Do NOT go here!!! Please, don't go through what I went through. No one deserves to be treated like this.. This was my first time visiting this place, and I was excited because of the good reviews and I thought I had found a new go-to place. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon and completely ruined my day. I got a full set of acrylic nails, and during the process, I politely pointed out to my technician that one of my fingers looked overly curved and the shape seemed off. She completely dismissed my concern and insisted on doing it her way without any attempt to fix it. For 30 minutes, she ignored me while continuing to ruin my nails. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping they would help but the situation got even worse. The customer service was unbelievably bad. The manager was really rude and only focused on making me pay, without any care for how I felt or what had happened. There was absolutely no communication or accountability!! What hurt the most was that the technician eventually cut off the acrylics herself and in doing so, she damaged my natural nails. My nails were left swollen, bleeding, and in pain. I lost my healthy nails because of their carelessness... This wasn't just a bad experience it was traumatic. It was painful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Tried out this place last week as I'm looking for a salon I can frequent. I got chrome red SNS and gel pedicure. The lady that did my toes cut me causing my toe to bleed profusely. The lady that did my SNS forgot a drying cycle causing the chrome to rub off and had to start all over. I witness my daughter ask them to fix a nail that did not look right and they gave her attitude and eye rolls. Not to mention less than a week later and the nails look worn, chipped and the chrome came off one of the nails. There was no offer of discount for what was clearly a botched job. Even after all that I paid a handsome tip. With the prices and the nice tip against better judgement, my nails should not look like this less than a week. I would not go back there. read more

What's nice: Salon setup, several services available, kind Nail Techs, they'll always fit you in; even without an appt What's not great: Even if you have an appt a walk-in can take your spot, Pedicures are spotty. Some Techs do well others horrible. No good nail techs for manicures...period Went to this salon for about 3 yrs normally to get a pedicure. When I did on occasion have my nails done they never came out well & I'm not a stickler but they're not cheap. Finally, they hired a Nail Tech that did great work. She nicked me a couple times BUT she always did great work & paid attention to detail. She said she took pride in doing a good job. Well last time I went back I was told she quit . I requested to just soak my nails off. It was a good run but didn't want crappy work. Well the Floor Manager told me she'd do a great job & give her a try. (She'd done my nails before & did crappy work). Well....I gave her "another" try & a week later my color is chipping & 2 nails have cracked in the middle which caused bleeding. She also got up at least 6-7 times while doing my nails to help other Nail Techs because they had more clients then employees to help but they kept taking more people in. It's about quality not quantity...Needless to say I don't see myself going back. That's $51 not including tip down the drain. I have an appt with a nearby shop Wed to correct this and I'll have to deal with the pain until then. read more

THEY RUINED MY SANDALSS! I came in to get a pedicure with my sister, everything was great the lady who did my toes did a great job overall my pedicure service went well. What went WRONG was when I was going to put my slides on and they were nowhere to be found. My nail tech was looking around for them too and she found them four seats away from where I was sitting. They sneakily took my sandals away because they were trying to clean them. Someone somehow spilled polish all over them and I guess they tried to clean it before my service was done but obviously failed. None of them were honest after that no one told me sorry or even offered a discount still made me pay full amount and one of the girls kept looking down at my slides when I was paying she knew they fucked up. read more

