Very nervous 80+ year old Spanish-speaking man that doesn't trust people, but Selina was kind, patient, and way nicer than she needed to be. This is his second time getting a maintenance trim since he can no longer do it himself and he always leaves feeling like we were treated like royalty! The front attendant V got us comfortably seated immediately and the complimentary drinks/ seasonal candy are always a nice touch. I had some delicious hot tea & even got some cute photos showing off my new nails :) Btw the small cuts on my fingers are from my personal bad habit of pulling and ripping my cuticles. I find getting nails helps me when it's at my worst as I can no longer pick at my skin or nails! Mike was very careful to ensure I wasn't in any pain & completely changed the way I felt about my hands. I hope this set lasts a while! My previous pink coffin set from last year lasted almost full 3 weeks I believe (lots of washing and manual labor as a server). I'm hoping these last the same if not longer now that I work from home! I was also informed that owners changed, as the previous manager bought out the place... sad to see some friends go but I love the change in decor and overall space feels elevated in quality. I asked for the price of a mani/pedi for them and after a LOT of back and forth In another language, I was told $25. One of my daughters wanted gel so I knew they would add some for her. They asked the younger daughter about gel and she said no multiple times. Guess what, they painted her nails with gel. I went to pay and I was absolutely shocked by the prices, definitely not $25 as I was told, plus a surcharge now to use a credit card. Not only did I way overpay (no price transparency at all) but now I "get" to pay to have my daughter's gel nails removed after 2 weeks because she cannot keep them for cheer. Don't know what is going on here but get it fixed!

They charged me for this! I would like a refund or a do over! Manager was rude and acted if this was ok, I choose to suck it up and pay

Best nail Salon in Suwanee and the surrounding area. I have tried them all in the three years I have lived in Georgia, I get SNS and with every salon after a week I would get a chipped or cracked nail. I found Dip in November 2019 and I am so happy I did. Michelle is AMAZING at SNS, not once have I had a nail break or chip. They last for me an average of 2.5 to 3 weeks before I have to go back. The salon is beautiful, so clean the music is amazing, there is TVs for entertainment. The Pedicures are also wonderful, I get standard polish and they last 3-4 weeks before needing to go back, the chairs are comfortable and the packages are so reasonable. me and my friend went and got SNS done and pedicures. jennifer did my SNS and Vivian was my tech for my gel pedicure. i had the detox pedicure and it was THE BEST pedicure i've EVER had!! they offer complementary water and wine also Jennifer did an amazing job on my SNS! our service was very prompt and the decor is so beautiful. this is the cleanest salon i've ever seen and the prices were great. they also offer point system which gives you money off for future visits. i will definitely be back for sure! my friend was as impressed as i was and her SNS and pedi were beautiful also!! definitely recommend coming to get nails and pedis done here!! read more

Im a agent I work Around the town, the first time I came to this salon they are very nice, not other shop rushing you through. Especially, I'm a Asian, it's hard to get pedicure and nails done because it not the way I wanted and not care about, but this place I have to give 10 star. They seem to forget I can go to any of the others FIVE salons within two minutes of their location.
