperience lady do my nails. The lady who did my nail, Jenny, did my nails really quickly making so many mistakes. I only wanted the regular pedicure which was $20 but she kept asking me to do the deluxe pedicure which was maybe $40 (but I for sure know it was twice more) over 3 times and I kept telling her no. But she kept asking again and again and it felt embarrassing to say no in front of everybody. Then she went on to ask for me to do all of these extra things. I come to the salon expecting to just get a regular pedicure and get my nails done in peace but the person doing my nails kept disturbing me and asking me to do this or that. Then she got upset when I refused and it embarrassed me so I eventually had to go ahead and get more things done. She also insulted my nails just like that nail salon video on YouTube. I use to come here for years. One bad experience and I will never be back. I asked to get a gel nail with a half moon design of glitter. The technician attempted to do it and slapped glitter all over my nail like a 2 year old, so I told her never mind and I would like just plain one color.. The technician gave me attitude and told me I wanted it and I stared at her and said that does not look like the design. I decided to be nice and not complain because I figured she was having a bad day but honestly I should of complained. The way she gave me attitude and grabbed my hand after that and kept complaining the rest of the time how I changed my mind really pissed me off. She was extremely unprofessional and I was uncomfortable the rest of the time. Worst part is she spoke in her other language to the co owner and the co owner wasn't friendly like she usually is when ringing me up. I came to this place for years, your one employee will cause you to lose customers. There are nail salons around every corner of the mall, you should really focus on customer service and not how quick you can get someone in and out. I will be going to another salon. read more