Just got a hot stone pedicure from Mai-lee (sp?) and it was wonderful! My feet were awful after being neglected for a year+ between Covid & having a baby...it was relaxing & exactly what I needed! The price was good ($34) and the staff all wore masks & kept a nice distance between everyone. Pros- The salon itself is very clean and bright with nice atmosphere. Cons: Disorderly- you know that wall of polish where you can look at the wall of pretty colors and your inner OCD self sighs in contentment? Yeah not here. The polishes are just shoved into the shelf. If you're looking for a red, you have to scan all the bottles and find them in the jumble. I'm used to going to salons where you think, "hmm I think I want pink", go to that section and can look at all the different shades at once and make your selection. Terrible pedicure! The water was scalding hot. When I said it was too hot, she rolled her eyes and turned on the cold water for one second. I put my feet in cautiously and pulled back out. My toes were red. The manager had to tell her to drain some and add more cause it was way too hot. Then she applied polish so thickly that it literally slid off my nails when I went outside 20 mins later. It looked like candle wax melted by a toddler on my toes. I remember thinking she was putting on a lot of layers but thought the atmosphere and prices can't be wrong. I should've trusted my instinct. Went here for a pedicure and manicure to treat myself after a long week of wedding prep. I was in town for my sister's wedding and saw this place. The ratings were decent which drew me in, but man these ratings are bull crap. Don't believe it. I think some of workers/owners write the ratings. All the techs do is speak in Vietnamese. Having been raised here all my life, I don't know much Vietnamese but I know enough to understand they're were talking crap about me. I live in Atlanta and usually I stick to the nail shops over there but in this particular day my mom wanted to get her nails done for her trip and since she lives around the area of this shop I decided to tag along and go with her. BIG MISTAKE. First, the salon is BEAUTIFUL and clean but the manager was running around like a chicken with its head cut off - remember this part. So my mother explained that she wanted a pedi and S&S nails while I explained that I wanted a pedi and a polish change. I asked how long the wait would be and we were told they could take us then and there. They had us put our feet into the pedi bowls and we waited 45 minutes for someone to get started on our feet. I thought to myself that I would have every right to get up out of this water and walk out of there because we were tricked into staying by having us put our feet in the water. I decided to stay because my mom really wanted to get her nails done. When someone finally came I had to ask them to run new water because the old water by that time was COLD. So one lady starts on my feet and this other lady comes over and starts working on my hand. I asked her if she could replace one of my nails and she said she could. She replaced the nail and the nail was THICK and CROOKED. I'm talking snagatooth crooked y'all! I felt my blood began to boil. So she moves on applies the first coat of gel polish when the salon manager comes over and sends her somewhere else. The salon manager takes over and gets up SEVERAL times to run around the salon, check in customers at the front desk and check them out meanwhile I'm sitting in the chair like this is some unprofessional bs. She had to be reminded by the lady doing my feet to come back and finish my nails now ain't that bout a b.... The lady that was doing my feet also noticed the crooked nail the previous lady put on my finger and pointed it out to the manager. The manager does nothing but file it which did little to nothing. I was visibly ANGRY. SO manager lady proceeds to finish polishing my nails while looking all over the salon and it's clear she's not even focused. At this point I just wanna put on my shades and be invisible. She constantly bumps nails because again she is not focused and she put wayyyy too many coats of polish on my nails. So much that it hasn't even been a week and already they have turned color and are peeling. It got to the point where I just stopped talking altogether like just finish my nails so I can get out of here. Now I understand why people go off about their nails because people like her who do crappy WORK and stand behind it. So for a pedicure and a nail polish change I was charged $55 dollars. Never on my side of town are the prices so ridiculous! Then she said she wouldn't charge me for the nail repair which brought it down to $50. My thing is I don't mind paying - I just want the QUALITY to match it. Then she showed the lady who did the nail how jacked up it was and the lady was just like, "Oh" and walked away with no apology or anything. So in short I rarely use the word hate but I hate that salon, I hate that manager AND the lady that started on my nails that gave me a raggedy nail. The lady who did my feet did a wonderful job and I gave her a great tip and thanked her so much. I would NEVER come back here and I would like my money back but I doubt they even have the professionalism to do that. DO NOT COME HERE. If you do -- you have been warned. This was my go to place whenever I needed a fill in and I recently found out that they were not replacing my fill in causing water to go in between my real nail and acrylic causing mold to grow in my nails. Each time I went it was so busy I had to wait one hour just to get taken care of and then once I was attended to, it would be rushed causing them not to treat me to best of abilities. I was fine with waiting but once I saw the mold in my nails because of their lack of caring to remove old fill in, I won't be coming here again. read more

I mentioned that I have 10month old baby so I have to start on time and made sure that I can start 6:20. A lady there told me don't be late!!!! Of course I won't ! You know how hard is to come out with a 10 month old baby at home??!!! So I rushed my hubby to come home (from work) I was really happy as it was first pedicure in the past 3 month. I left my baby to my hubby and left home with my mother. (Was expecting a fun little girls night) As soon as we got there, we were greeted (thank God) and saw it was packed with people, Which was fine. We were seated and they turned the water for us. And that was it lol. No one came by until 7pm!!!!! no one said sorry, nothing and we waited for 50 minutes. Again no one said sorry nothing. And we decided to leave at 7:10. Our feets were all grandmothered and swollen. We got out from the chair - and then they noticed us and said sorry. That was it. We left. End of my story. read more

My friends and I went this past weekend. It was our first time at this particular spot but we normally go to the nail shop for pedicures every 3 weeks or so.. We figured we would try a new spot, BIG MISTAKE! Not only was this one of the most expensive pedicures that I have ever had at $52 but it was also the worst. We waited for 30 minutes after the water was run and our feet were soaking in the bowl for the service to start. Initially the water was boiling hot. The nail technician continued to gesture for me to put my feet in the water as I continued to explain that it was too hot. Thos went on for several minutes before she adjusted the temperature. Skip to the actual pedicure, I ended up getting cut at least twice during the service. I told the technician that she cut me and she proceeded to dab rubbing alcohol on my wound. Extremely painful experience to-say-the-least. After finally completely what seemed like the longest and most uncomfortable pedicures everr, my feet looked average at best. Even though we had a set appointment time, which was verified two days in advance, we waited an hour before attended to. Not only does the water obviously get cold during this time for the pedicure, but there was zero attention or apology until the first associate came to start. Our pedicures were only about 30 minutes long and less than satisfying. Google reviews don't properly tell the story whereas Yelp does. We will not be back nor should we have waited......our faults there. read more
