Terrible service! I had a pedicure and needed to fix two toenails that broke. I noticed the nail tech was trying to use a dirty (visibly worn out) nail file on me, I asked her kindly not to use that and I want a disposable pedicure kit. When I went to checkout at the counter, she charged me 14.00 for acrylic on "two toes" (big toe and the toe next to it), I've never had a nail salon charge this amount. Go figure why they're always, so slow and don't have many customers. There's other great nail salons in the area that charge less and use sterile tools for this type of service. The pedicure was quite mediocre! I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop. If you truly care about your nails safety and sanitization, you definitely need to go to a different nail shop that follows those state protocols because they don't. read more

This place has horrible customer service! The lady that helps starts pedicures cut my skin ! This is my 3rd time and it's always a problem with my experience there. The owner is mean to her employees! Wouldnt let the lady in training go take a lunch break she ordered her to sit down and watch the lady do my pedicure in an aggressive manner. The 2nd lady who came to paint my nails did a horrible paint job! When I asked her does she not see how thick they were she acted as if it's because I wasn't getting gel. I've had basic polish done before and they didn't have to be thick. When I asked where do I leave a review they acted as if they don't know English! So once I said I would dispute the charge, that's when the boss acted like she understood English! They are not nice and personable! When a customer is not happy, you don't just let them leave unhappy and unsatisfied! They could care less that I stated I'll just leave with my toes unpolished! I shouldnt have spent $50 to walk out with NO polish and an attitude! Worst experience ever read more

I don't know what's going on with this salon but they've changed management/ownership/staff twice with the last couple months & it's so frustrating. I've been going there every two weeks for a couple years and was not happy when two weeks ago I was lied to by the salon manager when scheduling my appointment. He literally told me that I'd be seeing my regular tech and once I got there he told me they'd changed owners & my tech of two years gone. I'm extremely picky with my nails and he flat out lied to to get me there. It didn't sit well with me (or the lady that came in after me who went ballistic because she'd been lied to as well) but I was already there & he guaranteed his work saying that if I wasn't happy I wouldn't pay. After all of that, he ended up doing a great job, I was relieved to not have to go through finding a new salon & I booked my next appointment to see him in two weeks. Fast forward to today- I go in for my appointment & he's not there. NONE of the staff that was there two weeks ago is there & I'm told that it's once again under new management. I can't say whether or not the new people are any good because I was late to my appointment and while I appreciate the fact that she was going to see me, had I known there were now two people ahead of me and over an hour wait I definitely would not have continued the drive. They are 45 minutes away from me, so I'll definitely have to find something closer to home at this point. read more

Needless to say I was not disappointed. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to write one about this place. I have NEVER experienced a nail salon like this IN MY LIFE. I saw they had acrylic sets with regular polish online for $33. What a steal! I don't normally treat myself but every now and then I go get my nails done (usually acrylics or sns).I called, asked them how much it was to double check and made my appointment for that exact service. When I get there I am seated and asked if I want to step up and get gel. I say no thank u. The nail tech continues the whole time to tell me about why I need gel and not to do regular polish because it's bad and I'm going to make her sad. After a few times, I finally ask her what the price difference is and she tells like $15 more. I say no thank u I am fine with regular polish and she proceeded pressure me into getting gel. Every nail salon I have been to has done this and if it was just one or two times,that is totally fine: that's how they make money, but THE WHOLE TIME! That is absolutely ridiculous. I came to relax and treat myself. To feel almost as if my business was not welcomed because I did not want to upgrade was upsetting. I will not be returning to this nail salon. read more

To say the least I am highly disappointed with my service from this company.The lady that did my nails did absolutely horrible. I got gel polish and the next day in the shower it was chipping off. I am so dissatisfied and upset because I graduate in 3 days and have no time to go get my nails redone, I will insert pictures of my nails 1 week later. Love it!!! Amy did my fill with gel polish. I'm super picky and I have no complaints. Perfectly shaped to my liking. Amy sisters Bea (not sure of spelling) did my pedicure and did not disappoint. They both asked how I liked my nails cut and shaped and during the massage asked about pressure - I prefer harder since my leg muscles tend to be tight. I never felt rushed like in other salons. Selection of SNS and gel polish was great without being overwhelmed with thousands of colors.! The salon is clean and bright and a large open space. Will absolutely be back again! Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. I had an appointment and recommend making one but they do take walking. read more

i've been to so many nail salons all over the dacula, buford, and winder area but let me tell y'all!!! this was my first time going to this salon and boy i was not disappointed at ALL! as soon as you walk in you can tell each tech truly cares about their clients and work. they're extremely personal with you and for once i enjoyed my whole entire experience at a salon and i didn't feel like just a paying customer wanting to get some nails done. the process doesn't feel rushed or overwhelming and they want to make sure you leave happy! i HIGHLY recommend this salon and can't wait to see them next time :) read more
