    I had such a wonderful pedicure experience at Venice Nails & Spa Salon. Ida was amazing--so friendly, attentive, and detailed. She made sure my feet felt refreshed and looked flawless, and I truly appreciated the care she put into every step. To top it off, the exquisite design by Lee Lee added the perfect finishing touch--absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The combination of Ida's professionalism and Lee Lee's artistry made this one of the best pedicures I've ever had. If you want awesome and creative nail professional, schedule an appointment with Christy. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for both quality and creativity!

    I wouldn't give this place 1 star that's how awful my experience here was. My friends mom recommended this salon for us to go to. I requested an acrylic fill in with gel and a gel pedicure. I have been getting these 2 services for over 10 years. I have never had this awful of an experience ever. The nail tech I had for my nails rushed through my fill in, cutting 3 of my fingers in the process causing me to bleed and be in pain for the rest of the application. She rushed through so quickly that each one of my nails were bumpy. I ended up not liking my color choice which I told her and apologized for wanting to change the color. She then angrily removed the color and shaved the bumpiness down and applied just a white color. Even after she "fixed" them, they were still bumpy and are not square at all, very rounded corners and you can still see the pink underneath and around the white. Not to mention my nails and fingers are still sore THE NEXT DAY. Now for my pedicure, this nail tech took her time and was good at taking care of the trimming and cutting. She did not massage my legs or feet for more than 1 minute total. However the application is awful, but I was too focused on my nails to ask her to redo my toes. She was really nice though. As for the woman who did my fingernails, she was rude when asked to correct her mistake. I felt uncomfortable speaking up about a service that I was unhappy about and paying WAY too much money for. Also $7 for "length" is ridiculous these are not super long nails and it was a fill-in not a new set. I was not pleased with my experience here and I will not be returning to this salon. If you're thinking about coming here, I would take your money and go somewhere else. (For a side note: my friend who went with me is not happy with her nails or toes either)

    I went to Venice for a birthday mani pedi. The team was very nice and did my nails very well. I liked that they didn't talk a lot to me as I wanted to relax. It wasn't that busy on a Wednesday morning and overall, I would come back.

    Poor job this last time. But it was a waste of time for me. . The nails were cuttoo short the color was off and it's super streaky. 2 of the nails were darker than the rest. Sorry it was the worst I have had to date. I was going on vacation so I couldn't stay to have them redo it and I've had to look at it all week plus! I could not communicate with my nail tech to show my dissatisfaction, and I did not have time to redo it. It was very thin layer and 2 nails peeled within a week. Not common with gel nails! I did try yo call during business hours to see if they could be redone after my vacation, but no one answered the phone. I am usually not picky, but this really is a bad job. Sorry Casey, you struck out with me.

    I literally just came from there as a 1st time client and it looks like I already need a fill on my right hand

    I now see why it has 2.5 stars. Red flag was the cut she gave me and had the audacity to put glue on it. I came in for a "funeral" set for a death in the family and the manicurist made it very hard for me to get what I wanted. I asked for clear polish under the black tip and they tried offering me a pink tinted clear. I'm not making a fashion statement nor do I want any hues of pink for my event and they made this such a huge deal. Why is it so hard to listen to a Mexican Woman? What they didn't realize is that my roommate is Vietnamese who I was FaceTiming and got a translation of their petty comments in their language. Very childish narcissists. Safe to say y'all don't have to worry about me coming back and I will tell my huge family to avoid you too.

    I have finally found my happy place.. went yesterday to get my nails done (SNS) and my tech Henry was amazing!! He was so gentle and worked quickly. I came in at 5:20 and they were delighted to have me!! I will never go to another salon.. as a matter of fact, I'm on the way to get a pedicure today!

    How my brows looked before - they were micro bladed and shaped specifically to suit my face shape.

    They lost a valued customer because of a rude, angry manager! This is a long post because I'm so sad about a situation that could have been fixed so easily with an apology and maybe a gift voucher. Henry has done my nails for over a year and does an amazing job, and my daughter just started getting her nails done too. I love everyone who did our nails, I tip well and felt I was a valued customer. Yesterday I needed just the corner of my brows tinted where they are going grey. My brows don't grow anymore so I've spent hundreds of dollars getting them micro bladed and shaped to suit my face shape and it's taken months to grow them in. I explained this to the manager, Henry and Ella - the brow tech. I asked her to dye just the corner of my brow and not to make it dark. As soon as my eyes were closed, she put dye all over my brows, not just in the corner. I panicked but she and Henry told me it would look good. When she took the dye off she started waxing between my brows. I did not ask for waxing so I immediately said 'no waxing' but she told me it was just neatening up. Again I explained my brows don't grow and that I'd had them micobladed and she must not take any hairs from under my brow. She carried on. I know you probably think I'm stupid for trusting a nail tech with brows I'd spent a fortune on and you are right. This has been a hard lesson to learn. You can see the before and after pics below. I was so shocked when I saw what she'd done to my brows because they were so dark and the shaped was now arched (not the flat brows that suits my face shape). I didn't complain right then, because I'd have cried or had a melt down in the salon. I went home and cried a lot. Then I looked objectively at the situation - hopefully within a year or so the hairs will grow back. But in the mean time, it will cost about $200 for my micro blade tech to lighten my brows to my natural color and micro blade where the hairs were waxed off to reshape my brows correctly. As I said above, I accepted that this was a painful, expensive lesson to learn - don't trust a nail tech with micro bladed brows! So today I went back to calmly talk to the manager. I explained exactly what I've listed above. All I was looking for was maybe a voucher for a free manicure or pedicure to show that they were sorry that my brows were messed up. Instead, the manager ended up yelling at me in front of a line of people in the reception area and telling me that all she could do was refund me the cost of the dye and the wax (that I'd never asked for). When I suggested a voucher for a free manicure instead, because I considered myself a good customer and I was going to have to pay to fix their mistake, she yelled again, telling me it didn't matter that I was a loyal customer and she would only refund me what I'd paid. I've never written a bad review before and I never complain, but she humiliated me in front of everyone in the salon. But most of all I feel so incredibly sad that I wasn't valued as a customer. I now have to find a new nail tech which makes the situation even worse as Henry was awesome. His manager lost him a great customer over a situation that could have been resolved with a gift voucher and a simple apology.

    Nails didn't last a week. They chipped and the polish peeled. They are also pricey, so I won't be returning.

Here's my most recent review: I was able to park just fine as this location is in a shopping plaza and has plenty of free parking. Once inside, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and my nail tech nailed the designed ! She's so perfect! I never have to tell her twice, worry about pain during my experience, and she's super sweet! I got a super cute design and she's been nailing each one with ease. Both Elly and Kim are fantastic techs. So happy to find them. Looking forward to my next visit !

    I was a first timer here. Beautiful facility. They were able to take me in immediately. There was…read morenot a visible price menu so I asked up front how much for Ombre using sms ("dip") and a pedicure.? She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.
