I came in this morning for a manicure, was greeted immediately. There was no wait at all. She asked me what I needed done, I said I just needed a manicure. She then suggested a gel manicure, I said no thank you, just a basic manicure today. I was assigned to a seat, and another lady came by and asked me if I wanted a gel manicure. I said no thank you, just a basic manicure today. She then asked me to pick a color. Then my nail tech person came, greeted me, walked off for a second to get a bowl of water. ANOTHER lady came and recommended a gel manicure because it would "last much longer than a regular manicure." I was irritated by this point because I was asked by three different women if I wanted a gel manicure. I get trying to up-sell but being asked three times in less than 10 minutes was enough. My nail tech did a good job on my manicure, although I did notice she had her tools, files, buffers, etc in a plastic pencil case type thing. (Not very sanitary??) My daughter and I went to get our nails done here today and the experience was awful. We spent 3 hours there to get a mani-pedi without any apologies for the ridiculous wait. We watched as other people came and went and yet we still remained. They left us with feet soaking for a lengthy time then after our toes were done we had to wait an extended period of time for them to get to our fingernails. one lady was very rude to both of us for an unknown reason. My daughter's nails looked very bad (acrylic French manicure). You can see where the acrylic fill line is on each nail. I wouldn't recommend and I won't be going back. read more

The staff was very rude and impatient. The entire staff was making a show of any customer that asked a question or expressed a concern. It became a topic of condescension for the whole salon to speak and laugh about while looking at the customer. They are very over priced for nail sets, designs and half-done pedicures. They do not follow their own menu offerings-if you get a service make SURE you get all that your paying for listed in the menu advertisement. This salon is awful!! My daughter went to get her nails done and the left her nails too thick and they cut her fingers many times! When she told the lady that was doing her nails that she had cut her, she proceeded to act like it was her fault! When she told her nicely that it was still too thick again, she got annoyed with her and started putting more pressure on her fingers that hurt her. I don't recommend this salon. read more

Omg what I can say is at first glimpse I was a little iffy on staying to get my pedicure. The day I came in it was obvious they were short staffed and there was a wait . Just when I was about to walk out I decided to stay , and I am so happy that I did . The Pedicure I experienced was by far one of the best I have ever had . I paid $35.00 for a full pedicure with hot stones , and a shoulder and neck massage included . I was visiting from Naples Florida and all I can say is I would pay 4x this amount for what I received . I waited an hour only to get my polish removed. And the removal and attitude of the woman who removed it were shi$$y. This is not my first time patronizing this business but definitely the first time my experience was disappointing. Had one person apologized for the UNEXPLAINED wait or informed me the wait would be an hour, more than likely I would've stayed or definitely returned first thing. I went here last week to get my SNS manicure removed. After soaking them, the nail technician was using the electric file on my pinky nail and managed to rip 3/4 of the nail up from the top of the nail bed. I started to bleed and was in excruciating pain. She had another person come over to try to figure out what to do, and because my pinky nail hurt so badly we couldn't finish it and she told me to come back another day. As I'm trying to leave and holding back sobs she still made me pay full price. I didn't go back, and am worried about how well they sterilize their tools since my blood was on them. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my acrylic nails. I got them filled and one replaced. Just to have them filled it was $31. For a good 20 min the lady doing my nails disappeared with no explanation. Then someone else appeared to finish them. The thumb nails aren't even the same length! I'm very sad and extremely disappointed with the acrylic nail job I received here. I normally only come here for pedicures , I wanted to save a 45 min drive to pulse nail bar so I figured to do something as simple as SNS. The nails were all bumpy not nicely filed and told her I didn't like the bumpy look and she said a top coat would fix it . I used to like this place but i went on Saturday 9/25/21 and i will NOT be going back . It was me and my daughter that wanted a pedicure and i wanted my eyebrows done . First of all it took them over 40 minutes to finally start on my feet after 5 minutes of them starting it i noticed the lady was rushed i paid for the $45 pedicure and she did absolutely horrible didn't even cut my nails didn't even remove the nail polish completely she added the new polish on top of the old one. My daughter wanted one foot with one color and the other foot with a different color i told the lady and she didn't do it she did it with the same color. My $45 pedicure included hot rocks and a massage she did 1 minute of massage and no rocks. I was sooo disappointed with this service. When i got home i noticed how messed up my nails were . Very busy for a Friday morning, but they were fast on my pedicure and I was done in under an hour along with getting a basic manicure. I noticed that their sanitation may be questionable as a nail tray was taken from one client and the nail tech didn't change the tray she was using when she put unsealed tools on the same tray. Came in for a mani/pedi with my daughter after I was told no wait. I'm sat in the back for my pedicure and sat there for almost 20 minutes. My daughters tech already started. Another lady came by and started water for me After almost freezing my feet with extremely cold water for my pedicure and asking for warmer they damn near burned my feet with hot water. Once I changed my mind about getting the pedicure(only bc they had no one to Service me and they were still taking people) and I decided to just get a manicure, the owner made a really smart remark (Do you want your nails done or not) in which even the other customers were surprised he was so rude. I truly love this place. It doesn't look any different than any other nail salon, but the attention to detail, pride in work, and happy people make a tremendous difference. I go for a pedicure every 6-8 weeks and have solar nails that need filling around the same timing, so I'm in their once a month for something. The technicians know their stuff and somehow can put on acrylics/ solars so quickly and effortlessly while doing a fantastic job. But my favorite is the pedicure - there is a lot more massaging and rubbing that happens here compared to anyplace I have been. Their standard pedi ($20) comes with a massage and hot towels, and you can upgrade to extended time for the massage, various scrubs and lotions etc. They also have killer massage chairs that actually kneed and press, not just "move". They even have a button that says "buttocks" if you need that massaged too...I'll tell you it is kinda weird if you are on the full massage cycle and aren't expecting it. If you are chatty they are too , if you are watching tv or enjoying your thoughts/ massage, they kindly leave you be and take care of pampering you. They also seem to remember you from the previous visit and stop to say hi, which I find cool. I drive past at least 5 nail salons to get to this one...love it! read more

