The WORST nail salon I have ever been to. The nail tech screamed across the room at my daughters friend who is a minor calling her a bunch of names all because she said the nails looked nothing like what she asked for. He made these two young girls very uncomfortable and proceeded to get even more vulgar when My daughter said how rude he was speaking to customers who were being very respectful. He ended up getting so violent towards these kids we called the police. All she wanted was her nails to be fixed or a refund and he handled it very immaturely. DO NOT GO HERE!! He needs to be fired. Update: the cops escorted her inside to get the nails taken off in order for her to get a refund. read more

I can honestly say this is probably my favourite nail salon in the area. From quality to customer service everything is great. I normally only get pedicures here because my job doesn't really allow me to have coloured/long fingernails but today i got both my fingers and toes done and i can genuinely say i'm beyond satisfied with the results. I was referred to Sweety nails by my new hairdresser at Genesis Hair salon. I am so happy that I didn't go with my 3 strikes I am out and take my nails of 25 years off. This is hands down THE best nail salon in the atlanta area. The prices are fantastic and the mani/pedis, last forever! The owners are always in there and they love to joke around with you. Such nice people! A total swap from the normal nail place. They are also really really clean which is a HUGE plus! They do waxing which is great and again for a reasonable price. My friend and I are trying to find the perfect nail salon for our gel manicures. We like the fun stuff:the sparkly nail with chevron, polka dots, etc. We both had images in hand when walking into the salon. With my picture, I was assured it could be done (two fingers on each hand had zebra stripes in black and silver with pink on every nail). After I get done with the pink,not hey tell me they can't do the zebra stripes (are you serious? After I already sat through half the nail job?) so the guy insists he can do a neat design instead, which turned out to be your typical dinky flower on just two fingers, which I could have done myself. My manicure was fast, looks good, but not at all what I asked for... My friend got an ombré look on each nail (one white, the rest were different shades of gray). From the start, her girl was snobby and super unhelpful. She acted like it was a hassle for her to do each nail differently. The funny thing is, they have their polish separated by shellac colors and gel colors (maybe I'm dumb, but I always thought they were the same). They told us from the start, because shellac is "better", whatever, that side is $5 more. My friend got ONE color from the left, and 4 from the right, and they charged her $5 more! They wanted us out of there, and it was quite obvious... They didn't even ask in the beginning if we wanted manicures, so total, it took 25 minutes to get my nails done. I wanted to be pampered. We should have left once we got there and noticed the salon was empty. I would NOT recommend going here. The end. read more

I came here this week with a friend, because of all the great reviews here. Seems like everyone said this nail salon is "the best in atlanta", but honestly, I was disappointed. It was just like any other nail salon. Very fast pedicures, no exfoliating scrubs (had I known I would have ordered it because I love it.. But they didn't even ask). The two ladies were very unfriendly and didnt even talk the entire time. The one time I heard one of their voices, she was speaking in Vietnamese. The pedicure wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. She scrubbed my feet with the pumice stone for literally (with no exaggeration) less than 15 seconds. :/ Only plus about this place is that they have a huge selection of colors. I don't think I'll be going back here though. read more

HORRIBLE experience. When I arrived I asked how long I would need to wait and was told 15 to 20 minutes but the appointment took almost 2 and a half hours for tips and Gel polish! Male owner is rude. Burned me several times with the Dremel but according to him it was my fault. I should also mention after all of that time my nails were far from great. To top off the experience, I attempted to go to the restroom before leaving and when I opened the door I was mortified to see the same guy sitting on the toilet looking at his phone!!! REALLY?! Called in to see if they accept walk ins and they did I asked to see how much it would be for a full set with gel they told me to come in so they can be more precise on the price I came in she started working on my nails still me not knowing the price until I asked her then she was making it to thin so I told her a LITTLE bit thicker notice I said a little bit and my nails started to look like alien nails omg they were so bad I told her to remove them and as she did she was so aggressive taking them off, these people are rude and don't know what they are doing. HORRRRRIBBBBLLLLLEEEEE EXPERIENCE HERE!!! If you enjoy being harassed and yelled at in front of an entire salon of people then this is the place for you!!!!! I am not one to write reviews but after my experience with Sweety Nails, I feel compelled to share the horrors of being a customer here. I had a fill and four nail repairs done by Paul. Within four days all four nails had rebroke so I went in to have them fixed for the second time (yes the same exact nails he previously repaired... all four!!!) After a short wait a shorter female began repairing my acrylic set. She shaved down the rest of my nail that was left (the tips had been what broke off) and began putting the acrylic on my straight nail without a tip. I simply told her that the damaged nails had tips and I needed the length to match (like no shit ?? I have long coffin nails) She then began yelling at me saying I would have to pay $3 per nail to get tips so the four nails matched the rest of my fingers??? SCAM. I told her I shouldn't have to repay for the nails I had "fixed" previously only for her to yell louder- calling for Paul to come over. I then had BOTH of them screaming at me TO THE POINT THAT A LADY DRYING HER NAILS STEPPED IN AND SAID THEY WERE BEING DISRESPECTFUL AND SHOULD NEVER YELL AT SOMEONE LIKE THAT. Paul walked back to his station and continued with his customer while alsooo continuing to bash me TO HIS CUSTOMER.. LOUD ENOUGH FOR ME AND EVERYONE ELSE TO STILL HEAR. THISSS BEHAVIOR THEN ENCOURAGED FOR A SEPERATE CUSTOMER TO SAY "PAUL I KNOW YOURE NOT STILL TALKING." TWO CUSTOMERS HAD TO STEP IN BECAUSE HE WOULDNT STOP BEING RUDE OR YELLING. I was mortified and the fact that they were yelling at me bad enough for two other loyal customers to step in speaks volumes. Needless to say after this encounter I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Paul answered the phone LOL. He began yelling again and telling me he was busy. I told him that I was not willing to speak to him any longer since he had already said enough to me at the salon with over 15 people watching. i then asked to speak to the owner. I was told the "owner is out of town... always out of town." THEN I was told he was "busy and could no longer talk to me" and hung up on me. HUNG UP ON ME. So if you're the owner and reading this I would encourage you to be in town more often so you can witness the type of customer service your salon is offering. Figured it goes without saying at this point but I WILL NEVER be back. read more
