The decor and atmosphere is far nicer than most nail salons at the same price point. They have a large selection of colors and although I just did basic nail polish they have many different options for longer lasting polishes. I had a spa pedicure which included a sugar scrub, leg massage, leg mask with hot towels and cuticle cleaning ($40). My nails look great and skin is smooth. They were very friendly and quick. I've gone here twice and both times my nails chip right at one week. This place is not for me.

Always obtain prices ahead, it depends on their mood what you will be charged. They charged me $70 for a short set ONLY cause I had appointment and when I walked in my tech was starting another person and so I reminded them of my appointment, they didn't like it and decided to over charge me as a punishment I'm assuming, I still tipped but won't return!!!! I stopped getting my nails done for about 2 years and just started getting them done again earlier this year. I tried another salon near my home and they did good nails but they were a pricey. Then I heard about Michelle at Dip Bar about 4 months ago and tried her out. Needless to say, I have been going to her since. Not only does she do great/beautiful nails, the salon is reasonably priced, and all the staff are nice. There are 6 women in my family (and also my daughter) that go to this salon now. This may have been the absolute worst manicure I have ever received. The entire time I was there, I felt like they were trying to rush me out (and it was not busy in the least). This translated to uneven nails and uneven polish. It looks like my toddler did my nails. They didn't even take off all my previous nail polish, making it show through under the new manicure. Randomly decided to stop in for a pedicure before another appointment. First high note - they are accepting walk ins, you may have to wait a moment, but they'll add you into the rotation. I got the volcano pedicure and omg the massages alone made it truly worth the last minute decision to drop in (second high note). My tech, Michael, was very personable and paid attention to detail, so great customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience (third high point). They didn't offer any water, wine, etc. like some other places, but I'd forego that for the level of professional service that they provided. I'll definitely be back! read more

My go to place when in the area! They do an amazing job on SNS nails. The color selection for SNS is pretty wide, too. I've only done an SNS manicure & deluxe pedicure here. I haven't tried the other services but was very pleased with what I did try out! I recommend the deluxe pedicure - the massage and callous remover is worth it! Right now, since they just opened, they have 20% off services. They also have a stamp card for rewards. I think you also get 10% off every time you go back with the card. Very friendly atmosphere with wide range of selections of nail colors. Both Alex and Michelle are very talented in nail arts. They work very fast yet very precise. Unlike other places, my SNS never crack or lift and there are times I've waited weeks to get them done. My nails were thick, lopsided and the "v" at the tips of my nails were uneven. No attention to detail. She only painted the top of my bails, the sides were not painted. And I had polish on my skin. I was impatient and decided to go here. In the end I ended up getting my nails done twice (had to get it fixed/redone) within a few hours. This was my second bad experience here and it's my fault it happened twice. Lesson cost me $50. read more

Horrible experience with not only the nail tech that rushed through my pedicure but also the manager (male) that didn't even apologize for the terrible service. First, I walked into to an empty salon. Not one single customer was there the entire time except for me. So I expected a good pedicure since they weren't busy. I chose the deluxe pedicure and usually that should take 45-60 mins. The nail tech barely filed my nails. She cut me 3 times with cuticle clippers. at this point I was hating it already. The scrub & massage was not even 5 mins total! She was sloppy with my polish from base coat to top coat and I asked her to fix it twice. I was not happy with my total time of a 30 min pedicure that was so rushed and sloppy. when I told the manager about it he didn't even care or apologize. He said he didn't know what to do. never going back such a waste of money! don't waste your time or money at this nail salon! read more

Went there a few times. It was ok. But last time I got the worse nails in 15 years. I got SNS and next day I had to go back twice to fix my cracked nails. You'll think they redo them at this point but NO. All my nails are cracked and uneven I know the girl who did them is new but Michelle was there as well. And Alex. And they are the owners. I was extremely happy with my nails. I did the French pink and white dip nails and they didn't lift or break in the month I've had them! It was a laid back atmosphere and everyone was very personable and friendly. I would really love to make this my go to salon.. HOWEVER, not saying every nail tech that works there does this, but I found it unsanitary that everyone's fingers gets dipped into the same original jar.. they didn't portion any out. I also thought it was odd that they didn't use a new file, they just dusted off the one they had. I love the work, but sanitization could be better. read more

They don't cut, clean or trim cuticles with sns nails. Rush, lazy matting around gems. No option in size and style gems. Basic cheesy "diamonds" are their only options. Went twice to give benefit of the doubt. Just not worth the money when cuticles aren't even cut and cleaned. read more

I had a great experience the first time I went. The ladies were very welcoming and friendly. However, when I went back the guy at the first chair was VERY rude. I broke a nail so I went back for a repair. He was more interested in watching football rather than finding the correct color for my nails. After getting annoyed with his bad customer service I told him to just put the closer color to what I already have. He noticed I was annoyed so as soon as he finished he told me "You can leave now" Only my second time going here and I WONT be back. read more

I was searching for a new nail salon after having my SNS crack within a few days on multiple occasions from my usual salon. I chose this one based on location and reviews but I will not be back. They were not very busy when I walked in but while I was there 4 different employees did my nails. The first woman started soaking off my older polish before walking away to start a different client without a word to me. The next woman walked up and removed the rest of the polish before waking away to start on someone else, again without a word to me. The third person, a man, starts my SNS. I have been getting SNS for the last few years at every single visit and I tend to pay attention to what they do. He didn't put a base powder like they always do. I asked why and he said it's not needed. I told him all 5 different places I have been have always told me it was necessary to protect my nails. He told me they all lied. I asked for it anyway and he just shrugged his shoulders and continued what he was doing. He left off the top coat as well. He then gets up and leaves without a word and someone else came by to finish. This final person was fantastic. I wish I had her name. She actually spoke to me and was very gentle, taking her time. I wish I had her name. It is perfectly acceptable to have one person start and another finish but communicate with your customer. Don't just get up and walk away to start someone else without letting someone know and then say every other location has lied because you don't want to do one more read more

I tried this place when they opened and they did a great job. So my daughter and I went back. The second time they did an awful, awful job. We were so disappointed that we went someplace else to have our nails and toes fixed. Of course we had to pay the second place to correct the awful job that Dip Nail Bar did. Do not go here!!!! You will be very disappointed. Nobody wants to pay good money for a lousy nail/toe experience! We have all been there and it's frustrating to spend money to have some else's lousy job corrected.