Bottom line: This place needs to shut down. It doesn't make any sense to be this damn terrible. It's not even terrible, Charles Barkley level "TURRUBULE". What makes matters worse, is the fact that I don't even visit this place on a regular basis. I haven't had services here in over a year and they're STILL unapologetically terrible. The wait time in this joint is upwards of 45 minutes for simple manicure. We're talking about an acrylic gel fill in. I waited 45 minutes and I still have to go somewhere else to get this shit fixed. Also, the old guy in there is the only person who knows how to work with acrylic nails. How in the hell are you going to have a salon Full of nail techs and no one knows how to work with acrylics except for one person? The pinky finger on my right hand hurts for some bizarre reason and I don't even want to know why at this point. read more

I went to this nail salon on a Sunday and by Wednesday my nails were cracked and peeling off. The guy Terry who did them was nice and pleasant to talk to but their gel wasn't not quality. Normally I really like this place. I'm not high maintenance. They do a good job, prices are decent, people are friendly. Last time.... I got a child doing my nails. She was afraid to cut my nails so that took FOREVER and a lady came over to help her. She used no muscle to remove calluses... it was like she was afraid to touch people. I was there for 2 HOURS for a pedicure. This place was not busy and there was no need for them to train a child on me without any supervision. I understand training the kids and having them involved and I'm ok with that until it's to my expense! Im a full paying customer and my nails look AWFUL! I seriously could've done a better job myself and saved $35. Furious here!!! I am looking for a new salon. They knew I was upset and did absolutely nothing about it. The salon is a typical nail salon, offering pedicure, manicure and the rest. I can't speak to the nail work (that's my wife's department!) but the manicure and pedicure are great. There are several options for both; we tend to get the regular mani which includes a slight massage to the hand and arm. There are more options for pedi, which include a great Aloe Vera option which is very cost effective and includes a massage as well. The ladies do not speak much English but they really try their best to be understood and explain things as well as possible. Their manners and respect are top notch, though, and incredibly sweet. Again, while I personally don't do the other items, from a health-care and maintenance perspective, the manicure and pedicure with respective massages is absolutely worth the time and fee. This was my first and last time at this salon. The woman doing my nails rushed though and didn't pay attention to the quality of what she was doing. It's run down but I can look past that. It's the poor customer service. I asked for wait time they said 5 minutes. They call me back, run warm water , but it never got hot ( she didn't know how to use the faucet). After back and forth ( from warm to scalding), someone helps to adjust the water temp. Now I'm waiting almost 20 minutes and nobody has come to service me ( they keep adding hot water because it gets cold due to the delay). Finally I said no thanks just my nails . I move to the front and male tech says very loudly " you want your nails done or not". The customers in the sitting area looked at me stunned . I said" Is he talking to me". My daughter heard him and then he said first you complain about the water. I can see why the rating is so low. I took myself to Capital nails.
